15/08/2026: We've been to this restaurant several times now, and everything is always amazing. First of all, the service is quite efficient for a tapas restaurant with so many orders for different dishes, and the owner is lovely. The complimentary guacamole and homemade chips are already delicious. The homemade sangria seems a bit pricey at first, but it's definitely worth the price in terms of taste. Everything is between good and excellent. They offer fusion cuisine, but also many traditional dishes, which is very nice. I particularly recommend the incredibly tender ham croquettes, the guacamole montadito, and the chorizo ​​in wine sauce, which goes perfectly with the pan tumaca or the tortilla. Because yes, it's not listed on the tapas menu, but there is indeed a tortilla on the menu, and it's fabulous. I would just be less inclined to recommend the Galician-style octopus; having tried it several times, I find it a bit under-seasoned and the overall value for money is less appealing than the other dishes. But that's probably just my personal taste, given how long it's been on the menu. And the desserts are all very nice, and you can tell they're homemade, like everything else. The torta de Santiago is incredibly moist and goes perfectly with the ice cream that accompanies it. Special mention goes to the bottled Galician cider, which is served with apple slices and ice cubes and is very refreshing on a hot day like it is now. In short, for me, one of the best restaurants in Mulhouse, where you always leave with a smile.

I'll start with the positives: Great location Friendly servers (though 🤔) Fast service (for us; it wasn't the case for other tables) And now for the negatives, which are going to be much longer: The meat in the pie was pink, so let's just say undercooked pork isn't exactly a good idea! Same for the pastry, undercooked underneath. So I decided to eat what looked cooked with a little raw vegetable. When the waiter came to collect our plates, I asked him if I could have the leftovers from my plate, which was more than half, and he replied, "No problem, as long as it's not me who has to do it," smiling at his own joke. Since I was still hungry, I decided to order a blueberry tart, and there it was, same story: undercooked pastry!! But the icing on the cake was when I got to the till. The waiter apologized, but the person clearing the table threw away the remains of my plate—basically, 70% of my meal! Honestly, I could have accepted a cooking error that day, but for the waiter not even to ask if the dish wasn't appreciated, given that it went back to the kitchen almost as full as when it came out, is unprofessional! And I'm not even mentioning the fact that he was probably the one who should have wrapped up the leftovers, and that this clearly bothered him a lot. The bottom line: this dish cost me, at the very least, twenty euros for five bites...

You can tell that the food is prepared with love and that the staff truly cares about their guests. 28/08/2026: This rainy morning we were looking for somewhere to have breakfast and found this lovely little place right in the center of Colmar. They served us delicious coffees and croissants. We ordered a second round of coffees, and each time they were served beautifully! I highly recommend it!!

I ordered chicken, my partner lamb, and both meats were brought to the same plate, even though I don't eat lamb (meaning the chicken leg was sitting on top of the lamb). Furthermore, we weren't treated very kindly (I'm German, my partner is Syrian). Neither of us speaks French, and my partner tried to speak Arabic, which wasn't understood either. It was also obvious that the staff were gossiping about us with two other guests who were friends of the owner. My partner understood a few words of French, though. We didn't feel welcome at all! There are three tables inside and one outside.
