10/03/2026: Excellent place! The moment you walk in, you feel like you're in Japan. Everything is there: the counter, the chef cooking his skewers over the fire. Everything is excellent and perfectly executed! Go without hesitation!

22/03/2026: I tried it on a Saturday evening, ordering takeout. I placed my order online, which indicated it would be ready in about 10 minutes. And indeed, that was the case. The portions are generous, and the maki (only vegetarian for me) are very well filled and aesthetically pleasing. The staff is friendly and polite. Since I'm not from around here, I won't have the chance to try it in person, but it was a very good experience for me (and to think I originally wanted to order from Planet Sushi; I'm glad I changed my mind).

29/06/2025: I was so excited to discover this place through Too Good To Go. I arrived on time to pick up my order, but the store was already closed, the lights were out, and no one was answering the phone. I wasn't the only one—another person came in and left empty-handed. Really disappointing!!

24/06/2025: What's great about EatSushi St Germain is its consistency. Consistent delivery speed: order placed at 12:25 p.m., announced around 1:15 p.m. This is unprecedented: still nothing at 2:15 p.m. Consistent phone service: 7 minutes on hold, no answer. So I requested a full refund. I was giving it one more chance. So this was the last one.

08/03/2026: Delicious food. The chicken and duck raviolis with mushrooms were simply out of this world (my favourite). Prices are fair compared to what we ate. Cozy atmosphere and the friendly staff. Next time we come to Dijon we will for sure come back to SO.

17/03/2026: In summary: Insufficient value for money. Microscopic portions for exorbitant prices and average quality. Passable service in a tiny restaurant. I don't understand the overwhelmingly positive reviews. In detail: ----- Positive points - The welcome was quite good, even though the servers spoke very little French. ---- Points to improve - The service is fast but very sloppy (no spoon even though you're served miso soup?) and you have to ask for everything. ---- Negative points: 1/ The restaurant is tiny, on two floors. There's barely enough room to move around. 2/ The miso broth served was tasteless. Water, salt, and suspended particles, but no miso flavor. 3/ The portions served are ridiculously small, while the price is very high. For €25.50, I received 14 tiny pieces of sashimi (each "sashimi" was barely half the size of a "regular" portion). Furthermore, the amount of rice was also very small (half a small bowl). You can see the sizes in the photos... I didn't really understand what justified the high prices given the small portions served and the fact that the fish wasn't anything special... And the worst part is that I was still hungry when I left. I wouldn't particularly recommend this restaurant, especially if you're hungry.
