09/12/2025: I come to this inn regularly and I particularly enjoy it. The owners work together as a family, which is very pleasant. Everything is done to make you feel comfortable in this unique place; the service is quick and cheerful, and the owner makes a point of visiting the dining room to get our feedback. All these reasons led me to choose this place to celebrate my 60th birthday. Everything was perfectly organized, and the atmosphere was wonderful. 11/11/2025: A wonderful discovery! I'm so glad I ate at this beautiful restaurant with its fantastic setting. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and it's family-run—the dad in the kitchen, the mom and young son in the dining room, and they're all very welcoming. Absolutely fantastic! 19/04/2026: Amazing pizza! Excellent pizza dough and generous toppings! A real treat! The desserts were fantastic too. The waitress was welcoming... we received a very warm welcome! The cocktail was great!

04/06/2026: Delicious, inexpensive compared to other bakeries, and a wide variety of choices. They even have small batches of leftovers at low prices, and they're still just as good. The service is pretty good, but I think it depends on who's working. It's just a shame the parking spaces are a bit small.

07/06/2026: What a shame! The owner is rushed, unfriendly, and awful. We think she's not qualified and would have been better off doing something other than being a waitress. There were six of us, and I can guarantee that none of us will be back.

02/06/2026: I've lost count of how many times I've eaten here. I'm a huge fan of fried carp, and finding a restaurant that serves it is a real treat, especially since it's not far from my home. The waiters and staff are very friendly and welcoming. One waitress even guessed what I was going to order without me asking, because I always get the same thing: fried carp! 😂 It's still one of my favorite restaurants for enjoying fried carp. Booking is also very easy.

09/05/2026: We were here with a motorcycle group for a short break (weekend). Good, quiet location, clean rooms, good, plentiful breakfast, and very, very nice hosts. We highly recommend it. We'd gladly come back. 🍀

16/06/2026: I used to always leave a tip. I loved coming to this place for the ambiance and the delicious food. Ah, those salmon tagliatelle, to die for... unfortunately, they're no longer on the menu... new owner... the food is still good, but the service really needs improvement. Our aperitifs were slow to arrive and, of course, not as fresh by the time we drank them. We asked for another round, mentioning that we'd like them a bit fresher... again, it took a while to serve them, and they were brought to us at the same time as our main course... oops, not very logical! We quickly drank them before our main course got cold... then we asked for bread, which wasn't served with our food... more patience required... and finally, it arrived just as we were finishing our meal... what a shame about all the poor organization... Naturally, we were a bit disappointed... it didn't deserve a tip :( !

15/06/2026: On a business trip with colleagues this Friday at 8:45 pm, we found one of the only restaurants in the Colmar area that would accept a small group of four. For my part, I have no regrets; Bibalaskas was excellent. Three other colleagues would have liked a tarte flambée, but it's not the restaurant's specialty, so they ordered the same dish as the people at the next table, with whom we struck up a conversation: a goat cheese salad. We saw all the dishes being served, and they were very well served, as were ours. No regrets whatsoever, except that we would have liked to continue the evening with the staff. At the end of service, we had a drink together, and they were very professional throughout, despite the crowd. So, a big thank you and well done! I won't hesitate to go back for my next trip.

24/06/2026: Probably the farm inn with the most beautiful view in the entire mountain range. From the welcome to the food, not a single flaw. I highly recommend it!

15/05/2026: A proper coffee house, Lavazza made well. Water brought with the espresso by a very good waitress. The camomile tea was good too.

12/04/2026: Anyone wanting to step back in time to the Middle Ages will find this place perfect. The house, dating from 1569, has been nicely modernized inside. The steep staircase to the second floor is a bit of an adventure. The TV with four German channels is unusual in France. Overall, it's a charming and quaint place to stay. Finding a parking spot was a bit of a hassle. Breakfast is simple but satisfactory. We'll definitely be back.

06/04/2026: Incredible! Charming, romantic, and well-located accommodation, and of course, excellent service. They also have a restaurant with a wood-fired oven and make spectacular tarte flambées. The breakfast with local products was a highlight. The croissants with jam were amazing, as were the cheeses, butter, and charcuterie in general. We will definitely be back! 05/06/2026: I had a lovely time at the Palais d'Illzach. The large parking lot is a real plus; it's easy to park even when it's busy. The food was decent, and the value for money was satisfactory. However, I found the buffet selection rather limited, which is a bit of a shame. As for the decor, the restaurant is truly beautiful, with a pleasant and well-maintained setting that enhances the dining experience. A nice place to spend a pleasant time.

23/05/2026: A little hidden gem tucked away on a side street off the main road, the cellar is nice and cool, which is perfect for summer. The background music is 80s/90s, and the staff are friendly and open to any kind of conversation. We had a great time for €40/€41, including two glasses of wine and two local dishes. Highly recommended.

25/02/2026: The saleswoman at the Kunheim bakery was unpleasant... if she can't stand dealing with customers anymore, she should find another job... it's a shame for the brand's image.

10/02/2026: Very good products. Grenaker Blodelsheim is very friendly. HOWEVER, my son went to Grenaker Kunheim and was very disappointed when he entered the bakery and the girl sighed and was very unpleasant and mean to him. I really do not condone her attitude towards my son.
