28/08/2024: We are really delighted! The servers were super pleasant and the dishes generous. Contrary to some comments that I have read, the products are very fresh and few missing dishes.
We will come back!
25/08/2024: I ordered yesterday for my family via ubereat. Superb product quality! Fairly affordable price for a sushi brand, no shortage in the order. I highly recommend this restaurant! It’s in my top 3 best sushi without hesitation!

Empty restaurant, cold, without background music, feeling of drafts, normal they turn on the air conditioning one evening at the end of November with 1° outside, after comment made, nothing changes.. "heating broken" and not question of turning off the air conditioning...
Meals taken without removing the coat..
Sushi/maki/sashimi a little big but OK.
Fries soaked in oil, blot with the towel.
Menu price 25th and no question of offering sake in the bill..
I understand why the restaurant was empty, the regulars had to flee too..
Too bad this restaurant had a better reputation for a while, I would go and taste the wafu next time as long as I eat frozen food I would have more choice on hot dishes and I would also have dessert, and heating. .
I gave 2 stars for the service because they presented the dishes well and kept a smile despite the cold in the restaurant..

06/12/2024: There is no service at all. It says on the door of the restaurant that it opens at 18:00. We arrived at about 18:00. The waiter said that he needed to wash the floor first. We needed to wait at the door for him to finish washing the floor, and even wait until the floor was completely dry before entering the restaurant. It was too cold outside. We didn’t want to look for other restaurants. We still ate in this restaurant. The service was too slow. Every link required a long wait. We are sure we will not come again.

04/09/2024: I should refrain from giving my opinion but my conscience requires me otherwise.
Friday the 30th, my wife and I decided to have a Japanese dinner at You Sushi where we had never been disappointed.
It is 8 p.m., the manager (whom I had never seen before) welcomes us and comes to take the order for aperitifs which she brings to us a few minutes later and asks us if we are ready to order.
I order 2 Miso soups, a seaweed salad, 2 sashimi, answer:
“There are no more.”
“In that case we’ll have tuna ceviche.” “There aren’t any left either, we were robbed with the big fire sale.”
I tell her that she should have informed us before we sat down and I cancel the order, telling her: "we will finish our drinks and go to dinner elsewhere".
At the checkout and very annoyed by this situation, I asked her if she would offer us the glass of red wine and the can of mineral water for her "failure".
She responds to me grumbling: “why would I do that”?
I told him it didn't matter, I would pay for the drinks and write a comment on the web.
She replies irritated: “It’s okay, leave, I won’t take it from you”.
A commercial gesture must be made with a smile and in good faith, which was not the case.
As the sale is not a last minute event, I question her abilities as a manager and stock manager.
This is why I wanted to warn the public to ask the reception what is not on the menu before sitting down at the table.
The aggressive response from the manager/owner (DS I suppose) encourages me to modify my review and add the following, but I won't waste too much time.
In fact, the person seems to only accept good reviews and her professional conscience as a good businesswoman makes me smile.
she should know that criticism can be constructive and promote improvement.
If no one tells her she has bad breath; she would probably never know.
In any case; In her place I would have tried to contact her, apologize to her and invite her to come back with special mention to the staff but her response has the completely opposite effect.
We, who used to go there quite often because I am fond of this food, will never go back there again but that doesn't matter; there are plenty of other pigeons.

29/12/2024: As a tourist you seem to be treated more easily in this restaurant. We were there for dinner. The waitress (probably the lady already mentioned in other reviews) made no attempt to be friendly in any way. Our three meals were all delivered at widely separated times. My meal (Menu C) was also served in several parts over more than half an hour. It was therefore not possible to eat together. The quality of the food itself was no more than average. There are so many other restaurants in this area that you shouldn't bother wasting your money there.

Nice to make jokes but as interactions I was thinking of something other than salacious jokes, one, two, still happens, but throughout the meal (duration of 3 hours) it's much too heavy...
Especially when you're with family...
The cooking of the meat and fish had to be managed by ourselves because the chef was leaving who knows where for a fairly long time and without our intervention we would have eaten burnt...
His jokes with dubious and evil humor break the principle of the concept for which we came... Too bad for a discovery.
Especially since at the time of payment the dashboard was no longer working, as a note we simply had figures written on paper multiplied by other figures... Incomprehensible. Especially since the total was higher than our prices for the menus we took...

23/08/2024: A customer since the beginning, it has unfortunately been twice that I have found that the quality is declining.
The rice is bland and overcooked, the miso soup is bland and almost empty.
The products are fresh.
Also pay attention to the prices which have almost doubled in a few years (we had it for 50 euros 3 or 4 years ago per order, now it is almost 90 euros.) for a quality that is declining.
We hope the quality will return.

08/09/2024: Nous sommes allés pour un petit goûter dimanche à 6 . A peine bonjour en arrivant , commande 20 minutes plus tard , 30 minutes pour avoir 5 crêpes ( crêpes cassantes ) et pas servie en même temps .
nous demandons des couverts et nous avons eux l’impressions de déranger. Et biensur nous nous somme lever pour avoir l addition
Bref je ne sais pas s’il sont en manque de staff mais ces a peine un attrape touristes
