21/07/2026: A very bad experience. This is undoubtedly one of the worst sushi restaurants in the Île-de-France region. I ordered one dish and received a different one. Furthermore, the quality is truly mediocre. I do not recommend this restaurant.

04/09/2026: The sushi was terrible, and I ordered a tuna and salmon meal, but they gave me the opposite. Even the grilled meats weren't cooked, except for the soup, which was good. I'm giving it one star ❌️

29/04/2026: I've been a customer for years, and I have to say the service and quality remain consistently excellent! The food is high-quality, the dishes are varied and prepared with care! What's more, the food is cooked quickly in front of the customer, which fosters greater trust in the preparation of the dishes. The manager is very friendly, and has been for all these years as well! A special mention for the tom yum soup, which is truly excellent!

29/07/2026: After reading all the positive reviews and seeing the various awards this place had received, we decided to try it, since we live nearby... What a disappointment it was when we finally tasted it! The sushi and maquis were falling apart before we even reached our mouths, and the different types of sushi were incredibly bland. In short, we had high expectations, and it was an even bigger disappointment. Plus, the prices are really high for the quality we received and ate.

16/08/2026: The food is good, but the service is poor. Our order took forever to arrive; we arrived at 9:30 PM, closing time was 10:30 PM, and we were only served three times (and only one order). Avoid this place!

15/05/2026: Nice shopping mall, but like all Carrefour hypermarkets, narrow aisles and a real mess at the holiday season, especially in the fish department.

14/05/2026: DISASTER. I don't know which high-ranking official decided on the redesign of this store. I don't dispute the need to change the aisles. I do, however, dispute the method. Customers are lost, everything is in disarray. No logic. No signage. AWFUL. I've been a customer of this hypermarket for a very long time and I will continue to shop there, but the current state of the store is appalling.

02/05/2026: Best sushi in Rambouillet! We've ordered delivery several times and we also love eating in because it's so calm and welcoming. A small, family-run restaurant with lovely and very attentive staff. Homemade and fresh sushi, delicious skewers. Varied menu, reasonable prices. An excellent place that we recommend to everyone we know.

I've always received a warm welcome, so it's a pleasure to write this review and thank you for all these years I've enjoyed dining there with my family. I intend to continue enjoying it! ☺️

26/06/2026: A very bad experience. We will never go back. From the moment we arrived, the service was extremely slow. While other tables (which arrived after us) were served regularly by robots, we waited an interminable amount of time for our food. The most worrying aspect was the hygiene and quality of the food. The prawns served at a neighboring table had such a strong odor that it permeated the entire dining room. Large flies swarmed around the seafood and then landed on our plates. We also noticed that a dessert display was neither refrigerated (desserts that should have been) nor protected by a lid or glass cover. There, too, numerous flies landed directly on the desserts, which is frankly alarming. As for our food, nothing was fresh. The maki and sushi were very poorly made: they fell apart as soon as we tried to pick them up with chopsticks. The avocado was unripe, the rice was dry, and, most importantly, the salmon and other seafood clearly tasted rancid. They smelled awful and left a truly unpleasant aftertaste. When we raised our concerns, the staff explained that it was due to the heat and the retractable roof, claiming that the dishes had gone bad once placed on the table. However, we tasted them immediately upon arrival, making this explanation hard to believe. We felt they were simply making excuses rather than acknowledging the problem. On our way home, we started experiencing stomach pain. After reading Google reviews, we discovered that several other customers had also reported feeling sick after their meals, while others mentioned a serious lack of freshness in the food. Based on our own experience, this is particularly concerning. A very disappointing experience. We absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

22/11/2025: I find it difficult to rate ramen. There are so many criteria to consider. So, I'm going to base my list on the Shoyu Special. - The broth is, in my opinion, incredible. - The pork is melt-in-your-mouth tender, but the slices are a little too thin. - The noodles are thin, and I like that. - Seaweed, Naruto, etc., are always a bonus. - And the centerpiece: the egg. The egg is perfectly cooked, runny inside and comforting outside. You just want to kiss it. The only downside is the price. It's gone up again...

08/10/2025: Delicious and consistent, I recommend the Yokohama ramen with egg. A treat.

15/07/2026: I ate sushi there for the first time yesterday, and since last night until now I've been nauseous and feel really unwell. I think it was the salmon that wasn't fresh at all because it had a really strange smell.

26/06/2026: Excellent place! I've been getting my sushi here for three years now because it's right next to my school. They've never made a mistake, they change the menus upon request, and it's air-conditioned (a real plus during this 39-degree heatwave). I highly recommend it.
