28/07/2026: I ordered the 20-piece California roll meal. The sushi pieces were tiny. The rice was dry and the ingredients didn't seem fresh.

09/09/2026: The welcome was very pleasant, with a lovely and attentive waitress. The sushi was also good (though simpler than what the same restaurant offered a few years ago...). However, we were quite surprised, even disappointed, by a situation that seemed really unsuitable for a place like CJ Sushi. We arrived around 2:30 pm, even though the restaurant closes at 6 pm, and there were only four of us in the dining room. While we were enjoying a quiet lunch at a small table, a young woman from the kitchen staff came and sat down at a table next to us with her Tupperware to take her break. A few minutes later, one of her colleagues joined her. After a few moments, the two of them settled down rather casually on the booths, phones in hand, with the sound still on, watching videos right next to our table. We completely understand that the staff need a break, but the way they did it—so close to the customers, especially with the sound of their phones—really surprised us and made us feel somewhat uncomfortable. For a well-known establishment, this kind of behavior unfortunately gives a rather unprofessional impression and clashes with the image we expected. It's a shame, because the welcome was lovely and the sushi was good.

29/08/2026: A real treat, as always! We've been eating at CJ Sushi for years, and everything we've tried has always been excellent. The food is truly delicious, the service is top-notch, and the place is fantastic and very pretty. We highly recommend it!

09/09/2026: A super warm welcome, with good humor and a cheerful smile. It's a restaurant I frequent, and the value for money is unbeatable! I highly recommend this restaurant for its quality, customer experience, and more than reasonable prices!

05/09/2026: I went to that restaurant, and after eating there, the next morning I got sick. I was vomiting, had terrible stomach pains, and couldn't eat or drink. It lasted four days. I think it was food poisoning, but I'm pretty sure that's what it was. Be very careful; it's not fresh at all. I could have died. Be very careful.

13/07/2026: Shameful! I've never seen anything like it. 1 hour and 30 minutes for 16 sushi, not a single server to take our dessert order. I absolutely do not recommend it. We had to leave because of the wait. I should point out there were only 6 or 7 people in the restaurant.

16/08/2026: The food is good, but the service is poor. Our order took forever to arrive; we arrived at 9:30 PM, closing time was 10:30 PM, and we were only served three times (and only one order). Avoid this place!

04/09/2026: It had been a long time since our last visit, and we were delighted, just like the first time, by the quality of the sushi, the meats, the rice. We were always warmly welcomed, and we will gladly return!

25/08/2026: We came on a Monday for lunch, fifteen minutes before noon, and ordered a boat for two. The service was impeccable despite the number of customers; the waitress was attentive, smiling, and incredibly fast. The food was really good, the side dishes as well-prepared as the main courses. The minced pork skewers are amazing! It's a shame we live too far away to come back more often. I highly recommend it!

28/08/2026: Before tonight, after three visits to this restaurant, I would have given it five stars without hesitation, for the food and the peaceful atmosphere. Except that tonight, on my fourth visit, there was a large cockroach in my stir-fried noodles. They took the dish away without a word. The waitress came by five minutes later to tell me that another order was being prepared. It arrived 20 minutes later, when everyone else had already finished. The rest of the meal was spent with a knot in my stomach and the rest of the table disgusted. Then, when it came time to pay, still no apology, no gesture of goodwill or compassion, as if it were normal, as if nothing had happened. One of my favorite places in Bordeaux, I will never set foot in it again, whether for hygiene or service.

31/03/2026: I strongly advise against this bar! The staff is appalling! I'll tell everyone I know never to go there. The "La Fac" bar just downstairs is much better.

04/08/2026: Long wait, cold soup, lukewarm beer. The salmon chirashi was more like salmon carpaccio, the slices were so thin. The skewers were bland and the meat was dry. What a shame.

30/07/2026: Excellent, not to be missed! A wide variety of dishes on the menu, a welcoming atmosphere with its customers, and simply delicious food. Plus, it's not that expensive.

16/08/2026: We had sushi with soup and salad for lunch, along with fresh juices and other delicious Japanese products. The atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly. The space was large with comfortable tables. There was also a restroom.

17/05/2026: Bland food, zero atmosphere, faulty payment system that printed an "abandoned" receipt even though my account had been debited. I had to call the police to leave the restaurant unharmed because the entire staff held me hostage. The cook yelled at me and pushed me, claiming I hadn't paid, despite the obvious evidence that the bill had been settled. Tourists beware!

19/07/2026: 10/10 Super, Fantastic! I highly recommend this restaurant in Paris St-Denis. Service: We received a very warm welcome from a smiling and friendly lady at the register. Food & Price: My partner and I came for two. -The set menus were superb and very reasonably priced. (On average, €14.50 for the classic menu with the sushi, maki, sashimi, and skewer options). We ordered set menus without skewers, only salmon sushi and salmon maki. They were delicious! Contrary to what some reviews mention, we didn't experience any stomach aches or food poisoning... -Drinks (typical price between €2.50 and €4.50 depending on the drink) Atmosphere: We were surprised that it was "cool" inside the restaurant; there was no air conditioning, just a fan! During this heatwave, it was pleasant. (Highlight: electric shutters) It was clean, the tables weren't sticky like some restaurants we'd visited before.

09/02/2026: I loved this place. The sushi is made fresh to order and is excellent. One small drawback: the preparation time for takeout orders. Remember to call ahead to order.
