16/03/2026: Small chalet, small shower, small water heater, small beds, small staircase... I'm giving it 3 stars for the location, the pool, and the pet-friendly policy.

18/02/2026: The pool area is located under a poorly insulated veranda. The humidity is constant, the sun loungers are unusable, and the towels get wet immediately. The small spa area is functional, although the jacuzzi and sauna weren't working—this should be mentioned. The chalet is too small for 5 people, the bedding is uncomfortable, especially the pillows, but the bathroom is functional and quite large. Otherwise, it's a lovely place, and we had a good stay. The staff were friendly.

15/03/2026: A very good meal. The sirloin steak was excellent, the tarte flambée with Munster cheese was delicious, and the pasta Bolognese was very generous. The service could be improved. We had to wait even though it wasn't very busy, and we found the preparation of our dishes a bit slow. However, the servers were still very friendly! I recommend it.

03/03/2026: The staff were incredibly attentive; we spilled a meal tray and they remade the dishes without charging us again. The food was very good, I highly recommend it.

26/01/2026: This place is a disgrace! The sales staff were incredibly unfriendly. I came with my daughter to order a Nutella crepe, and they charged me an extra €1 because I ordered it there. That's already shameful, but paying €4.50 for a crepe with hardly any Nutella in it is outrageous! I politely asked if we could have a little more, and the response was, "Well, what do you expect for that price?!" Is that normal? Absolutely not. The toilets are in a deplorable state. Honestly, fire your new hires and close this place down. Leave the one in the Fnac shopping center open; there, they serve you properly. Here, it's just pathetic. Your sales staff are as polite as prison guards.

17/02/2026: The managers are really welcoming and the atmosphere is great when it's dance party time, but I'm less of a fan of the karaoke nights. I've been there several times and always had a good laugh; the cocktails are generous. However, using the bar's Facebook page to promote the National Rally is really unnecessary. Sometimes you just have to promote your own establishment; that's all you need.

05/12/2025: Updated December 2023 to December 2025. Two years in, and it's still a great place to go if you enjoy a friendly atmosphere. This bar is truly fantastic!!! Welcome, friendliness, humanity. The food. What more can I say...? Davide and Lydia are amazing. A warm and welcoming place to laugh, sing, and eat. The clientele is fantastic. 20/02/2026: Rooms in need of major renovations, reception staff need training in providing good customer service. Breakfast was reasonable for the price, good location. I certainly won't be returning.

06/02/2026: My partner and I spent one night there. We were welcomed by a charming hostess. After settling in, we enjoyed a hearty and truly delicious meal, served at our table by a pleasant, courteous, and smiling waitress. The night was restful and restorative; the room was very comfortable, and the bedding was impeccable. The only slight drawback was the somewhat cramped shower. Perhaps the day spent enjoying tarte flambée, blueberry tarts, and the generous evening meal also contributed to my size and the space I occupied in the shower. The breakfast was complete and more than we expected! The couple who run this hotel are incredibly charming and delightful. Located just 500 meters from the slopes, we couldn't have asked for anything better. We will definitely return with our family. My partner and I thank you for your warm welcome and generosity.

24/01/2026: We arrived from our trip hungry and were looking for a place to eat. Since it was in front of one of the main squares on Christmas Day and seemed like an inviting place, we went in to ask for information. We were judged for having luggage and treated rudely. If we wanted to read the menu, they told us to go outside to read the sign and turned their backs on us. Because of the way we were received, we chose another place for our Christmas dinner. I do not recommend it! Responding to the owner's comment, it wasn't four suitcases, it was just one small one and one larger one belonging to my friend. The nearby restaurants welcomed us very well. The language barrier is the worst excuse to use and is xenophobic, since I speak both languages ​​mentioned as I live in France, although with a more pronounced accent as it's not my first language. At no point was a waiting time mentioned; it's just an excuse to mask the disdain of the service, which was the real reason we chose not to stay.

22/02/2026: I would like to point out that the Domino's restrooms were particularly dirty when I visited. They were so filthy that I had to clean most of it myself before I could use them. This is unacceptable for a public establishment, and I hope that measures will be taken to ensure a minimum level of hygiene for customers.

Despite a very fast delivery (9 minutes after placing the order), the pizzas arrived with bacon. Yes, it was a last-minute order before closing time, but it was accepted! So the guidelines must be followed! Speed ​​doesn't make up for anything! I now remember why I stopped ordering from you!!! Since the pizzeria was closed, it was impossible to return.

20/03/2026: Hello, The manager really needs to take a look at how the saleswomen in this bakery work, because it's not the first time this has happened to me. I often come here for bread because I like baguettes. Customers come into the shop, but the staff are chatting and laughing loudly, so busy that they don't even notice the line starting to form. Then, zero greetings, zero smiles. The one who served me wasn't focused; she was still turning her head to laugh and wave to her colleagues. Perhaps they should be transferred to another shop. They're too comfortable with each other and no longer pay attention to the customers.
