20/03/2026: A truly awful waitress who, once again, treated my family with utter disrespect, even though the restaurant wasn't even full and we come often because we live nearby. And to be fair, the food is very good. Twenty minutes later, we still didn't receive the frozen lemon we ordered—yes, because she'd forgotten it!—and we had to take the dishes back to the kitchen ourselves to prepare the leftovers to take away. All this with a hungry four-year-old waiting at the table... The food is good, but the service is absolutely appalling. If you don't enjoy being a waitress, change careers. I should point out that this isn't just a one-off; it's happened to me several times before.

24/07/2026: Honestly disappointed. The food is very poor quality; the chef doesn't know how to cook Japanese or Asian cuisine. Plus, a 45-minute wait for ramen is excessive. I absolutely do not recommend it. If you don't want to be disappointed, definitely don't go.

18/06/2026: I ordered delivery and I'm very disappointed with my order. The takoyaki didn't have dried bonito flakes on top like in the menu photo. The sushi was overloaded with rice and the salmon was far too thin. I wouldn't order again.

09/04/2026: I come to this area regularly to exercise, and on my way home this evening I decided to try this Japanese restaurant. The welcome was very warm, and the menu was extensive and very appetizing. I got some delicious salmon skewers to go as a set meal with rice, the miso soup was excellent, and the coleslaw was delicious. I also got some gyoza, which I love, and I honestly really enjoyed them. I also ordered salmon sashimi, which was thinly sliced ​​and the fish was very fresh. I'm delighted and I'll be back.

07/09/2026: Noir, is a concept I truly don’t understand, this oat cappuccino which as you can see is small in size, is €6.60. I had it downstairs at this location as I needed to do some work on my laptop and they only allow laptops out downstairs (totally fair) but the place is infested with flies and mosquitos. Paying this much for a coffee and not being able to finish it because it’s almost impossible to keep the flies out is not ok. Then the waitress (really nice girl) told me she was closing for lunch. A chain coffee shop closing for lunch is not something I’ve come across before.

03/08/2026: I ordered tasteless miso soup and overcooked salmon. I was sick all night. Even the avocado was bland. Avoid this restaurant.

25/05/2026: As a regular customer of Sura Sushi in Martigues, I can say without hesitation that it's the best sushi around! The quality is consistently excellent: the ingredients are fresh, well-prepared, and you can really taste the difference. The prices are also very reasonable considering the quality, which is becoming increasingly rare these days. Special mention also goes to the warm welcome and kindness of the staff, who are always smiling, pleasant, and attentive. You truly feel at home every time you visit. I highly recommend it!
