11/06/2026: I stayed at this establishment for several nights and I must say I received top-quality service. I have absolutely no complaints, nothing to criticize, from the chambermaids to the receptionists and the assistant manager – a fantastic team that I highly recommend. A warm and welcoming team, all within a family-run establishment. I highly recommend this hotel for ROSE, whether for personal or business trips; you won't be disappointed.

07/06/2026: A disaster! Despite requesting it, the room wasn't cleaned, the towels weren't changed, the coffee maker was broken at breakfast, and the restaurant only served flammekueche, which was frozen. On the day of arrival, despite booking two double rooms, only one was available. The bathtub in the bathroom was loose and dirty when I showered. A complete catastrophe, best forgotten as quickly as possible.

02/08/2026: We were a group of 10, 4 adults and 6 kids. Since the minute we were checking the displayed menu, the waiter was being passive aggressive asking the kids not to touch the table before we sat down. Then while ordering the food, The same waiter wouldn’t accept one of the kids not ordering out of the group of 10. “Not hungry-not possible” she said in a passive aggressive French accent. We walked out and left of course while the older gentleman “manager/ owner” watched without even blinking. Least friendly staff and worst experience ever before even trying the food. Stay away from that place

17/05/2026: 15-night business trip. Very warm welcome from the owner and restaurant staff. Quiet location with ample parking. Pleasant studio with all the necessary amenities.

20/04/2026: Booking.com did not register our breakfast reservation, and the owner-staff went out of their way to make us feel very welcome. The room was spotless and the bathroom excellent.

10/03/2026: I think it's a very good bakery with quality products. The bread is very good, except I find the croissants aren't as good as they used to be—too dry, they shrink on the butter, it's like eating bread. And the almond croissants have no almond flavor at all.

12/08/2026: We had mixed feelings about the meal: some parts were excellent, but the rest was very average. The signature dish (spit-roasted ham) was barely lukewarm, and we weren't offered the "all-you-can-eat" option. We also felt it was a shame that, as locals who will return from time to time, we were treated much worse than foreign tourists (who will probably never come back). This wasn't our first time at Brendelstub, and we had never been disappointed... until this time.

Thank you also for your thoughtful consideration and attention to food intolerances due to medical reasons. We were also impressed by the very friendly and competent service team! A glimpse into the kitchen revealed a harmonious team at work, skillfully and lovingly creating fresh dishes. You could feel their respectful dedication to the fresh ingredients, prepared with dignity and humility – here, cooking is truly done with love, the dishes are presented with artistry, and the friendly staff carries them to the table. A well-coordinated team, both kitchen and service – they deserve recognition as well!
