21/02/2026: Second visit before a movie; convenient location on the Gobelins plateau with quick service. Fresh maki and a wide selection of mochi ice cream. A few set menus are missing, for example, skewered maki, but they can adjust the à la carte options, just costing a little more. A good experience, I'll definitely repeat it.

25/03/2026: A very good culinary experience. A lovely menu of dishes and cocktails. The staff were very friendly; however, we had reserved a table for 8 pm several days in advance and waited until 8:20 pm to be seated... which was a shame. The quality of the food was excellent: we thoroughly enjoyed it! ❤ The cocktails were nice but a bit pricey.

20/03/2026: A loyal customer since 2020. The food is good, with a successful mix of classic dishes and new discoveries each year. Unfortunately, the restaurant and the street are not wheelchair accessible, so I order takeout. The delivery is always very well done.

08/03/2026: Very mixed feelings. I ordered takeout sushi for my husband (delicious, hence my rating) and a beef bo bun...and what a huge disappointment! Don't be fooled by the picture, which shows a lot of meat, quite a bit of cucumber and carrot, and apparently not too many rice vermicelli. But in reality, I got: 5 tiny slices of beef, a few sticks of carrot and cucumber...and some pieces of spring rolls (that was okay!). However, there was a HUGE amount of rice vermicelli and roughly chopped onions...€12.90 is expensive for vermicelli; it's misleading the customer compared to the menu photos, so be aware! Furthermore, there was no seasoning on the vermicelli, no flavor at all despite the small amount of nuok mam sauce...I couldn't finish it and had to throw it all away. The 5-star reviews are certainly justified, but only for the sushi, because the other dishes are mediocre. In short, I won't be going back.

24/02/2026: We came for Valentine's Day and ate in the traditional corner. A special Valentine's Day menu was available. The portions were generous and the food was absolutely delicious; the evening went perfectly. The wait was a little long, but the servers, always helpful, apologized with each course. Having already visited once before, the experience was just as good as the first. I highly recommend this restaurant! See you soon, I hope.

15/03/2026: As a loyal customer, I stopped going there about ten years ago because the quality had declined significantly. In 2026, the quality has returned: - The sushi rice tastes good - The salmon-to-rice ratio is acceptable - The skewers are flavorful It still lacks a bit of variety compared to competitors who offer buffets, but the "passing plates" experience makes up for it. Friendly staff Covered parking nearby, and free street parking.

16/03/2026: Discover Korean cuisine thanks to the lovely owner who is happy to explain the specialties on offer. The bibimbap is wonderful, everything is truly excellent. A real gem in Metz.

26/02/2026: I've been a loyal customer of this sushi shop for years, and I appreciate the inventiveness of their recipes. But the order I just received tonight is simply shameful!! Bits of sushi rolls with no filling, tiny or half-rolled sushi, some inedible because the cook was so heavy-handed with the wasabi, and slices of salmon so thin they're practically transparent... So far below the expected quality for this price 😡
