07/09/2024: Nous avons pris un "bateau" 3 parts. Les sushis, makis, sont bons et bien présentés. Mon ado qui n´aime pas le poisson a choisi un plat de poulet caramel servi sur un lit de riz. Elle a bien aimé Le serveur "asiatique" était professionnel, réactif, très bien. Les deux autres débutaient probablement dans le métier. Apporte les boissons en bouteille sans verre. Obligé de lui réclamer. Il apporte la nourriture alors que nous n´avons pas d´assiettes. Après demande il en emmène que 3, nous sommes 4 . Je lui fait remarquer qu'il me manque une assiette. Il repart, il ne m´en apportera pas. J´ai pris une assiette déjà présente sur la table pour l´entrée de ma fille. Desserts pas exceptionnels. Mousse au chocolat lourde ressemblant plus à une crème. Edit: Following your response to my opinion, I told myself that I was going to give the restaurant another chance. New order today, again the temaki like tapas seaweed forgotten even though it is the most important for this dish in my opinion. In short, I give up.

14/09/2024: Great discovery for this little restaurant in Cannes, I had a beef bimbimbap in the hot stone bowl. The boss showed me how to eat it so it wouldn't stick because it continues to cook with the stone. Everything is fresh and clean and the kitchen is open. I don't think there was much beef. We discussed Seoul because we are going there soon. The boss was quite pleasant. The correct addition. There are also Korean products on sale but I found them to be a bit expensive. I had a nice time.

10/09/2024: Perfect, always good, and for years I've been coming here for years, nothing to say, all fresh and homemade, I recommend the barbecue and the noodles and the sushi with breaded shrimp on site.

21/08/2024: Best sushi in terms of value for money but only for rolls & makis. The cooking of the rice and the taste is not controlled, not enough vinegar and too sticky! The cutting of sushi must be more regular… I don't recommend poke. In terms of hot dishes, this is not the best place because the prices are very high. There is a Chinese restaurant higher up offering the same dishes for almost 8 euros cheaper (especially for pad thai, Bo bun etc) and a detail that makes the difference, made by Asians which is not necessarily the case in the kitchen at O4. In terms of experience on site, when I arrived the waitress seemed to absolutely want to finish her tidying up instead of taking our order as a priority... Also, please specify that wasabi and ginger are paid extras, it is a practice and a little dishonest not to not indicate it clearly.

02/05/2024: We placed an order for 130€ this evening, when we asked for a little extra ginger, the waiter pointed out that he was giving us 1 pot free of charge, but that normally, it costs 1€, and that in any case, There are some in the boxes, and guess what? no ginger in the boxes on 3 boxes, stinginess and bad service at sushi :) go to sushi burn instead, excellent service and very good sushi

09/04/2024: We ate excellent sushi there! The choice was very vast, with unexpected and delicious variations like foie gras/mango sushi and fresh goat cheese/arugula/honey sushi. The little cabbage salad as a starter was delicious. The service was fast and friendly!
