20/10/2024: My experience at a sushi shop over the last few years has been excellent, however I tried a ramen and it is absolutely inedible.

24/01/2025: This evening it was a disaster on the Garonne: the rice was overcooked, the fish tasteless, the breading of the kaarage worthy of a fast food restaurant. I ordered a vegetarian dish which was prepared in its non-vegetarian version. The quality/price ratio is not there. In the end the best products were the beers and the gyozas..... I still want to insist: I have never had rice overcooked to this point anywhere....

18/12/2024: What a disappointment! The reception in the store is frosty... The sushi has no taste, the quantities are very minimal, and it lacks freshness. Go on your way and buy your sushi in the supermarket, they are much better and cheaper!!!

17/11/2024: The ramen is terrible, not good at all. It is not a ramen . The photo of ramens in the flyer looks good but quality is very bad . Never try it . Sushi is ok .

01/09/2024: We order very regularly (really! 1x/week at least) and if the products are good, the service really leaves something to be desired. Delivery times are random (+2h30 this evening!!). The restaurant is difficult to reach, sauces are almost always missing (although the spicy sauce is therefore optional!), when it is not a whole product. And when we call to ask about the status of the order, the shop offers to cancel it, so we don't eat, too bad for us! When a product is missing, the shop indicates that it will reimburse us. However, this is a credit note since the amount is credited to the customer account. In short..... the customer journey is clearly not up to the prices charged!

14/09/2024: the service was disappointing, we waited for 30 minutes before we all had something to drink, for the food it's always the same, things are missing we have to go and ask them several times before he comes back to see us for us ask what we are missing and then bring them back to us. In addition we took a high chair, when we put the little one in it the screws came off the chair, it's not very reassuring...

01/09/2024: Bonjour, ( parce que je suis polie ), je me permets de laisser une étoiles partout parce que cette établissement ne mérite pas mieux ! Arriver sur place a 6 personnes pour passer un moment en famille, nous sommes reçu doucement par une employé froide et non chalente, après avoir passer commande plus d'une et demi d'attente avant d'être servis, certaine personne ne ce sentait même pas bien et avais faim, aucun geste ni même quelque chose a grignoter pour patienter, d'ailleurs même plusieur personnes autour de nous était dans le même cas. Nous avons avaler notre repas car la faim était trop présente, arriver en caisse nous avons demander un éventuel geste de leur part, refuser bien évidemment ! La serveuse nous a dit que c'était normal d'attendre ! Donc l'établissement est capable de faire des réductions pour des étudiants et autres cas mais pas la ! Très insatisfait de notre première venu ici surtout que nous venions a 6 et que l'addition est assez salé. A toute personnes lisant se message si vous voulez manger des sushis allez ailleurs c'est tout aussi bon et il y aura moins d'attente et surtout moins chère ? Merci pour la lecture

11/08/2024: A customer for years, I leave a hell of a note each time and never any commercial gesture! Just last Sunday 115€ and what's more they made a mistake in my order (not the first time) but being lenient I don't say anything... Tonight I want to order "deliveries are just uber eat" I'm trying to understand and ask him I don't understand last week I ordered from you without problem... they hang up on me!!!! I try to call back to have even a minimum of explanation and respect in fact, the phone rings in vain! Well you lose a good customer! Keep it up if you treat your customers as well as your employees, you will quickly go out of business!

25/10/2024: Order to take away. The taste is not at all there and I find that it is extremely expensive for what it is. I advise you against it.

02/09/2024: Half of my order was forgotten, the person on the phone was not that concerned. No commercial gesture, even though we had to use a paid telephone service to reach them…
