It's great to watch the chef prepare the food in front of you, but at the same time, it's very unpleasant: oil splatters everywhere, especially for those seated near the stove, and consequently, there's a strong smell of grease when you leave. Some people were given aprons; it's not offered to everyone, which is a shame. I'd go back because the food is good, but I'd prefer to stay away from the stoves...

11/02/2026: We came for dinner last night, arriving a little before 8 pm. We waited several minutes before being seated, which was understandable since several people who had arrived before us were ordering takeout. However, we had to get the menu ourselves and then wait a long time before we could give our order to the waitress and receive our drinks. Waiting 15-20 minutes for a carafe of water and a Fuze Tea is never pleasant… especially since the restaurant was far from full! It's a shame, because the sushi (which we had already ordered to go) was delicious.
