J’essaye de temps en temps de varier et de goûter d’autres plats qu’un menu Sashimi … jamais déçu ! Tout est bon et de gros efforts pour garder le budget du client raisonnable 👌

Beautiful à la carte culinary offerings that you won't find elsewhere: beyond the sushi which are divine. If you are a fan of real Japanese cuisine or if you want to discover it, this restaurant is for you.

27/06/2024: We had the chance to discover the chef's cuisine through the Omakase menu which leaves us with sweet memories... The service was impeccable, and the dishes followed one after the other in a ballet of flavors reminiscent of authenticity and Japanese know-how. Special mention for the fried oyster on its exceptional tartar sauce, as well as for the blue crab sushi (a magnificent discovery!), and finally the poached egg with sea urchin tongue and salmon roe which burst into mouthfeel and give the dish a tremendous iodized power. Without forgetting the candied eggplant that melts on the tongue enhanced by dried bonito flakes (the famous katsuobushi), which give the whole thing an incredible umami note. Thank you again for this delicious experience. It was a real trip, we were enchanted.

21/08/2024: We ordered dinner last night and my daughter was sick overnight. Food poisoning and only this meal can be the cause. To be honest, I wasn't (we didn't order the same dishes) I went to the stand today to report the problem and I was given as a possible reason the fact that the restaurant had reopened the day before 15 days ago, hence the problem! 31/08/2024: I went there with my family after our visit to the Mer de Glace, as it was super close to the train station. The food was outstanding, real quality. We ordered the vegetable curry rice and ramen. For our kids the ramen for kids was fantastic as well. The mochi were great too! Totally recommended

30/07/2024: We placed an order for more than €130 today. When delivered, a menu and rice were missing. We called the restaurant and they were bluntly told that they didn't have a delivery person. We went directly to the restaurant (in the heat) to get what we were missing: the person there literally told us that she was sure she had put 5 rices and not 4! Do you think we would try to cheat for a bowl of rice? Especially in this heat! Because of your lack of professionalism, our colleague ate alone and cold. No commercial gesture was offered!

11/06/2024: I return to it frequently, compared to the others, it is clearly the one with the best product quality. Salmon is not cut from salmon steaks for example! Finally, the value for money is more than adequate. Knowing that it is a restaurant open during office hours, on a daily basis, it can become expensive... The lunch menus are, however, affordable. June 2024 my opinion remains unchanged. I find that there is no better in the sector for this type of cuisine. I would like to take this opportunity to add a little word about the staff who are very helpful and always attentive.
