The quality was exceptional, the presentation beautiful, and the flavors abundant. Our starter, a simple leek vinaigrette, was so delicate and unforgettable. 21/03/2026: It had been a little over a year since we'd last eaten at Sofra. Last night, we were craving couscous, so we booked a table. To our great surprise, the atmosphere was still just as wonderful. Carine was as pleasant as ever, always smiling and funny. She recognized us right away. And the couscous? What can I say? It was as delicious and satisfying as ever, a real treat! The chef hasn't lost his touch! I highly recommend this restaurant for its ambiance and the traditional Tunisian cuisine, which is a true delight for the taste buds!

The chef was as generous in sharing his knowledge as he was in the dishes he meticulously prepared. Numerous culinary discoveries, innovative flavor and texture combinations—the promise of the journey was fulfilled. Thank you to the chef and his team for taking the time to share this morning with us and for offering us an exceptional menu worthy of a Michelin star. I highly recommend it to everyone.

02/03/2026: A few days after dinner at L’Olivier… my taste buds are still tingling. Each dish is a marvel of flavor that evokes emotion and creates memories. And from my point of view, that's what truly matters. (Just one small point: the portions are sometimes a little small to fully appreciate the flavors 😉) The setting and the waitstaff are fantastic. Having dined at many Michelin-starred restaurants in France… I imagine the Michelin Guide will soon discover this magnificent establishment.
