06/09/2024: having worked at Carrefour Sartrouville in retirement now I like shopping at Montesson too. store certainly too big but nice.

04/09/2024: This morning, we bought organic Charolais low coast meat for grilling, date (label: packaging 24.08 to be consumed before 28.08). This afternoon, when we were about to cook it, a nauseating smell of rotten meat emerged from the tray when we opened it.... The cellophane side was presentable while the tray side was greenish color in places.... Everything ended up in the trash... 10th lost, thank you Carrefour!! Comment following your response below: I am modifying my comment since I cannot respond... IF YOU READ MY PREVIOUS COMMENT CAREFULLY, you will note that we bought the meat THE SAME DAY... I don't see how it can turn green and foul-smelling in 2 hours, even in a tray!!! I will not fail to come and get reimbursed yes!!

02/11/2024: I advise you to go to Les Halles. Every time I order I wait 1 hour for my order and it ends up being cancelled. They have a phone number and charge 18 cents per minute so if you want to know where and what you ordered, they'll drain your money even more. Lack of respect, their customers are their wallets!

07/12/2025: Typical Japanese-Chinese restaurant. Efficient and inexpensive. Satisfactory quality, friendly staff, hygiene sometimes leaves something to be desired.

07/02/2026: I came for lunch today and ordered a shrimp bowl. I then realized that my dish contained meat, even though it wasn't mentioned anywhere on the menu. This is unacceptable, especially since I don't eat meat! It should be clearly stated on the menu.

11/01/2026: The delivery driver called to say he was at the building next door, not at our residence, even though our address was clearly listed on my Sushishop account and on the receipt. When I explained his mistake, he refused to enter the residence and walk to the end of the driveway to our building, which is clearly indicated in our address. He finally left the bag in front of the caretaker's residence, nearly 300 meters from our building, and I had to walk to get it. The bag was ripped. The order was also poorly prepared: we ordered chicken yakitori because we don't eat cheese. All the yakitori we received contained cheese. In short, the delivery preparation was abysmal, and the delivery itself was abysmal. All this for a very high price. Appalling.

07/12/2025: The tables facing each other make it feel more like a cafeteria than a restaurant. The aisles are too narrow for easy passage. The food is cold. The vegetables are undercooked. There isn't much choice of appetizers or desserts.

06/12/2025: Very poor welcome, cold food, limited menu choices. We had a reservation and they made no effort to seat us. Very disappointed and we won't be returning.

14/12/2025: Dirty restaurant, bad smells, not suitable for eating in; half the restaurant is used as a drinks storage area. The service is pleasant. The food… a disgrace. Salmon served at room temperature, overcooked rice turned to mush. Three sesame seeds on a maki roll, no ginger in the sushi box, and wasabi was a strange color. Tasteless skewers. First and last time. €19 is too expensive to get sick.

04/10/2025: Living in Juvisy, we are regulars at this restaurant and we really like what they offer.

30/12/2025: Catastrophic service! So many oversights! First course: 40-minute wait. We only received the second order 20 minutes after requesting it. We ordered 12 edamame, 6 salmon sashimi, and 6 California rolls. After 35 minutes, still no second order. We got up and reported the incident to the manager. Their response was that they were very busy. Maximum 40 people allowed in the restaurant. No after-sales service whatsoever. We paid and left. Thank you.

18/01/2026: Neo Sushi is located in the Part-Dieu shopping center. The place is quite small, but you can eat in. Hygiene-wise, everything seemed fine to me. This is my second time there. The first time, I had the crispy chicken rice (I'm not sure of the exact name), and honestly, it was so delicious! The second time, I ordered the same thing, along with some sushi. You can really tell the ingredients are fresh and prepared on-site with care. As for the service, I'd say it depends on the cashier. The first time, the cashier was smiling and pleasant. The second time, she was much less welcoming, but she remained polite. Honestly, based on the reviews already left, I had a good experience overall. I'll definitely be back! See you soon.

14/01/2026: Excellent!! The sushi is delicious, fresh, and very well prepared. You can really taste the care and quality in every bite. The gentleman who prepares the sushi is very friendly, welcoming, and makes the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

19/01/2026: Prices are cheap but at the cost of having food quality too low. Only been once and tried one menu, but looking to the dirty tab water bottle, it makes me think they don't have a quality mindset.

17/11/2024: I first smelled a horrible smell when receiving my California order with tuna and breaded scallops. I thought it was coming from the lobby of my building but after opening the package and tasting a California I almost threw it up. It was so bad and the scallops were not cooked at all...I had to throw everything away and the price of 24 euros in the trash straight away after I informed the restaurant and I would never order from them again.. .

20/01/2026: I used to love it. I hadn't ordered for a year or two. I ordered again, but what a disaster! Delivering an order without any sauce would never have happened, and the quality has really gone downhill. It's a shame.

12/01/2026: The quality has deteriorated considerably over the past year; the products are less and less fresh, especially the bowls! Our last bowl order was clearly inedible. All the ingredients were fit only for the bin, the noodles were way overcooked, and the dish tasted like it had been reheated several times (I regularly order the same dish; previously, everything was very fresh and delicious). Even the water used to clean the floor had a foul odor when we picked up our order. A few weeks ago, we were already disappointed with the freshness of the products, and we wanted to give it another try because to err is human, but I won't be going back. I hope the manager responds quickly to the negative comments…

17/12/2025: Nothing terrible about this restaurant, but nothing worth a special trip either. The quality of the ingredients leaves much to be desired; the rice is mushy, the ramen tastes like instant soup and lacks half of what you'd expect from ramen, etc. The waiter was friendly, and the prices were similar to what you'd find elsewhere.
