But the food was good – with some influences that are certainly not Japanese, such as a skewer with a bacon roll filled with cheese…😳

11/05/2026: Everything was delicious: tempura, tofu croquettes in broth, sushi and maki, as well as the drinks. We wanted an experience in a real Japanese restaurant, and it was frankly delicious; we even ordered sushi from the menu for dessert!

12/04/2026: The €110 bill for two people was excessive, especially considering the subpar quality and the tiny portions. The pieces were minuscule, and while the quality was acceptable, it was exaggerated. We ultimately decided to dine elsewhere after paying the bill. Before you go in, check the price and ask if the portion size is reasonable. We were extremely annoyed.

30/06/2026: I ordered from their website to pick up my order at 8 pm. At 8 pm sharp, everything was ready, the order was complete, and the sushi was absolutely delicious. Very efficient and the staff was excellent.

28/06/2026: I'm giving it one star because I couldn't give it zero, but I arrived with my partner at 9:40 PM, and there was nothing left in the display case. Nothing in the store either. We'd just arrived and felt like we were bothering them. Kyky was cleaning and closing the kitchen. No greeting, no smile. We still grabbed a box of sushi that was lying around; we hope it's good.

12/05/2026: I don’t understand where the good reviews are coming from. The lady was friendly but that’s the only positive comment I can give. All the clients were sitting outside and when it started raining, she didn’t bother to open the roller blinds, even tho she noticed the rain. The edamame was ice cold and served without any salt. Everything tasted like they’ve been reheating / frying the food with stale oil. The meat in the ramen was inedible, the tempura were oily, the veggie spring rolls were only dough and noodles, the miso soup was lower than the average too but at least inexpensive. The toilets and interior were not welcoming and smelling like oil in the whole room. Overall it felt like baldy prepared frozen food from the supermarket.

16/05/2026: Unpleasant staff, especially the blonde woman behind the counter. Honestly disappointed, especially considering the food was decent! Have a good day, and be careful when hiring your employees because they really don't make you want to come back!

07/05/2026: Very disappointed with our experience at Eat Sushi. We ordered for 7:30 pm and finally received our order at 8:20 pm, almost an hour late. The restaurant runs promotional offers without having the staff to keep up with demand, and it's the customers who suffer the consequences. We ordered specifically to avoid the hassle of waiting after a long day at work, and in the end, our evening was completely ruined. The "gesture of goodwill" offered—four cans of soda and some soy sauce—is far from sufficient given the delay and the inconvenience. Very disappointing, especially for a chain that's supposed to be organized.
