12/06/2025: Honestly, I come here regularly and I have to say the sauces have changed… The sweet sauce is inedible, it has no taste at all, it's so watered down and it's practically transparent. The sweet and sour sauce is just disgusting, it's tomato sauce diluted with water. I definitely won't be back.

20/12/2025: I've been eating there for years, but the quality has declined lately. The shrimp dumplings have been mealy for some time now, and the tiny piece of salmon on the sushi is overpriced, especially considering how much the prices have gone up.

03/01/2026: First and last time at Yuki Sushi tonight. Occupying such a prime location to serve food that's clearly microwaved and sushi of appalling quality is simply shameful. Frankly, what's offered here isn't even as good as some supermarket sushi from places like Auchan or Carrefour. The most shocking thing is the price: charging the same as a "regular" restaurant is completely out of touch with reality and is scandalous. At this point, you clearly feel like you're being treated as a captive customer, not as someone they're trying to please. With such poor quality, it's no wonder customers are scarce. Let's hope that one day this place is taken over by a true restaurant professional, someone with high standards, expertise, and above all, respect for their customers.

26/01/2026: Avoid this place at all costs!!! I was very disappointed with the value for money. I paid over €37 for 24 pieces of sushi and miso soup, and honestly, it's way too expensive for what it was. The sushi was tiny and tasteless; it didn't hold together at all and crumbled easily. When I left, I was still hungry, which is clearly unacceptable at that price. For €37, you expect decent portions, not ridiculously small bites. The miso soup was very dark, almost like coffee, and it really didn't taste good. The "signature" sushi at €10.90 for 6 pieces was truly awful. We ate in, but were served in takeaway boxes without plates, which further detracted from the already limited experience. For the price, the service was mediocre. In short, a complete rip-off! Overpriced for tiny portions (no photos of the minuscule sushi) and subpar quality. I absolutely do not recommend it. If you're looking for sushi near Confluence, go to "Confluence Sushi," a great independent place, not a chain like this that slops up its service!

13/01/2026: The sushi wasn't bad per se… but the sashimi was very poorly cut. There's no service… you have to serve yourself… order… pay… and wait. The wait to be seated was very long…

18/09/2025: I ordered two meal delivery options. However, the rice that was supposed to accompany my order was forgotten. I immediately reported this by phone, but I never received the rice. I understand that mistakes can happen, but what I find unfortunate is that my complaint was ignored!

08/01/2026: Only half satisfied. When we asked the waitress a question, she laughed in our faces and left without answering. Apart from that, the service was fairly good. The food selection was decent but could be improved.

29/12/2025: It's a shame we can't give zero stars. We arrived at 7 pm, and the first round went well because we were the only customers. At 7:30 pm… about thirty customers arrived and it was chaos. Despite our orders, we weren't served. We saw people waiting at the restaurant entrance for 15 minutes. About 20 customers lost… deplorable service, tuna sushi that was practically blue, and they told us that was normal. Unpleasant waitress. Passtime offer refused because it's not accepted on Sundays, according to the waitress… avoid at all costs.

10/11/2025: In Rouen, we decided to try ITO… just to see what this place was like! Well, it was just a test, and we won't be going back. The waitress took our order without drinks… instead, a carafe was placed on our table. The cheese skewers arrived cold and on the side… then the sushi arrived without soy sauce or wasabi… forget about the candied ginger too! The rice was barely cooked… The miso soup was tasteless… In short, a place to avoid… The wait was long, far too long, and the quality was definitely lacking!

19/10/2025: I liked the starter, but the ramen wasn't rich in flavor or value. Perhaps the chef should reconsider!

12/12/2025: The salmon was too fatty. Indeed, the quality has plummeted while the prices remain high. I confirm the previous reviews. This was my last order!

05/09/2025: I'll never go back to that sushi place again. The quality has drastically declined, and the prices have skyrocketed. The issue of the loyalty card expiring right at the time of the discount was the final straw. When you fill your gaps with scams, your time is up. If you no longer have the passion for your job, give your place to someone who will do it better than you.

28/01/2026: This restaurant is amazing, we lived in paris for a long time and this is one of the favs restaurant we have went for pickup sushi. Although the restaurant is very small the food is fresh and tastes very good, the only problem is that when you go eat the restaurant the atmosphere is not great… I recommend ordering for the good price and can have a better experience at home.

13/02/2026: Outrageous!! We ordered through Uber Eats. Our order was taken, then canceled, then taken again, then canceled again—eight times!! So we decided to call the restaurant to ask if there was a problem with our order, and it was a premium-rate number!!! 18 cents a minute!? Can you believe it? So we decided to go there in person an hour and a half after placing our order. When we arrived, they explained that our order hadn't been processed from the start because they didn't have enough sushi and only had one cook! And to top it all off, the server kindly suggested we eat at the competitor's place across the street, saying, "Besides, it's better there!" Of course, she said this right in front of the cook standing next to her. That's it!! Have a nice evening.

03/11/2025: Honestly, what I received from Bozen (on Uber Eats) is shameful 😡 I ordered sushi, and I got some kind of shapeless, tasteless mush. It was impossible to pick up a single piece with chopsticks; it had literally collapsed! Even the taste... nonexistent. How can they dare deliver this to customers? A real disappointment; I will never order from them again.

02/11/2025: Order placed for delivery with Uber Eats, 3 items missing. When you call, they hang up. In short, it's not the first time, but this is too much: no napkin, no sauce. This is ridiculous!

01/11/2025: Hello, tonight my partner and I ordered at 9:40 PM and around 10:30 PM the order was canceled! This isn't the first time this has happened at this restaurant! It's a nightmare; most of the time there's a delay of over an hour, sometimes even two hours, on top of the given delivery time! And no discount for the wait, either! We will never order from them again! We had placed six orders with them (we told ourselves it happens sometimes), but this is the last straw! So I advise you not to order from them! I gave them one star, but if I could have given them less, I would have.
