06/08/2026: The shrimp were old and reheated. They smelled bad. A complete lack of care. The toilets were a breeding ground for infection. I will never go back.

06/08/2026: My experience at City Wok in Metz was very disappointing. The food seemed stale, and the shrimp had a bad odor. They were rubbery, making them seem unfresh. Furthermore, desserts were often unavailable, and several dishes were out of stock. The serving trays were constantly nearly empty, giving the impression that they were deliberately underfilled, making it difficult to serve oneself properly. The lack of customer service is evident. I am very disappointed with this restaurant and will not be returning.

27/08/2026: I ordered takeout. A dish with stir-fried noodles and caramel chicken. The noodles were dry and not very tasty, and honestly, I don't know what kind of chicken it was, but it didn't look like chicken at all. Or maybe it was leftover fat and cartilage. Avoid it!

23/08/2026: We went twice for the "unlimited" option, and both times it was ENDLESS... We had to wait at least 45 minutes for our food, and that was on both occasions. The food itself is good, but we ended up spending 3 hours there for just two tablet orders out of a possible 5 😅

30/08/2026: A very good experience at this all-you-can-eat sushi place. The menu isn't huge, but it's enough for a varied meal. The sushi is good, and unlike most all-you-can-eat places, there's a decent amount of fish compared to rice. The service is friendly and efficient. Excellent value for money.

25/04/2026: I've ordered a few times, and it's good, no complaints about the taste—just what you expect from Japanese food. However, it's incredibly expensive! Rice or salad are often missing from the set menus. They charge an extra €1 for additional sauces, even for a small bottle. When you're spending €140 for four adults and a child, I think they could be more reasonable.

04/09/2026: Two teriyaki donuts, which looked appetizing, turned out to be extremely salty, far too salty, and yet one of us normally eats very salty food. The waiter in the basement was as courteous as a doorman; at least he was courteous to anyone asking for a seat. As for the restrooms, the hand dryer hadn't been cleaned in a while, judging by the dust around the vents. We also appreciated the floor scraper, which, given its position, was deliberately placed there and didn't fall over. All this was topped off with a rather difficult digestion.

01/09/2026: Almost an hour's wait in a nearly empty restaurant for average food. Half an hour after ordering, we were asked what we had ordered. Another 20 minutes later, two incorrect dishes arrived. The waitstaff seemed quite bewildered. The cooks strolled casually around. Then, visibly behind the bar, the ramen was mixed and brought out. The taste was unremarkable and bland. Then the cook casually walked over to the other cooking station and calmly prepared the second dish: fried noodles for 15 euros. Also average.

18/08/2026: The ramen was tasteless, the noodles were hard, and the chicken pieces were even worse. In short, I should have checked beforehand.

03/08/2026: Very courteous and quick service. The dishes are fresh, delicious, and very affordable despite being close to the tourist center. A must-try!
