19/07/2026: We arrived at 12:00 PM, knowing that their opening hours are from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM; it's currently 1:45 PM. We ordered drinks and food, but we still hadn't eaten anything after more than an hour and 45 minutes. The waitress clearly told us to go to McDonald's, 10 minutes away, if we weren't happy. The professionalism is clearly lacking. We weren't charged for the bottle of red wine, which I appreciate, however, this doesn't excuse the service and the completely unprofessional remarks made to us.

08/07/2026: Very disappointed. We came for the first time, just passing through to enjoy a nice dessert around 2 pm. The welcome was very poor, and there were negative reviews. Luckily, the dessert was good despite the unpleasant atmosphere.

19/08/2026: I found this little restaurant during my stopover in Germany very nice. They explain things well, are comfortable with customers, and ask if everything is alright. By giving this rating, I hope to give them visibility, especially for people who are just passing through, like motorcyclists. Stop by, it's really very good!!!

02/08/2026: I don't think I've ever been served so rudely in a restaurant before. I was deliberately ignored for 20 minutes. Then, without even a greeting, the menu was slammed down on the table. Another 15 minutes passed before I could order. Later that evening, my partner joined us. He wasn't served at all. I had to order a drink for him; he wasn't greeted or even acknowledged. Meanwhile, the owner chatted at length with other guests...

28/08/2026: Best escargots ever! Really nice team. Speaking perfectly English and really Welcoming with foreigners and tourists, I really recommend !

28/08/2026: The staff (with the exception of one woman) were all grumpy. I asked if there were vegetarian options and immediately received a dirty look and a blunt answer. Every question was too much trouble; not customer-friendly. The food was just not quite what you expect for that price. The steak was tough and not cooked to my liking. The risotto was not good. The duck was meager for that price (31 euros). The fries were good but there were few of them. Prices are way too expensive. 4 dishes and water: 121 euros. It really wasn't worth it, unfortunately.

27/08/2026: We chose this restaurant for its wide selection of flammekueches (or flammenkuchen) and its delicious traditional Alsatian specialties. The value for money is excellent. Furthermore, the staff is particularly attentive to customers and was very kind to our dog, who was perfectly welcome on the terrace.

24/08/2026: The apple strudel was very good, as was the latte macchiato. The outdoor seating is lovely, offering fantastic views in both directions of the beautiful half-timbered houses and the surrounding mountains. Highly recommended :-)

04/06/2026: Delicious, inexpensive compared to other bakeries, and a wide variety of choices. They even have small batches of leftovers at low prices, and they're still just as good. The service is pretty good, but I think it depends on who's working. It's just a shame the parking spaces are a bit small.

25/08/2026: Chilled place to have dinner, they've got a couple floors so the place is huge. Food was good, but the fish was as big as a Snickers Duo 😅 so definitely that needs sizing up, thought it was a kids size, tasted good though... everything else was fine 👍

24/08/2026: A restaurant in the center of Colmar, quite touristy, with a varied menu that includes both Alsatian cuisine and other options, at reasonable prices. I tried the Forest flambéed tarte, which was decent, although it seemed a bit mass-produced. The service was very quick and attentive despite the restaurant being full.

02/06/2026: During a three-day road trip in the Vosges Mountains, I spent two nights at this hotel and it was a wonderful discovery. I particularly appreciated the warm welcome: a friendly, helpful, and attentive team that immediately made me feel at ease. The room was clean, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. The setting is peaceful and relaxing, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the region. As for the food, the meals were high-quality, generous, and served with the same warm hospitality I experienced throughout my stay. I highly recommend it and would be delighted to return on my next trip to the Vosges.

21/08/2026: A good restaurant just outside Kaysersberg, away from the overly touristy places. The dining room is spacious and parking is easy. The friendly service is excellent. The value for money is quite reasonable. I highly recommend this place.

19/08/2026: /!\ The restaurant refuses to give its customers a carafe of water to force them to buy bottled water, which is illegal in France. Don't be fooled, especially if you're a foreigner. /!\ We ordered an aperitif and two main courses (burger and fries), then asked for a carafe of water. We were told that since it was the "happy hour" menu (2 pm - 5 pm), they refused to serve us a carafe, but we could order bottled water. When I asked to check if it was legal, the woman at the bar told us, "Yes, it's legal, otherwise we wouldn't do it." I should point out that I was polite and respectful the entire time. Then, 5 minutes later, the chef came to bring us our food and aggressively told us, "I'm making you a dish during happy hour; the prices are already half price, I'm not going to give you something extra for free," even though we had simply asked for water in the middle of August and were paying customers. Even the waitress seemed uncomfortable with this practice and came to apologize for the chef's behavior. As for the food, it's okay in a pinch, but not worth the trip. The burgers were quite dry and very basic, with hardly any toppings. It's not worth more than its happy hour price (€12.50). The portion of fries is generous, but unfortunately, they were dry, so we only ate a few.

17/08/2026: Invited for a banquet, the service was impeccable from aperitif to dessert. We loved everything from the appetizer to the dessert. Our room was private and spacious. The venue has very convenient parking. We were able to go outside and the children could play under supervision.
