Les meilleurs restaurants en Haut-Rhin

13/07/2024: Ce restaurant que j’ai connu depuis plus de 20 années, avait la réputation d’être l’une des meilleures tables du canton vert. Mais à nous sommes tombé de haut. Les prix sont restés au niveau d’un semi-gastro, cependant les plats, toutefois bien présentés, n’ont eu pour nous aucun intérêt gustatif. Un demi-œuf avec de la mayonnaise posé sur une feuille de salade en guise d’amuse bouche… vaudrait s’abstenir. L’accueil était correct, les serveuses sympathique, cependant le service manque de professionnalisme.

17/12/2023: Juste au top! Personnel accueillant, endroit chaleureux. On s y sent comme chez soi! Repas délicieux ! Je recommande++++ . C'est rare de trouver encore des endroits comme celui là. Une pépite !

16/09/2024: Welcomed by a young, smiling and friendly waitress, big disappointment in the culinary quality of the dish ordered, a baeckehoffe. Served in a small blue terrine, the quantity, presentation and flavor of the Alsatian baeckehoffe were absent. Too bad I didn't have the reflex to take photos. Served barely hot, you had to look for the 3 meats offered on the menu, namely veal, beef and pork. The potatoes were not tender but rather potatoes intended for preparing salads. It seemed warmed up again. I kindly made the remark to the waitress who went to see the cook then returned with another terrine (the contents of the first having immediately ended up in the trash). Hot new content but not much better otherwise. I live in Alsace and know this dish well, which I cook on a few occasions. This dish that was served to me could perhaps satisfy a few tourists passing through the region (a shame all the same) but personally very disappointed, especially for the price asked. I won't come back again.

17/08/2024: Zuvorkommender Service und gute Vorspeisen (Lapin Entree & Oeuf Mimosa), bei den Hauptspeisen sehr unterschiedliches Bild: der Zander auf Sauerkraut war fein, dass Entrecote mit Pommes leider nur aus Knorpel und Sehne/Faser bestehend. Auf Nachfrage nach einem anderen Stück Fleisch, haben die Kellner gewechselt. Haben das Entrecote dem Hund gegeben. Der Wein war wiederum sehr gut, daher für 110 Euro (Essen und Wein inkl Vorspeise) noch genügend. Mein Eindruck: das berühmte Touristenstück ist auf meinem Teller gelandet.

17/08/2024: Nous avons passé un très très bon moment en famille dans ce restaurant. . La cuisine de qualité ( entrecôtes, choucroute, salade du Chaudron, brochettes de canard et foie de veau) et le service extrêmement sympathique. Tous les convives ont été enchantés.

18/08/2024: Dish of the day 🐟 vegetables 🍚 served quickly, smiling staff, really nothing to complain about, good value for money with 1 liter of sparkling water for a more than reasonable price!!!

14/09/2024: Très bonne adresse, la présentation des assiettes est très soignée, entrée très fraîche, poisson excellent et dessert revisité. Le personnel est très sympathique. Très bonne expérience.

20/08/2024: Yum! I enjoyed myself at this table...The food is of high quality, the taste and the quantity too, are there: it's classic, but with just the right Mediterranean touch! I ate the best aioli of my life! The terrace is pleasant with its large trees and the impeccable service: good advice on wine! In short, a great address: good value for money :) I recommend!

22/09/2024: 1ère et dernière expérience à Huningue. Les viennoiseries n’ont rien de fait maison elles sont sèches,plates et insipides. Le pain est meilleur dans les supermarchés de la ville. A déconseillé vivement.

01/09/2024: We came this Sunday to eat, it was excellent, the products are fresh, good quality and very well prepared. It’s nice to find a menu with vegetables as an accompaniment! The service was also impeccable, professional and very pleasant, thank you ☺️

25/08/2024: Nice hotel and restaurant with home-style food. The breakfast is very nice French with fresh croissants and baguettes. The rooms are modernly furnished, but unfortunately do not have air conditioning. Fans are available in all rooms.

02/07/2024: Voici une très belle étape à faire lorsque vous passez dans le sud de l’Alsace. Restaurant gastronomique à prix très corrects (premier menu à 29 euros, puis 44 et 68 euros). Carte à prix corrects également. Bons au verre de très bonne qualité avec conseils éclairés du sommelier. Mention spéciale pour le saltimbocca de lotte. Café gourmand plein de bonnes surprises. Amuse-bouches, mignardises et attentions diverses nous ont comblés. Félicitations !

06/07/2025: Not bad at all! I had the 35-euro regional menu consisting of a tarte flambée, a ham hock with fries in Munster sauce, and a slice of blueberry tart; everything was very good. The young waitress also gave me excellent advice on the choice of wine to accompany the dish. Another important point when it's hot is that the room is air-conditioned, which can be a plus for people who don't tolerate the heat well.

23/04/2025: We were last night with my partner in this family restaurant. The tarte flambée was excellent, and a special hat-off to the owner of the place who works as a family and gives her all to her restaurant, it's really a pleasure to see!! I recommend 100%
