18/07/2024: For 3 years I have been ordering from Tokyo Yaki I am frankly satisfied it is still in good condition the portions respected which are worth the price is affordable for all budgets a big thank you to everyone especially the delivery men and the hostess on the phone always smiling it's nice. In fact, so good that I forgot to take a photo ☺️

29/03/2024: Client depuis maintenant 3 ans , je suis très déçu du service de nina Neuilly ! Très mauvaise communication pour prendre la commande en livraison ! Plus de 20 minutes pour arriver à nous comprendre pour faire deux changements sur des california ! Et quand je demande à parler au responsable on me répond que c’est lui même ! Livraison 1 h pour 1.8 km et quand j’appel on ne sais pas me dire où est ma livraison !

07/04/2024: Never disappointed when we come to this sushi. The sushi is delicious and a good size unlike other brands. The only downside is that there is no background music which would be a little nicer for the atmosphere when we eat and not hear the discussions from other tables.

23/04/2024: Very bad experience! I do not recommend! Mr. Boss, I am speaking to you: why when I order a miso soup as a starter and a bagel as a main course, the soup arrives but after only 4 minutes the waiter comes back with the bagel (schnitzel therefore hot)? I wasn’t even a fifth of the way through my soup!!! I don't understand the principle, you wanted to kick me out? I wasn't allowed to eat my soup like a normal starter and take my time? I obviously prioritized the bagel so as not to let it cool and left the soup aside. Obviously it was cold when I finished the bagel. I go to the cash register and of course I pay full price like a good pigeon lol the worst part is that YOU, Mr. Boss, witnessed the scene and you did not act accordingly! You were eating (loudly) with people right next to my table, so don't tell me you didn't see anything! A boss is on the lookout for the slightest gesture of his employees, especially when it is right in front of his eyes and ears, it is your fault if your employees have not been well trained, not theirs! Otherwise, apart from that, execrable atmosphere! Football right on TV! It shows the level…

27/07/2024: Sushi shop to avoid! Box of salmon sushi and salmon avocado California rolls bought to take away, this is absolutely not Japanese cuisine! No taste, overcooked and pasty rice, shameful for €13.90 for inedible coleslaw! In short, go your way even if you're a little hungry!

19/09/2024: We ordered sushi this evening and the appearance and color of the avocado in my cooked tuna/avocado California seems very questionable to me……. For the price to review. Hoping not to be sick tomorrow.

Nice to make jokes but as interactions I was thinking of something other than salacious jokes, one, two, still happens, but throughout the meal (duration of 3 hours) it's much too heavy... Especially when you're with family... The cooking of the meat and fish had to be managed by ourselves because the chef was leaving who knows where for a fairly long time and without our intervention we would have eaten burnt... His jokes with dubious and evil humor break the principle of the concept for which we came... Too bad for a discovery. Especially since at the time of payment the dashboard was no longer working, as a note we simply had figures written on paper multiplied by other figures... Incomprehensible. Especially since the total was higher than our prices for the menus we took...

26/08/2024: Super disappointed with this restaurant! I have been a customer for years and used to order through Uber. Yesterday, I went to order an aperitif platter and I asked the gentleman to only give me shrimp spring rolls (not that complicated!). The lady didn't understand anything since her husband didn't write anything down on the post-it! Then she came furious to tell me that she couldn't change the tray. Why didn't the gentleman just warn me! Moreover, I still stayed and collected my order and I saw two miserable trays and paid full price. This is the last time I order here. Customers should not be taken for fools ☹️. Super disappointed with your way of doing things and on the other hand, taking money is something you know how to do very well 😤.

08/09/2024: the portions are small, compared to other restaurants of the same cuisine, but above all the taste is not there! for example: a beef Bobun looks like a bag of noodles in a tasteless chicken broth, a few pieces of beef, and not even a sprig of coriander! well..... it's open on Sunday evening
