10/02/2026: A very bad experience. Disrespectful service: the waitress threw plates and cutlery on the table without a smile. As soon as she learned we had a 50% discount, her behavior changed. We were clearly treated worse than the other tables. Even the sushi was smaller than what was served next to us for the same orders. If you don't want to offer discounts, don't offer them—but don't penalize customers. The quality of the sushi was very poor.

23/03/2026: A very wide selection at the buffet. They replenish it frequently to keep everyone happy! Unlimited appetizers, main courses, desserts, and coffee and tea. There's even a chocolate fountain, ice cream, and candy! The price is more than reasonable for the selection! The restrooms are spotless! Which is rare in a restaurant. The staff is very professional. We'll be back!

06/03/2026: Terrible service! I ordered two poke bowls for lunch today to eat with a friend. I asked for a receipt for just one of the meals for my business reimbursement, and the cashier was incredibly rude and dismissive, telling me she couldn't do it. She said she would have tried to understand and find a solution, and I probably would have accepted, but this was too much. I don't think customer service is her job…!! Luckily, the poke bowls and desserts were good. I'll go back to Sushi Shop, but not to the one in Bayonne.

03/03/2026: Very disappointed with my last experience. I placed an order through Uber Eats and received an order that wasn't mine. I had to call the restaurant to report the error, specifying that the problem stemmed from the delivery. Communication was initially difficult, as the manager struggled to acknowledge that it was a shipping issue. A new order was eventually sent and received at 9:45 PM. Unfortunately, the disappointment continued: • The sweet sauce was missing, even though I was charged for it. • The two dishes that were supposed to be hot (the receipt clearly indicated "hot order") arrived completely cold, as if they had just come out of the refrigerator, without having been heated. This is regrettable, especially after the first incident. I expected a more careful approach with the second delivery. I expect greater attention to detail, particularly regarding order verification and adherence to the advertised quality standards.

15/02/2026: Order placed on Valentine's Day evening, the sushi was delicious and super fresh. Fast service and a friendly welcome. I highly recommend it! 🍣

02/01/2026: I love this restaurant; I order about twice a month. I've never been disappointed. The food is fresh, the portions are generous, the staff is warm and friendly, and the delivery drivers are great because, in addition to being nice, they deliver on time. The prices are also affordable, which is great when you need to order for several people.

25/05/2025: No sushi... It's no longer all-you-can-eat since January. The service is still at the table, as before, but you pay for each dish you order.

02/02/2026: A traditional Japanese restaurant, exactly as I've come to expect. The service is very quick. The food is prepared right in front of you. Fresh fish. The atmosphere isn't anything special... but at least they're incredibly efficient.

20/12/2025: The service was terrible, no explanation of the dishes, and I ordered a rice cake for dessert... which turned out to be two sticky marshmallow-like things on the plate! Luckily there were two slices of kiwi 😅 oh well!

03/01/2026: A very good restaurant with a varied menu; expect to pay around €20 per person. The waitress was very pleasant and smiling, but the furniture and decor of the dining room are not at all inviting or warm, which is a shame.

28/10/2025: I don't recommend it... upon entering, there was a musty smell in this restaurant where there were only two customers on a Saturday night... the waitress got the entire order wrong. For my son, who doesn't like Chinese dumplings, I asked if it was possible to have spring rolls instead from the set menu, but she refused outright, even though it was only 50 cents more, which I would have gladly paid. I had to order à la carte: €8.50 for a portion of fried rice! The atmosphere was very cold... I won't be going back.

04/03/2026: It's a shame we can't give a zero! This restaurant is a disaster. I've been to quite a few Chinese restaurants, but I've never seen two like this. There's no choice, the food is frankly disgusting, if you want to be sick all night like I was, go for it.

15/02/2026: Impeccable, fast service and very friendly staff. I recommend it. Very good, very friendly. Lots of choices, unfortunately not many vegetarian options, but it's still possible to eat well vegetarian here!

02/01/2026: Intrigued by the positive reviews, I decided to book a dinner reservation for my husband and I on the evening of the 31st. As soon as we walked in, we noticed that it was as cold inside as it was outside (2 degrees Celsius). We mentioned this several times, but nothing changed. We ordered a few dishes, and after a while, the lady came back saying that two dishes weren't available. We ordered more and also decided to get some hot sake to warm up in the meantime. Meanwhile, several takeout dishes came out; we were the only ones in the restaurant waiting to be served; the other two occupied tables had already eaten. We arrived at 9:00 PM, and at 9:40 PM, the lady came back saying that more dishes were missing. During all this waiting, we didn't receive any dishes, let alone the sake. So we decided to leave. They ruined our New Year's Eve dinner. I'm giving it one star because you can't give zero stars.
