In April I got food poisoning at sushi time v2.
I had 50 euros worth of sushi including sashimi. Among these sashimi, tuna sashimi (2) which had a whitish color, I found that strange. I pointed it out to the saleswoman, she told me that it was normal and that it depended on the part of the tuna. , I was skeptical but I paid. I only ate one of the two, it tasted a little strange.
In the evening abdominal cramps, vomiting, diarrhea and the next day the same. I had to go home in the middle of a work day and go to the poisoning doctor. I call sushi time, she tells me that she remembers having served it to me the day before but that even if it is whitish it is still good while I tell her that I fell ill after all doctor and sick leave.
I think it's food poisoning, but I reported it before buying, she told me it was nothing and I called back.
next day and you do not recognize the problem. I eat whitish tuna sashimi, I get sick but it's not because of the sashimi according to you.
At the very least, apologize, acknowledge and compensate (I had a bottle of peach water) to buy and vomit 50 euros worth of sushi.
The comment is there because intoxication happens but customs clearance and acting as if nothing happened I find it rubbish.
The sushi is still good when I have normal tuna and not whitish.
03/08/2024: Very welcoming, the most quality sushi I have ever eaten for my part, I come there as soon as possible. I highly recommend it. Nothing to do with the big chains! In addition, the people are very kind, friendly and grateful for their loyalty. A big thank-you ! 🪖

24/01/2025: January 24, 2025 we were surprised to see a beautiful and new buffet with much more choice and well presented. After having looked around the buffet I noticed that the fresh products are kept on a cold plate in cutting boards which prevents the cold from penetrating. The products are not fresh. My friend had sushi 🍣 I said be careful the fish on the rice and dry and 1 hour later in the toilet vomiting food poisoning. I took hot and well everything is lukewarm everything must be over 63° nothing is within the norms. Hygiene process needs to be reviewed and you have lost 2 customers. I won't come back again.
13/01/2025: Cold dish, you have to jump directly on the dishes that arrive hot otherwise it cools very quickly

08/06/2024: Very very good sushi we ordered a few months ago and we were delighted with the sushi both for their taste and their size unfortunately since two orders the sushi are still excellent but the size has decreased a lot.
Otherwise great home delivery
07/06/2024: Disappointed. I ordered sushi for 3 people last week and the size of the makis was ridiculously small. No commercial gesture, according to the brand the template has been respected. I don't recommend.

19/06/2024: Usual Japanese dishes but well served. From the choice to the menu. Good mochi for dessert.
There is room, the restaurant is quite large. The toilets are huge and very clean.
The waitress is a little fast but nice.

25/11/2024: I was lost with my partner and we are craving sushi, we saw this establishment and they invited us to come in, we were going to order takeout because of the rush... The customer service was a 10, even though we ordered takeout they gave us an incredible jasmine tea, and Afterwards we ordered the v13 menu, its price/quality is incredible and unbeatable. I wish there was a place this impressive in my city!

This restaurant is eatable, but just not what you would expect.

09/09/2024: I've been to the Royal Bourgoin twice, and it's a good place if you're looking for an all-you-can-eat Asian buffet. The choice is enormous, between sushi, grills and traditional Chinese dishes. I really liked the concept of the small hot plate on the table to cook your own meat, it’s user-friendly. The value for money is correct, especially if you come at lunchtime. The atmosphere is quite nice, even if the restaurant can be quite busy at certain times. In short, a good option for fans of Asian cuisine!

21/08/2024: We ordered dinner last night and my daughter was sick overnight. Food poisoning and only this meal can be the cause. To be honest, I wasn't (we didn't order the same dishes)
I went to the stand today to report the problem and I was given as a possible reason the fact that the restaurant had reopened the day before 15 days ago, hence the problem!
