30/01/2026: We had a good meal. The service was a bit impersonal. But we certainly wouldn't have come if Pascal Jenny hadn't been playing the piano! What a joy to hear him again in this magical place, which has lost some of its soul with his absence. If only he could come back more often. We could listen to him for hours. Just one small detail: it's a shame about the stickers on such a beautiful piano.

27/01/2026: There was a time when we could have spoken of it as a Mulhouse institution, a place where the world's elite came to meet. Today, with a maximum of ten customers per evening on weekdays, mostly from the hotel, the bar, with its modest selection and high prices, no longer attracts anyone.

22/12/2025: Stir fired noodles were not great and too sweet to the taste. Ambiance was very dull, it definitely require some bright lighting. We couldn't even recognize colors of food ingredients.

15/12/2025: The pasta was a bit too salty and the cashews were burnt. That's a shame. Please consider providing cutlery and forks for guests dining at the hotel.

12/03/2026: I ate at this restaurant about two weeks ago. I was served by two young women, one of whom I believe was an apprentice. They were both very smiley, polite, and genuinely pleasant. Their service was impeccable; you could tell they took their jobs seriously despite their young age. However, I was quite surprised by the owner's attitude. She came out of the kitchen at one point to stand behind the bar, and her behavior toward the two waitresses was rather inappropriate. She spoke to them curtly, in a rather harsh tone, in front of the other customers… it was really awkward to watch. She wasn't smiling at all and seemed to be in a rather strange state, as if she might have had a bit too much to drink. When it came time to pay, she was cold and not at all pleasant. It's a shame, because the two young waitresses really give a good impression of the restaurant, but the owner's welcome clearly leaves much to be desired.

24/01/2026: Excellent place. Friendly welcome, service, and atmosphere. Good food, reasonable price-quality ratio. Highly recommended.

27/02/2026: Surprised by the extremely low temperature in the dining area. The air conditioning isn't set up for a comfortable dining experience. The strong drafts of cold air are unpleasant. A jacket is essential for comfort. (Note added February 27th) I also note that the temperature in the dining room is still freezing. Furthermore, it's very unpleasant that a door is left stuck open, making it even colder. Incomprehensible!

20/02/2026: The staff are friendly and helpful. The shopping area, restrooms, and parking lot are always clean.

13/09/2025: It's been a while since the quality has been up to scratch, and it's a shame... Pizza barely overcooked, Waitress goes from the cash register to the preparation area without washing her hands or gloves.... In short, it's a shame

13/03/2026: A very warm welcome, very generous portions, and excellent value for money. The service was very friendly. A nice bonus for us was that our dog was welcome at the establishment. We highly recommend this establishment.

10/03/2026: A very diverse menu, very nice brasserie-style cuisine (the best lasagne I've ever eaten in 69 years), friendly service, good beers... Perfect!

05/02/2026: Small café in Mulhouse, a hidden gem in France 🇫🇷 We discovered the café while out for a walk.

03/02/2026: Excellent coffee, very friendly atmosphere. The service provided was top-notch. I had Elena: an incredibly friendly, funny, and remarkably humble person! The glass of white wine offered also met my expectations. This outing was a complete success, thanks in particular to the Guillaume Tell bar and especially to the waitress 🙂

04/03/2026: We've been ordering from them for several years now. Whether we take away or eat in, the interactions are always friendly and pleasant; we always feel welcome. The pizzas are good and the ingredients are fresh.

22/02/2026: 2 hours wait for 2 pizzas… which weren’t even that great… and they dare to ask for an extra €2 just to change the tomato base to a cream base… it would be more sensible to note the extra charge on the Uber Eats app rather than asking the delivery driver to ask for €2… I do not recommend.

06/02/2026: We had already stopped there a few years ago. The calf's head was excellent. This time, we ordered tournedos. The meat wasn't up to the price. Disappointed.

30/12/2025: A decent little room in the building at the back of the courtyard; it's a shame there's no longer a television, especially in winter. No private parking, but they were kind enough to let us access their courtyard anyway because of the Christmas market... there's no public parking nearby. The restaurant was crowded and there weren't many staff, so there was a long wait.

03/01/2026: We only had tea. The staff was friendly and young. Nice place, just steps from the cathedral.

16/03/2026: Friendly and helpful staff, rooms are equipped with all amenities. The location is fantastic, right in the city center with a cozy little park right outside.

15/03/2026: I had a wonderful experience at this historic hotel. It's the perfect place to stay during the holidays. The Christmas decorations are perfect, the huge fireplace with its crackling wood is magnificent, the staff is attentive... In short, there are many reasons why I highly recommend this place.

08/03/2026: We stayed at this hotel for a weekend. When booking, we were informed that the hammam and sauna were under renovation, but that the pool would be heated! Unfortunately, once we arrived, this was far from the truth! The pool was cold, the liner was peeling off everywhere, and the pool light was completely detached from its housing, making it potentially dangerous! The so-called "Deluxe" rooms are not truly deluxe. In addition to being very small, the room was poorly cleaned, with white stains on the carpet and the bed skirt, not to mention the layer of dust on the bedside tables and walls. Nevertheless, the welcome was very pleasant, and the breakfast was good. We were disappointed because the photos online are very misleading… Sincerely
