The best I've eaten in Île-de-France. Ultra fresh, delicious, and lightning-fast service (takeout in 5 minutes)
And a lovely, attentive team. A real gem 🫶🏻

For the past three years I've been visiting Vanves on business, this establishment has never disappointed me!
Excellent value for money, and the staff is helpful and friendly.
A special mention goes to Gabriel for his professionalism and the quality of his service, worthy of the finest restaurants.
I highly recommend it and will be back!

I have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend this family-run restaurant. I've been a customer for many years now and have never been disappointed!
You can go there without hesitation.
23/11/2025: For orders, always quick and efficient, I regularly get takeout and I'm never disappointed. The staff is very friendly at reception. Admittedly, the price is a bit high for true sushi lovers, but you'll get quality and expertise. (I recommend the stir-fried noodles and crab cakes to accompany your evening).

29/11/2024: I wanted to love this place. I got excited to see this on Michelin Guide and wanted my eel fix. I’ve been to Japan 3 times and this was not the same experience. The eel was just ok, nothing special about it. It lacked the outer crispiness/char and didn’t have enough umami. The food came out so fast that unfortunately it didn’t feel like there was a more thoughtful preparation of this beautiful ingredient.
