05/05/2026: Good sushi and good service.

28/03/2026: What can I say… To begin with, the quality is very poor for the price and far too expensive for what it is. As a loyal customer for several years, I've noticed the quality is steadily declining, and frankly, the only "good" thing about their products is the sushi, and even then, only when it's delivered and not covered in hair and dust as if it had been dropped on the floor. The rice is very dry, as are the noodles. I decided to give them another chance today by ordering spicy shrimp, and I was disappointed… the dish looked nothing like the picture, with a slimy sauce, and to top it off, the shrimp still tasted like they were from the sea. In general, the ingredients weren't very fresh. It's a real shame.

01/05/2026: The waitresses aren't very friendly, which makes you not want to come, even though everything else is great. It's a real shame; maybe you should change jobs if you can't even speak to your customers properly.

02/06/2026: I absolutely do not recommend this place; I'm very disappointed. The meal was barely lukewarm, the dessert was still frozen, and to top it off, there was a maggot crawling on my glass. I will never set foot in that place again!

01/06/2026: The food was expensive, some of the "customers" were dirty and undesirable (banning them would be a good idea), and it was very cramped to move around and eat. Thankfully, there were women who greeted us with smiles, but that was about it. The buffet was definitely frozen food, no doubt about it. Woke is great, though. Hygiene was so-so... I certainly won't be back!

19/03/2026: A decent experience. The food was good overall. Small portions considering the price and limited variety. A cold and dreary atmosphere, but the service was fairly efficient.

05/04/2026: I ate sushi at this establishment and was unfortunately very disappointed by the quality. The fish didn't taste fresh, which was later confirmed when I suffered from food poisoning—I won't go into the details. This is particularly concerning for products made with raw fish, where freshness is essential. Serious quality control and adherence to the cold chain are necessary.

08/02/2026: Just a small sign saying it's closed, nothing on Google Maps. I hope it's closed for good. A wasted trip. To respond to the owner's ridiculous reply, update Google Maps, for example. Since you're able to reply, updating the opening status shouldn't be any more difficult.

25/01/2026: Affordable and the food is pretty good

17/04/2026: The food is excellent, and we've never been disappointed in that regard. However, after numerous delivery orders, the telephone service is clearly lacking. The person taking orders has a cold and unpleasant tone, and we've even had the phone hung up on us once. This is all the more unfortunate given the quality of the food. We continue to order for the food, but an improvement in customer service would be truly appreciated.

10/04/2026: The tempura was noticeably very light—perhaps a new minimalist approach? As for the quality, it seemed rather mass-produced, which the establishment apparently fully embraces. But the real highlight was the phone call. After my return, I received a response with remarkable sarcasm, going so far as to explain that if other customers recommend this dish, it's because they are (and I quote) "idiots." A bold marketing strategy, I must admit. More seriously, a little respect and consideration for customers wouldn't go amiss. Criticism isn't an attack and deserves better than a contemptuous response. In short, an experience that mainly makes you want to avoid ordering again.

11/04/2026: Slow service, bland, tasteless ramen with an excess of mushrooms compared to the meager amount of noodles served with fried chicken soaked in broth, and overcooked gyozas. Avoid.

04/04/2026: We were very satisfied; the service was pleasant, the portions generous, and the food was a real treat. We will be back.

20/03/2026: The sushi is excellent, the fish is fresh, and the restaurant is quiet. No complaints at all!

15/04/2026: I came on a Saturday during peak service hours. The staff at the till were very friendly when taking our order, and we had lunch upstairs – a very pleasant experience. Our orders were brought to us quite quickly, and everything was really good and fresh! We will definitely go back.

16/04/2026: Excellent experience at Itto Sushi! 🍣 The quality is consistently high; the dishes are truly delicious and well-prepared. The staff is fantastic—welcoming and professional—which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I almost always get takeout, and even though the wait can sometimes be a little long, it's definitely worth it. You can tell everything is made with care, and the taste is always exceptional. Honestly, if you love sushi, you can go without hesitation!

27/03/2026: A great place to celebrate big occasions!

22/03/2026: Booked two weeks in advance for a friend's birthday, extremely disappointed. We arrived at an establishment that pretends to be a restaurant, and upon arrival, we were told that the kitchen was closed but that we could still order tapas. The atmosphere was already very strange; the table was reserved, yet some seats were dirty (including mine) and unprepared; my glass was full of breadcrumbs. The waiter, instead of politely asking my neighbor to get up and put the rug back in place, lifted his chair while he was sitting on it, inadvertently hurting him in the process. In his impatience, he ended up with a bruise on his arm. After an interminable wait, while we were all starving, the so-called tapas platters finally arrived, and they were truly pathetic. €70 for a platter that I'm almost certain wasn't even worth €15—I find that shameful. With this platter, we were served bread as hard as a rock. Paying was just as interminable; they made it perfectly clear we were inconvenienced because there were so many of us and we were blocking the way, but we waited ages before they even acknowledged us. The atmosphere was frankly anxiety-inducing, in my opinion. If you go, I hope you have the palate of a Doberman and that you're not claustrophobic.

14/05/2026: We ordered sushi and what we received was nothing like what we ordered. We ordered maki and ended up with cheese sushi, even though my mother is allergic to cheese.
