09/02/2026: We've been a customer for several years. We've ordered several couscous dishes to go. The semolina and vegetables were perfect. However, the meat was lacking; one chicken was missing. The others were really undercooked. The lamb consisted of tiny pieces. As for the "royal" couscous, the meat in sauce wasn't actually in any sauce and was dry. We were disappointed with our experience.

12/03/2026: The food was excellent, at least that’s what my wife said. But the service on the other hand was appalling. No nice welcome and even after every step was followed with a sigh by the hostess there. We had a stroller, being a small restaurant we weren’t sure where to put it, the host said to put it to the side and the hostess said something in Arabic and then we were asked to put it elsewhere bit on the way, and I should say there was no one else at that time in the restaurant. Already it seemed like they disliked the presence of us with a kid and stroller. Then while ordering food it was something else as well, I don’t eat lunch, I never have in years and still don’t. Been to many restaurants in Toulouse and in multiple countries around the world, but this must be one of the only times the disliked that I didn’t order food. My wife ordered a platter for herself and our 2 year old and the guy didn’t say anything but then the hostess said something to him and then he was like normally it is only one platter per person and then I had to say I don’t eat lunch: I don’t think that should matter, it’s a person or couples choice to decide what and how much quantity they want to eat. This isn’t the first time we have been here but wasn’t able to remember what happened last time but now we can remember that it was a cold service and thus can’t recommend. We can see the page tends to respond to reviews saying that they push for individual portions for the experience and so on but one must remember it just makes it bad for the customer and will lead to not recommending this place to others. But can’t take away my wife said that the food was excellent.

27/02/2026: I apologize for being so blunt, but as a Lebanese person, I absolutely cannot endorse what is presented here as a "Lebanese restaurant." It's Lebanese in name only. Nothing, absolutely nothing, evokes the authenticity of our cuisine. The decor in no way reflects the identity or soul of Lebanon. It's a far cry from the warm and welcoming atmosphere that is an integral part of our culture. The tabbouleh is unrecognizable: dry, unbalanced, and lacking freshness. A true Lebanese tabbouleh relies on fresh parsley, finely chopped ingredients, a perfect balance of lemon and olive oil, and an airy texture. Here, we have a dry and tasteless dish. The falafels are simply a failure: the texture is wrong, the taste is bland, and there's no depth of spice. They're supposed to be crispy on the outside, soft and fragrant on the inside, not dense and tasteless. But the worst part is the knefeh. How can you serve something called knefeh without cheese? It's the very essence of this dessert. The contrast between the melted cheese and the crispy pastry is fundamental. Here, we're faced with an imitation that has nothing to do with tradition. It's extremely disappointing. Fortunately, there was a little arak to salvage the experience, which says a lot about how problematic everything else was. Presenting this type of cuisine as "Lebanese" gives a false and impoverished image of one of the richest and most refined cuisines in the Middle East. When you choose to represent a culinary culture, you have a responsibility. If not authenticity, then at the very least, respect for the basics. It would be far better to get serious training in Lebanese cuisine or to thoroughly revise the menu, rather than selling a distorted version to customers who lack the necessary background to judge. I will NEVER return.

10/12/2025: The couscous was simply tasteless. No depth or pronounced flavor. And the portions… 16 euros for 3 merguez sausages, that's highway robbery. I'm happy to pay if the quantity or even the quality is there. Unfortunately, neither was present. In short, couscous lovers, steer clear.

24/03/2026: 17 /02 We ordered online by clicking on the link they have on Google Maps of their other shop. After paying we noticed the address to pick up the food was different from the place on the map. Apparently they have the factory place and a restaurant at the other side of town. We called them immediately to explain, no problem the order could be cancelled and they would refund our CC. We walked to the Factory and ordered the same as we did online and paid yet again. Mentioning the probleem to the person there. She called the other restaurant to help them remember to refund the order. We also emailed, called, whatsapp them, they keep on telling us they’ll issue the refund, but didn’t receive the refund... Today 24/03 still no refund. It’s a bit extreme. But we hope the review will help them remember…

04/12/2024: First you taste the “Tajine Chicken Makfoul Onions confit with honey”, you touch the stars and then you come and leave a review. I chose a Couscous Royal, which was good in quantity, good, but nothing more. On the other hand, this spoonful of Tajine Makfoul has just created a desire to come back quickly which will never let me go. The chef should put a star next to this dish: * don't come and complain afterwards about not having chosen this sweet/savory dish blessed by the Gods and homemade. Nothing is perfect, so there was no more Boukha digestive that I would have liked to try and I think we can do without the assortment of pastries. Quality service and affordable price.

To reassure you, I was able to take the rest of my meal in a container provided for that purpose, so as not to waste such a delicious and satisfying couscous. Thank you for being so understanding with our requests.
