I come quite often, and I want to emphasize the professionalism of the managers, as well as the kindness of the young and smiling team, which is truly a pleasure. I highly recommend it! 😜

06/05/2026: At first glance, given the restaurant's location and the crowds it attracts, you might think it's a tourist trap. And yet... this is our third time here and we've never been disappointed. Unbeatable value for money; the dishes are not only delicious but also generous. The decor is a typical yet modern take on an Alsatian winstub, making you want to share a good time with friends. As for the service, I must commend the friendliness and professionalism of the team, which make a visit to Schwendi a very pleasant experience. We'll be back!

09/06/2026: The seafood was very fresh. I don't eat oysters or snails, but I ate everything else. The shrimp was very sweet, and so were the clams. The appetizers, the cold soup, and the bread with butter were delicious. Unfortunately, I had to catch my train and didn't have time for dessert. I heard the desserts were also very good.

05/06/2026: We came to celebrate my mom's birthday and we weren't disappointed: fresh produce, generous portions…and DELICIOUS! The service was also very welcoming. We'll be back…☺️

She was very helpful, readily available, polite, and kind, and she showed great patience with some customers, including myself. It was a pleasure, as others don't have the same level of professionalism. I wish her continued success and hope management will thank her.

24/03/2026: The sushi is very good, fresh, and high-quality, which is quite rare. Good sushi is hard to find. The service is also good. A slight downside is that the restaurant itself isn't very aesthetically pleasing; the decor isn't the most attractive, but the most important thing is the food.

05/04/2026: The fried carp was quite good, although there wasn't quite enough carp inside. The vol-au-vents were really disappointing, lots of quenelles for just two small pieces of meat. After complaining, we received a small bowl with even more quenelles and a tiny bit of meat. And I'm not exaggerating... If they're only made this way, they should warn people (no meat, no mushrooms...).
