27/08/2024: Restaurant qui affiche des plats gastronomiques et des tarifs astronomiques pour une qualité déplorable. Ça commence par la décoration du restaurant disparate et vieillotte. Le service est d’une tristesse incroyable et se contente de réciter des plats pompeux, sans même faire goûter les vins choisis. Du jamais vu… Passons aux plats : pas d assaisonnement pour une entrée insipide au bar et au concombre, plat trop salé et peu généreux, dessert sans saveur et trop sucré. Vraiment pas sérieux du tout. À fuir

Book and come and enjoy good food in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere with always attentive service. THANKS NB: Possibility of having your meals delivered to you in HACCP-adapted boxes. 22/09/2024: An excellent Alsatian restaurant in Guebwiller which offers you all the essential Alsatian specialties! The dishes are very good, plentiful with excellent value for money. The restaurant also offers a very wide choice of wines from Alsace and all over France. The room is quite small so remember to book! ;)

23/08/2024: Today we visited Kas'Fratz with the children. The atmosphere and restaurant are rustic. The food came quickly and everyone enjoyed it. Tarte flambée is almost always available in Alsace. :) Only the waiter's mood towards Germans doesn't seem to be the best - with a serious expression and from our point of view we were served almost unfriendly. Well....all in all we ate well and would like a little more hospitality....
