29/08/2026: A hidden gem: the food is fantastic, everything perfectly prepared, the beef fillet cooked to perfection, exactly as ordered. The service is efficient, trilingual, and child-friendly. We were very satisfied and are glad we discovered it through the previous review.

01/08/2026: Fantastic food made with ingredients from the restaurant's own garden, very friendly service, great selection of dishes, lovely atmosphere, spotlessly clean restrooms, the dishes are beautifully presented and of excellent quality. I would recommend a visit to everyone.

24/05/2026: (RESTAURANT) A huge disappointment. The evening had been planned for months. There were about 20 of us with a pre-arranged set menu. We booked for 7:00 PM and all arrived on time (the two latecomers arrived at 7:10 PM... not bad). The weather was magnificent, sunny, and we sadly discovered that our table had been awkwardly squeezed into the cellar, with BFM TV playing in the background (?) and no background music, nothing... We asked if we could be seated outside (both to get some fresh air and to make things easier for the staff), but it wasn't possible because "it's a table for tomorrow, so it's a no" (second time??). The staff was understaffed. We understand, we're patient, and above all, we don't blame them. An hour after our arrival, we still hadn't received an aperitif… it was a long time, sitting at a table in a cellar for an hour without even a carafe of water. The meal went a little better; the appetizers and main courses followed each other fairly well. But we felt neglected, having to go back and forth between the cellar and the dining room to ask to be served several times… in the end, 40 minutes after dessert, no one had offered us coffee or come to ask if we wanted to pay; no one seemed concerned about how things were going. We'll definitely remember the bad. 7:00 PM to 11:45 PM is really a very long time. A shame. What redeemed everything, because there were a few positive aspects: - the quality of the food: we can't say we ate badly; that would be a lie. Excellent cuisine. - The attitude of the extra waiter, there to help: he didn't let it get to him, did everything he could to make up for it, and even managed to smile despite the difficulties. He put in a tremendous effort, which was very kind. Thank you to him. Unfortunately, he disappeared mid-service, and the remaining staff weren't as pleasant. - The kitchen/dining room teamwork: the staff was struggling, we all know how that feels, but they didn't give up, and one of the cooks bravely stepped up to help out – much appreciated. We did everything we could to be pleasant; being in the business, we know the pressures of a busy schedule—it can be incredibly intense. We even cleared the plates ourselves and placed them on the side tables to make things easier for the servers (whom we unfortunately didn't see much of)... but relegating a table of 20 to the back of a cellar under the pretext that the next day's setup is already complete in weather like this, and consequently (of course) forgetting the customers who have to run back and forth to avoid being forgotten, is unacceptable, especially considering we booked the evening months in advance. Fortunately, we were in good company and still had a pleasant evening together. Unfortunately, the nonchalance of the person present at checkout and the lack of consideration (none of the "regular" staff even asked us how we were) mean we don't feel like leaving a good review.

19/05/2026: I only visited the restaurant; the home-style cooking was very affordable, and I will definitely go back.

01/08/2026: Pleasant, shaded outdoor seating; the meals are generous and very good; many regulars; the waitress is great, and so is the owner; good food, good Alsatian dishes, but not only; open only for lunch.

15/07/2026: A huge thank you to this bar! Disappointed after my loss in a boxing match, I decided to go get completely wasted at Bonneaventure. Once I was high, I was disoriented, pushed around, humiliated, and knocked around... But a kind man, who was the waiter, saved my life, and now he's the love of my life, and it's not just life that I'm living to the fullest. 👀😏 Here's a recent photo of us swimming in unconditional love:

14/07/2026: I went to Bonaventure with my friends and my crush. He was so happy in his pink t-shirt, so cute 😊. The onion rings were delicious; I hope what's under his pink t-shirt is just as good. I highly recommend this bar. One small downside: the restrooms were too small, and my boyfriend caught me with my crush. Perfect bar, I just don't recommend the restrooms.

12/05/2026: I came simply for dinner, received a very warm welcome and the food was excellent. I recommend it.

28/04/2026: I still love coming here! The welcome is so warm, you feel right at home. Sylvestre and Aurore welcome us as if we were part of the family!

29/07/2026: I've been to Xtrem Fist Weekend a good dozen times over the past five years and always had a great time. However, an incident on Friday, July 24, 2026, left a very bad taste in my mouth, to the point that I doubt I'll ever go back. A guy tried to play with me, but I wasn't interested. As I always do in these situations, I politely declined. Yet, for some reason, he then refused to leave me alone. He started following me and whispering nasty remarks. He did this several times until I yelled at him to leave me alone. Even then, he continued to harass me. I approached a member of staff, I think his name was Steph, to explain what was happening. He completely ignored me. I then tried to go back to playing with my friends and forget about it, but I was too upset to enjoy the evening. This man continued to circle me in a targeted manner. Fortunately, several people witnessed his behavior, which reassured me, as I was beginning to wonder if I was overreacting. I finally decided to leave early, as it was clear this man wasn't going to stop harassing me and the staff wasn't going to do anything about it. The cashier was the same employee who had ignored me earlier, so I tried to explain what had happened. He replied that he recognized me from previous evenings, then casually said something like, "You can't save everyone." I've been into fisting for over 15 years and I attend parties in several countries around the world. This is the first time I've experienced anything like this. I would have simply appreciated it if the staff had asked this man to stop harassing me, or even removed him from the party. Unfortunately, nothing was done. I'm sad that I no longer feel safe in this club where I used to have so many great nights. I'm angry that I let this individual ruin my evening. And above all, I'm deeply hurt and disappointed that the staff chose to let this situation unfold without intervening.

19/08/2026: There were three families in line, and they kicked me out because they wanted to close. They served the last two, and I had to leave with two kids at 9:20 PM. We were devastated, and the two families in front of us were also uncomfortable. I've never experienced anything like this. You have a lot to learn in terms of hospitality and quality of service!

18/08/2026: Hmm... simple and effective! Typically Alsatian!!

20/08/2026: We had a wonderful lunch on the outdoor terrace overlooking the vineyards at this establishment. The set menu for two cost us 50 euros. The food was delicious, and the staff was very polite. I highly recommend it.

19/08/2026: An excellent restaurant, the quality is clearly there. The service is impeccable and the waiters are very friendly.

22/08/2026: Absolutely incredible meat, homemade sauces, and pizzas that taste like Italy!! I'll gladly return as soon as possible.

25/07/2026: We usually go to Cernay, but we decided to switch to Issenheim for breakfast. The display case was rather sparse, making it difficult to choose a pastry. What little there was was disorganized, and flies were crawling all over the food. When we pointed out to the cashier that a fly was on my croissant, she removed it and replaced it with another, which suffered the same fate, before putting the first one back in the display case. It's a shame because it gives a bad impression.
