You can taste the quality of the ingredients, whether it's the Japanese or Chinese specialties. A wonderful discovery; I highly recommend it and will gladly return.

03/07/2026: Very disappointed. The meat was overcooked and very dry. The beef, onions, and chicken were too oily. Usually, it's okay, but tonight it was a disaster. With a 10% discount on the next order, it really didn't appeal to me. It wasn't expensive, though.

When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order, I saw a real crowd of people, each more impatient than the last. And despite the pace and the pressure, I really wanted to commend the entire team for their efficiency, their smiles, and their good humor. A special mention also goes to the person who seemed to be a new recruit and was still getting settled in: well done to the whole team for your patience, your helpfulness, and your warm welcome. 10/09/2026: A very good experience with a fun and original concept. The sushi, California rolls, and maki are prepared in the center of the restaurant so you can enjoy them immediately. Simple and delicious with friendly service.

03/09/2026: The service and welcome were very good, and the idea of ​​an all-you-can-eat menu with a conveyor belt was great. But, unfortunately, I really didn't like the food. The rice was far too overcooked and mushy/sticky; it was very heavy and filling. Because of this, you couldn't even taste the fish. It felt like I was eating overcooked rice balls. The miso soup only had broth and three mushrooms, none of the other ingredients you usually find. The staff were very polite and friendly, but unfortunately, they need to change the way they prepare the food because it wasn't good.

22/10/2026: Udon Jubey is a rather upscale restaurant. The udon noodles are excellent, and the accompanying soup is equally so. It's worth noting that there's often a queue, slightly longer than at other restaurants due to the slightly higher quality of the dishes. The flavor is unique, which means it's original. Definitely worth trying, but be prepared to wait; it can get busy.
