15/10/2025: Every visit here is a delightful experience. All the Chinese food is fantastic. It's a restaurant where you only need to think about what to eat, without worrying about whether it's good or not! All the dishes I've tried so far have been delicious. The chicken, beef, and even the vegetarian options are all excellent! I especially love their shrimp dumplings! Considering the price and food quality, it's the best choice. All the staff are incredibly friendly, making for a very comfortable dining experience! Personally, I feel it's far superior to similar restaurants in Paris, both in terms of food quality and hygiene. This restaurant has become a must-visit every time I'm at Metz since I first discovered it, and it's the only place I want to eat at Metz. 11/12/2025: Excellent food and super friendly servers. The only downside: avoid it if you're looking for a quiet date night. The restaurant allows groups of people to play incredibly loud music for birthdays (imagine JUL blasting in the room), with absolutely no consideration for other customers. It's a real shame because the food is delicious and we would have loved to stay longer, but it just made us leave.

20/05/2026: The sushi was good and the waitress was pleasant, but unfortunately the portions of all the dishes combined were tiny, the salmon skewers were completely different from what was shown in the menu photos, and the overall selection was very limited compared to other Japanese restaurants. It was far too expensive for what it was… unfortunately, I won’t be back.

07/05/2026: I love this restaurant; it's my favorite for all-you-can-eat meals. The food is really good, the servers are great, and it's not a buffet but a real restaurant where you can relax and enjoy yourself.

20/04/2026: Wow, absolutely fantastic! We stopped by on a whim this Monday evening (many places are closed on Mondays), and what a pleasant surprise! The service was excellent. The sushi was incredibly delicious, and I know my sushi, LOL! Plus, they offered to customize my order to my liking. I highly recommend it and I'll definitely be back. Thank you!!

16/05/2026: Tried it for the first time tonight. The sushi and dumplings weren't fresh! An experience we won't be repeating.

27/01/2026: A mediocre experience. The price is excessive for what you get. The quality is disappointing (dry rice, lack of seasoning in the salad) and the sushi pieces are abnormally small. Despite ordering 42 pieces for two people, the quantity wasn't enough to satisfy us. Unfortunately, the standardized approach of a chain restaurant is all too apparent, to the detriment of taste and generous portions.

17/04/2026: The food was okay. However, there was a major logistical problem; the wait for takeout orders was unbearably long. For example, my order was prepared this evening 45 minutes late (even though it wasn't a large order). Not an apology, not a gesture of goodwill, nothing, even though I was waiting alone in the entrance. Very disappointing.

19/02/2026: A quality Asian restaurant, the food is delicious but the service is sometimes slow between courses.

23/05/2026: I'm one of this restaurant's most loyal customers, but unfortunately, in my opinion, the quality isn't what it used to be. The salmon portions in the poke bowls have become very small, and I feel the value for money has declined. Furthermore, I felt uncomfortable after a comment made during my visit that I personally found inappropriate. I'm disappointed because I used to really like this place.

26/03/2026: I should mention that I haven't rated the atmosphere because I only order delivery. I've ordered about ten times and I've never been disappointed. The only slight criticism I have about the food, and the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is that I've noticed that after eating Edoman cuisine, and often Asian food in general, my mouth is dry and I'm very thirsty. There's a wide variety of Japanese and Chinese specialties. The prices aren't excessive, and you can pay by check and even request that it be cashed on a specific date. For orders over a certain amount, they always offer a little something extra (a drink or dessert). Delivery takes a maximum of 30 minutes, but the delivery time is clearly stated when you order by phone. I will continue to order from them.

17/03/2026: The quality and quantity have gradually declined, and they've crossed the line into the realm of what's acceptable even for the most undemanding consumers. After years of loyalty, this time I'm going to listen to my palate and cut my losses!

16/09/2025: It was with a heavy heart that I went to Kaiten today for the last time. Like many regulars (who were here today), we frequented the restaurant for over 10 years. The atmosphere was truly special, familial, and unique. This was undoubtedly due to the exceptional care and attention of the staff. Of course, we won't find Japanese cuisine of this quality again anytime soon… We wish the Kaiten team all the best and hope to see you again someday, perhaps on another project! Thank you! Thomas

10/05/2026: I ordered for the first time this Sunday evening and I'm definitely not disappointed. My delivery was very fast, the driver was super friendly, my order arrived piping hot, and I even got a free drink. Honestly, I have nothing to complain about: top-notch service, I would recommend it without hesitation! 👍

12/01/2026: We went last night and honestly, it was incredible. The chicken spring rolls were like a trip to another place, with delicious cabbage 🥰🥺 oh my goodness, what a treat! But I won't lie, the service was a bit strange/cringe. I think it's something you need to work on, or hire more welcoming staff, and especially pay attention to how you speak to customers.
