Les meilleurs restaurants en Haut-Rhin

13/08/2024: Un ristorante elegante e raffinato in una vecchia casa del 1500 che con le sue pareti rosse e i tavoli bianchi della Saarinen ti accolgono quando entri, si capisce subito che il livello è alto. Una cucina sostenibile che Lo Chef Jean Luc Brendel crea nei suoi piatti utilizzando prodotti locali di altissima quantità per poi abbinarli ad erbe aromatiche coltivate nel suo orto. Una cucina armonica ed esplosiva nello stesso tempo, bilanciata con profumi e azzeccati contrasti e sempre con un loro filo logico. Le carni e le verdure sono cotte perfettamente anche con l’uso sapiente del Bbq kamado. Carta dei vini all’altezza di un due stelle Michelin come a mio parere anche la cucina di Jean Luc Brendel. Servizio attento e perfetto con una mise en place all’altezza di un grande ristorante stellato.

15/08/2024: Yesterday I went and bought a skewer with nuggets and a latte macchiatto. The pastries are really small compared to the price and the coffee we don't even talk about more than 3 euros paid for a latte macchiatto which I was served in a large cup for barely a third of the cup fills especially for a latte macchiatto. I really find that the prices are not justified in relation to the quantity. After the pastries, nothing to say, they are always excellent.

19/08/2024: My favorite Japanese restaurant in Alsace. The sushi/sashimi are very good, and if you get tired of them, you have to be tempted by the sukiyaki, to order in advance!

02/07/2024: Voici une très belle étape à faire lorsque vous passez dans le sud de l’Alsace. Restaurant gastronomique à prix très corrects (premier menu à 29 euros, puis 44 et 68 euros). Carte à prix corrects également. Bons au verre de très bonne qualité avec conseils éclairés du sommelier. Mention spéciale pour le saltimbocca de lotte. Café gourmand plein de bonnes surprises. Amuse-bouches, mignardises et attentions diverses nous ont comblés. Félicitations !

17/05/2024: Regular customers for several years It is the perfect restaurant for lunch / thanks to its location close to businesses. For the first time I was disappointed by the flavors of the dishes (green curry / lemon tea) which I found less fragrant than usual.

25/08/2024: It’s impossible not to be won over by the place and the quality of the tartes flambée. Book and come, come and book, whatever the order, don't pass by without stopping. Real consideration of consumer well-being. A discreet, simple but effective service. We feel good there.

21/08/2024: Large selection of tarts flambées, savory and sweet. They are excellent. Special mention for the forester with garlic-parsley mushrooms and the one with raspberries! Very beautiful setting, in the heart of the village. Remember to book.

04/09/2024: Lunch at the Bohrer restaurant. Permanent happiness, from start to finish. Reservation, then welcome with a smile both by the "boss" of the place, the elegant Aloïse Suzzi, and the room staff, ladies and young ladies in the lead, waiter also. The frame rests, relaxes. And everything comes together. Creative appetizers, an aperitif transcended by the divine "truffle pizzette", seasonal starters, heirloom tomatoes on top, a successful refreshing accompaniment to chanterelle spring rolls, meat or fish (game), light dessert for us, sweet treats to die for . Drinks in unison. Nothing to complain about. Class. Professionals with an amateur spirit.

04/08/2024: Nous voulions aller dans notre traditionnel restaurant mais malheureusement un écriteau nous a informés du décès du cuisinier restaurateur et mari de la charmante dame qui nous acceuillait en salle. Toutes nos condoléances à sa veuve et à sa famille. En espérant que la reprise du restaurant soit digne de leurs prédécesseurs.

23/08/2024: We did not try the hotel, only the restaurant, for dinner on a Saturday. The view from the terrace is extraordinary! The chef takes great care, the scallops with ginger are excellent, as well as the sweetbreads. We had a blast. Fast service and very warm welcome.

17/06/2024: We were guests in the restaurant and were initially impressed by the fantastic location and the wonderful panorama and the outdoor terrace. We felt very welcome and found the owner to be a perfect, attentive and extremely friendly host.

18/08/2024: Dish of the day 🐟 vegetables 🍚 served quickly, smiling staff, really nothing to complain about, good value for money with 1 liter of sparkling water for a more than reasonable price!!!

15/06/2024: Il y a un parking devant l’établissement, la façade est jolie surtout le balcon ancien. L’accueil est chaleureux et souriant. Le service est soigné et rapide. Nous avons prit l’apéritif, l’apérol Spritz était bien fait et désaltérant… Prix correcte pour les boissons et les menus.

Service by the very friendly Cindy, impeccable and super helpful, the boss's personal visit to each table, not to mention Karen's excellent cooking! What could I add? A 6th star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Of course, this family restaurant is a must-see place and I highly recommend it, especially if you are very hungry. The presentation of the dishes is magnificent and many “homemade” desserts will satisfy your taste buds 🤗 I will not hesitate for a single second to go back (which is already the case) Go there with your eyes closed and you will not be disappointed.
