13/08/2024: I only tried the restaurant. Excellent value for money Pleasant service. They did what was necessary so that my daughter, who eats gluten-free, could benefit from the dish of the day. I recommend.

16/06/2024: This experience was so bad, if I could give a minus score I would. We booked based on the TA reviews and were the first to arrive at 7pm. By 9pm we’d only had two of the four courses and we’d had the dirty plates from course 2 sat in front of us for over 30 minutes with the waiter repeatedly walking past and ignoring us. We ordered wine that we had to ask for again, after waiting 25 minutes. It’s not as though the waiter couldn’t see us, it’s a tiny restaurant. People around us also sat with dirty plates for ages apart from the waiter’s two favourite tables who he couldn’t do enough for! The food was tasteless and style over substance. After waiting 2 hours, with no prospect of our plates being cleared, we left money on the table for our wine plus half the meal, which we’d had and walked out. Something I’ve never done. Avoid like the plague!

07/08/2024: This is a wonderful gem, tucked away from the busyness of the Colmar city center. Light and varied farm to table dishes and a creative wine menu make this must for a romantic, intimate experience or a friendly shared table with friends.

07/08/2024: Finally i got nice service and good food. They accomodated my request and the waiter was super nice. Highly recommend this place. Small terrace, nice chilled atmosphere.

19/09/2024: What a pleasant stay in this inn surrounded by nature, a warm family welcome and full of good intentions, but without being oppressive. Beautiful room with panoramic view of mountains and forests, absolute cleanliness, impeccable wifi connection, tranquility. And to finish, impeccable, gourmet and hearty cuisine. What more could you ask for? Without a doubt a return to this beautiful establishment soon.

16/09/2024: Nous y sommes venus avec notre fils pour ses 18 ans, nous sommes toujours bien reçu, les personnels est souriants avenant, très prof ils ont souhaité un bon anniversaire à notre fils. Nous avons super bien mangé et copieux les mets sont sublime, les assiettes sont belles. Ils ont us une belle attention à la fin du repas mettre une bougie sur son gâteau et chanté, sa la touché. Au domaine du Hirtz on y vient une fois on y revient avec plaisir. Addition très correct Bravo à toutes les équipes

26/05/2024: A great restaurant if you have some interest or curiosity about paragliding, as the restaurant is right next to a landing site for paragliding pilots. Eating something while watching the paragliders land is simply wonderful. The restaurant's menu is extensive and the food tastes very good and is plentiful. If the weather is sunny, we recommend booking in advance for lunch and evening.

27/08/2024: This restaurant fully deserves its 5 stars, especially for their ramen. Honestly, it’s the best bowl of ramen I’ve found in all of Haut-Rhin.

02/09/2024: Brewery with different types of beers (Christmas, non-alcoholic cherry, crémant, tropical sour...). On-site bar and store where they don't just sell beer. I couldn't see the store closes at 6 p.m. It seems that there are sometimes outdoor activities where it is possible to eat on weekends (check to be sure).

06/08/2024: Very friendly staff, the place is spacious (although a little remote). The beers are delicious with a wide choice. It's great ! Possibility of tasting gallopins

12/09/2024: I stopped by Monday last week to order a basket to be delivered. A choice was offered to me by text message, I was able to pay by instant transfer. The result was very satisfactory, beautiful products of good quality. THANKS

11/09/2024: Excellent pub with a friendly and warm atmosphere. The staff is particularly friendly and always ready to advise you. During happy hour, the beer prices are very affordable, which is a real plus for enjoying an evening with friends without breaking the bank. The choice of beers is wide and varied, with options for all tastes, from classics to the most original. An address not to be missed for lovers of good beers and pleasant moments!

08/09/2024: Discovered by chance during a walk. Very busy during the happy hour slot. The formula is very good and the prices are correct. We had a great time.

18/09/2024: We sat down and waited about ten minutes for the server. Not seeing him arrive, I went to the counter to ask him if I could leave my order with him or if he would come to the table to pick it up and all that kindly and politely. His feedback was very prompt, “I have other customers to serve!” All this without having raised your head and in a relatively dry tone. Seeing his reaction, we left and were greeted further down very kindly.

10/09/2024: Very busy restaurant with very friendly staff. Tarte flambée was good, as usual in the area there are hardly any vegetarian dishes on the menu. Bacon or similar can easily be left out upon request. Dogs are welcome and are given some water without asking. Recommendation!

01/09/2024: Without doubt the best Italian in Colmar, the pizzas are delicious, I have been to theirs several times, never disappointed!
