27/07/2026: The products are good, but it's still fast food.

25/07/2026: We usually go to Cernay, but we decided to switch to Issenheim for breakfast. The display case was rather sparse, making it difficult to choose a pastry. What little there was was disorganized, and flies were crawling all over the food. When we pointed out to the cashier that a fly was on my croissant, she removed it and replaced it with another, which suffered the same fate, before putting the first one back in the display case. It's a shame because it gives a bad impression.

16/09/2026: Great pizzas with generous toppings at reasonable prices. Not too salty. And light. Thanks, pizza man!

04/09/2026: It was takeout only, we couldn't eat outside or inside there, so we don't know if they might actually have really good pizzas.

06/10/2026: Unfortunately, we waited 15 minutes; unfortunately, no server came, even though we waved clearly and several times.

22/08/2026: Very disappointed with the service. I called to reserve three places, and upon arrival, we were told we were seated at the back of the restaurant on the terrace. It was windy and a bit chilly, so we asked to be seated inside. The owner was very rude to us, saying that this had been agreed upon over the phone, which unfortunately hadn't been the case. So we got up and left. Apparently, according to other customers, the owner is not pleasant. We will not be reserving there again.

07/08/2026: What a treat, this €16.50 set menu! I'll definitely be back! Two set menus (starter, main course, dessert - absolutely delicious homemade!) + a glass of wine + a coffee for €41 on a peaceful terrace 😍

11/07/2026: Up until now I was satisfied, but just now, I asked for a basic side of beans, and it cost €16!! And it's only listed under the payment terminal, according to the cashier. I'm very disappointed. No compensation offered, the woman acted like she didn't understand. I won't order from there again. Honestly, I was happy to have my African restaurant here, but I'll manage without from now on. I hadn't thought about it, but the prices are too high, oh well... Okay, well, I'll add one more thing. I'm eating my little fish, and crunch! I bite into a piece of bouillon cube, lol. This restaurant only seems interested in fine dining. I usually order the braised chicken, but I really regret wanting to order something else. The bouillon cube thing was unexpected and disgusting.

02/06/2026: During a three-day road trip in the Vosges Mountains, I spent two nights at this hotel and it was a wonderful discovery. I particularly appreciated the warm welcome: a friendly, helpful, and attentive team that immediately made me feel at ease. The room was clean, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. The setting is peaceful and relaxing, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the region. As for the food, the meals were high-quality, generous, and served with the same warm hospitality I experienced throughout my stay. I highly recommend it and would be delighted to return on my next trip to the Vosges.

31/05/2026: Amazing restaurant and food. Smiling and friendly staff. The setting is magnificent with a view of the valley. Special mention for the gallows. In short, I highly recommend it ☺️

10/08/2026: So we got ripped off a bit leaving the FAV. A man gave us a ticket. When we arrived, the welcome wasn't friendly at all, neither at the entrance nor at the bar, and on top of that, it was €28 for two people without a drink. They even tried to charge me for a glass of water. However, the place is very clean and the atmosphere (DJ) is really nice, even though there were very few people. In short, once was enough...

28/06/2026: I really liked it. Only the manager was a very rude and ill-mannered woman.

28/09/2026: It's a real shame, we come often but unfortunately I don't think we'll be back. Today was a very bad experience, the service was deplorable, a waitress who didn't know how to handle orders and didn't give customers their receipts. As a result, a young couple who had paid for a set menu couldn't enjoy their dessert, which was refused because they didn't have a receipt, even though they had paid for it right in front of us! Then the extremely unpleasant waitress practically threw the plates at us, practically throwing them on the table. The desserts, namely two Nutella crepes, one with extra whipped cream, were overcooked and completely raw. My partner couldn't eat it as she was pregnant, so we didn't want to take any risks. Of course, the waitress, once again, said it wasn't her problem. In short, we really won't be back. It's sad because we used to enjoy coming to your restaurant, but unfortunately, that won't be the case anymore! (Visit of 28/09/26)

28/09/2026: For a First Time ...Savory Crepe... Not Good...Undercooked...Not salty at all...Bland and mushy... Tasteless... I asked for a yogurt instead of a sweet crepe. Not possible...so...once...But Not twice. I'll go back to... Mr. Poulaillon...across the street... Bad Experience+++

17/08/2026: Invited for a banquet, the service was impeccable from aperitif to dessert. We loved everything from the appetizer to the dessert. Our room was private and spacious. The venue has very convenient parking. We were able to go outside and the children could play under supervision.

14/08/2026: Excellent restaurant, refined and subtle dishes. I recommend it.

08/10/2026: I went out early this morning, walking through the streets of Colmar, despite the rain. I was looking for an open restaurant for breakfast and I saw the lights on at L'Amandine. Even though it wasn't yet 8:00 a.m., the person in charge said to me, "Come in, Madam, I'm not going to let you go out in the rain." This gentleman, named Karim, courteously served me a good hot coffee and a freshly baked croissant from Louis, a young baker from Colmar. What a wonderful way to end an enchanting stay in this magnificent city, to which I will surely return. Having breakfast at L'Amandine will be a must! Thank you for such a warm welcome. 29/07/2026: It's a wonderful place. Quiet, simple, but with all the comfort you need. Rooms are spacy and beds are comfortable. There's a swiwwing pool that you can use anytime. The same for jacuzzi, sauna and gym. The evening meals are delicious, big portions too. We have never had such a tasty Riesling before. Drinks and food are local of course. Having breakfast in nature amid the mountain forest - what can you wish more.
