15/12/2024: If this Japanese restaurant retains its title of best Japanese in the region, it is also a victim of its success: always full where the agitation of the waiters, very competent otherwise, makes you dizzy in a poorly soundproofed atmosphere.
Three regrets: absence of temaki on the menu and scallop sushi, in addition, a maki dish whose assortment included more vegetables (radish and cucumber among others) than raw fish... Dish returned.

Each dish offers subtle and perfectly balanced flavors.
The service is impeccable, and the atmosphere warm
An essential address for lovers of Japanese cuisine looking to be surprised.

25/01/2025: One of my favourite places in the neighbourhood. Easy going and authentic. Noodles are extremely good. The restaurant is quite small so make sure you reserve a spot in advance (even for 2 people!), but worse case you can still order to go if it’s too packed !
24/01/2025: Typically Japanese, a restaurant which serves (almost) only one specialty: in this case Udon, these thick wheat noodles, served in different recipes, with or without broth. They are delicious and refined. The fried salsify was great too. Very good sakes on the menu. I will go back there as soon as I can.

27/01/2025: I recommend this establishment that we discovered this evening.
The managers are both very welcoming, on the phone and at the counter. We even find ourselves paying for our sushi with a smile, that same smile that doesn't stop, throughout our tasting of these homemade products.
We will come back with great pleasure!
