17/03/2026: For my birthday, I ordered from Grey Sushi using their click and collect service, and honestly, it was a complete success. I don't know if it was the owner, but the welcome was very pleasant, friendly, and professional, and I was served quickly, which is ideal when picking up a sushi takeout order. Everything was smooth, efficient, and well-organized because it was super fast. The restaurant is impeccably clean, which immediately inspired confidence. The products are fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. An excellent option for treating yourself to a birthday meal, even for takeout. I ordered the Grey Sushi salmon and the Grey Sushi salmon and cheese. A major plus: the location is incredibly convenient, just steps from La Rotonde, if you're in the neighborhood like me and looking for quality sushi in Aix-en-Provence without wasting time. Grey Sushi is my new go-to for efficient click and collect, sushi to go, a clean Japanese restaurant, and excellent customer service with a warm welcome. I don't know why there are such negative comments because that wasn't my experience at all. My guests were delighted with the maki sushi. I highly recommend it for a birthday, a spontaneous dinner, or simply to treat yourself with friends!

18/01/2026: Catastrophic service. When you try to contact them by phone, you get a woman who barely understands French, who talks over you... and then leaves you hanging... or says she'll call her manager to resolve the situation and then leaves you hanging... It's shameful.

16/03/2026: As a regular customer, I came in one Wednesday at lunchtime. I ordered takeout. The young woman told me I was entitled to a free item with my loyalty points. I didn't have time, so I asked if I could use my benefit later, and she said yes. The following Wednesday, I returned with colleagues to eat in. The same woman was behind the counter. She told me I had no loyalty benefits. I reminded her that I had come the previous week and that she was the one who told me I didn't have to use the points that same day. According to her, it was the "expiration" (her words) of the points that explained the disappearance of the benefit. A whole week, seriously? No reaction, no call to her manager, no valid explanation, no gesture of goodwill, nothing. She handed me the card reader without a word, her eyes blank. My colleagues and I decided never to come back and to make sure everyone else understood how these so-called accumulated points actually worked. The food is acceptable, but nothing special. The staff must really hate working here, judging by their blasé expressions, the cold and unpleasant welcome, the long wait they make you finish their private conversations, and the fact that you have to ask three times just for a carafe of water when the restaurant is practically empty...

15/02/2026: Impeccable, fast service and very friendly staff. I recommend it. Very good, very friendly. Lots of choices, unfortunately not many vegetarian options, but it's still possible to eat well vegetarian here!

02/01/2026: Intrigued by the positive reviews, I decided to book a dinner reservation for my husband and I on the evening of the 31st. As soon as we walked in, we noticed that it was as cold inside as it was outside (2 degrees Celsius). We mentioned this several times, but nothing changed. We ordered a few dishes, and after a while, the lady came back saying that two dishes weren't available. We ordered more and also decided to get some hot sake to warm up in the meantime. Meanwhile, several takeout dishes came out; we were the only ones in the restaurant waiting to be served; the other two occupied tables had already eaten. We arrived at 9:00 PM, and at 9:40 PM, the lady came back saying that more dishes were missing. During all this waiting, we didn't receive any dishes, let alone the sake. So we decided to leave. They ruined our New Year's Eve dinner. I'm giving it one star because you can't give zero stars.

22/02/2026: We've been eating at this restaurant for almost two years now, practically once a week (we're neighbors), and we've never been disappointed. The food is high quality and the service is always excellent. I recommend it without hesitation!

20/12/2025: Poor service. They didn’t check on us to see if we were ready to order for a while, and didn’t come to give us more water. The food was really good, but it’s sushi, so it’s hard for it to be bad.

17/04/2026: Excellent Japanese pastry shop, nestled in the heart of Paris. The macarons are original and very refined, the pastries are visually stunning and perfectly balanced. The prices might be a little high, but it's justified, especially since the staff is so friendly! I highly recommend it!

16/04/2026: The stores are not resupplied on a regular basis. Have been waiting for matcha ice cream for two weeks, went several times to this and the other store on St. Dominique and nothing. Now they have run out of all the ice cream. Service last time left to be desired, as well.

04/03/2026: Delivery Order I placed an order for delivery. Even on the phone, the person was extremely unfriendly. And to top it off, the order was inedible. I read some reviews, and in my opinion, it's not the best restaurant in Clichy. I do not recommend this restaurant. A word to the wise.

18/01/2026: Excellent restaurant. Impeccable service. I often walked past it without going in because the place was almost empty. They also do takeout. I wasn't disappointed. I'll definitely go back.

07/05/2026: I had some truly disgusting sushi; it looked like it had been made with feet, not hands. It was extremely shocking. I don't even want to imagine how it was made. It's very critical; I still can't seem to recover. I think I'm entitled to compensation from the palace.
