17/01/2026: Ordered through Uber Eats. The stir-fried noodles were edible, but we had to throw away the box of 12 Camiforn sushi. It smelled moldy, the tar was awful, we threw it all out. What a shame! For the price, I regret my order.

03/01/2026: I've been coming here for three years, and it's very good. The service is great; they're very pleasant, polite, and welcoming. The quality is excellent. I recommend ordering in advance and picking it up; it's cheaper.

06/01/2026: As for the macarons, I really didn’t like the flavour at all ( it was strange and felt artificial. Even flavours like matcha and black sesame, which I usually love and have enjoyed in other countries, tasted absolutely weird here and nothing like they should. I also tried the matcha roll, and it was just as strange and unpleasant. This was especially disappointing because I absolutely love anything matcha-related

09/03/2026: Restaurant TEMPORARILY closed 😡😡😡…a year has gone by!!!! As loyal customers for years, we would love for HINODE to reopen. The whole team and the owner were very attentive and respectful to customers. We miss it now!!!

20/01/2026: MAYDAY! MAYDAY! The restaurant has been closed for months, but the fish are still in an aquarium with stagnant water!! Come and give them fresh water, feed them, and clean the aquarium!! IT'S EXTREMELY URGENT!!!!

21/03/2026: The restaurant isn't exceptional, the food is decent. It's still good, but the food isn't outstanding. It's a "good canteen" option.

18/03/2026: Wonderful! Having just arrived from the Caribbean, we went to this restaurant across from our Mercure hotel. The welcome and service were incredibly friendly. The meal was absolutely delicious. And as a funny aside, I'd left my purse on my chair, and the owner ran after me down the street to give it back to me. Thank you again for your hospitality!

17/01/2026: Very disappointed. The sushi wasn't good and fell apart at the slightest touch, making it very difficult to eat. The rice didn't stay together, the presentation was poor, and the overall experience was unpleasant. I don't recommend it. It's a shame, even supermarket sushi is better quality.

05/12/2025: We go there often; the food is excellent and the chirashi bowls are overflowing with fish! Go without hesitation. The staff is very kind and welcoming!

26/03/2026: I should mention that I haven't rated the atmosphere because I only order delivery. I've ordered about ten times and I've never been disappointed. The only slight criticism I have about the food, and the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is that I've noticed that after eating Edoman cuisine, and often Asian food in general, my mouth is dry and I'm very thirsty. There's a wide variety of Japanese and Chinese specialties. The prices aren't excessive, and you can pay by check and even request that it be cashed on a specific date. For orders over a certain amount, they always offer a little something extra (a drink or dessert). Delivery takes a maximum of 30 minutes, but the delivery time is clearly stated when you order by phone. I will continue to order from them.

24/01/2026: The staff is incredibly incompetent, barely polite, and constantly makes mistakes with every order, or forgets orders and delivers them an hour and a half late. The food quality keeps declining. That was my last time.

24/03/2026: I ordered a salmon and avocado salad for €10.50. There was very little salmon or avocado, but it was loaded with bagged salad! The Nutella and banana maki rolls were inedible; the rice had a very strong vinegar taste. Very disappointed. First and last time I'll order from this restaurant.

18/03/2026: This is my fifth delivery order from this Japanese restaurant, and I'm always just as satisfied! The delivery is fast and reliable, and the quality of the food is consistently excellent. It's always a real pleasure, I highly recommend it!

30/03/2026: Honestly, the best sushi in Conflans. Avoid all the other all-you-can-eat restaurants nearby; we've tried loads, but Hoki Sushi is still the best!! The service is efficient and very professional, and the food is delicious! Highly recommended! ❤️

23/03/2026: A huge thank you to the waiter who noticed that one of our little girls wasn't feeling well and was concerned. He exceptionally allowed us to take the rest of her meal home. That's what you call being a kind and professional person. That's the extra touch that makes us want to go back soon.

14/02/2026: Today at 1:35 PM I arrived at this restaurant. I received a very poor welcome. The waitress told me they had to close at 2:30 PM and repeated this several times, clearly very unhappy about my arrival at 1:35 PM. She was extremely rude. I strongly advise against going to this restaurant! Do not even attempt it. They don't need customers.
