The restaurant is right off the road, which is why it only has 4 stars in Ambiente. However, the restaurant does have a sea view.

Impeccable and very friendly service and advice: attentive and relevant.
Surprising cuisine, very good quality. The chef takes us into refined Asian flavors, far from the classic sweet and sour pork or chicken curry.
25/09/2024: If you look for a restaurant mixing French and Japanese cuisine, this is the place to go. Everything we have tasted was excellent and served with an excellent Savigny les Beaune.

08/07/2025: My wife and I dined at this charming Japanese restaurant today. We left fully satisfied. The salmon sashimi was incredibly fresh, the maki delicious, and the miso soup was the best we've ever tasted. The staff was pleasant, and the service was fast. I can't recommend this restaurant enough.

The atmosphere is pleasant and warm, and the decor is beautiful! I highly recommend it, it was delicious!

10/12/2025: Very disappointed. I've been a loyal customer since 2022, and my daughter and I love ordering the Bo Bun (lemongrass beef and crispy chicken). The last two or three times we've ordered recently, the vegetables have been less fresh, the chicken has a smell of old frying oil, and the beef is less tender.
The quality is declining, which is a real shame.

Service efficace, rapide et agréable.
Bonnes bières japonaises.
Produits frais de qualité. Petites portions bien arrangées. Des goûts inhabituels, délicats.
Parfait pour se dépayser et anticiper le programme culinaire du futur voyage au Japon ;)
Prix corrects.

I always sit down in front of the kitchens, alone or with someone else. It's always a treat (summer and winter). The welcome, the smile, the responsiveness, the service, and the cleanliness are all there. It's a shame that customers don't always fully appreciate this institution, probably due to the cafeteria feel.

08/07/2025: Too expensive for an inedible salad, dishes that are truly inferior in quality, and a level of hygiene that is more than questionable. You can find better in the area.

01/10/2024: Sushi in Châtillon is undoubtedly one of the best sushi in the region. The service is impeccable and warm, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Discovered by chance, it quickly became my go-to address. The price-quality ratio is excellent and very competitive.
I highly recommend it for an authentic and tasty culinary experience.
