An extraordinary chef and brigade who reinvent, mix and enhance each food for the pleasure of the eyes and taste buds. Impeccable room service in all circumstances! Well done !! .First star well deserved!

30/10/2023: We had dinner as part of an evening stopover. The waiter welcomed us very well and gave us advice. We were entitled to a menu with the dish of the day, which suited us. The sweet chestnut left me with very good memories.

29/10/2023: After two weeks in a variety of places on Corse/Corsica, I can confidently state that La Panorama serves the best food I've eaten on this island. The waiter was perfect too, a very nice and attentive man. It really was refreshing how nice a time we've had while eating at La Panorama. 5/5 stars, without a doubt.

02/04/2024: Tested this afternoon with family.... When you arrive, you are directly surrounded by the decor, let's face it, both outdated and kitsch, it feels a bit "Las Vegas"... but not unpleasant at all. The service was friendly, smiling, simple and efficient, nothing to complain about. The menus are well done with short menus and fresh products. We tested 3 different menus (including Easter) and the whole table was delighted with all the dishes. They are simple but well cooked and with good products. The portions are quite good and I was (very) pleasantly surprised by the quality/price ratio of the basic menu... really well done! So I highly recommend!

30/03/2024: Excellent value for money, not to be missed, the two menus are very fine, from the starter to the dessert, a symphony of taste pleasure and then the dessert, to tell the truth, I melted with the lemon cream, authentic archipelago flavors!

30/03/2024: Apparently there was a change of boss 2 weeks ago, I didn't know, but one piece of advice TO AVOID!! High price for mediocre on the plate and also served cold and poorly cooked!! The note on maps was before the change of ownership. Only the waitress is professional and competent!!

01/04/2024: Bread was cold and stale and came in a Plastic Bag. Servers were extremely Rude and barely paid attention to our Table. Waiter was reaching over myself, with his Elbow inches away from my face. Ordered 16 dishes all came out after waiting ages, waiter just put them down and left and didn’t tell us what they were. We had to figure that out by ourselves. Drinks came out warm.

06/04/2024: Eating at “Safran” is like being invited to the house of the man who runs the restaurant. There is a real feeling of closeness and warmth that cannot be found anywhere else. To give you an idea, we tried to come and eat in the evening a month ago but I misread the timetable and we came at closing time. Despite this, the owner offered us a gazelle horn for our trouble. All dishes are vegetarian. Me and my partner were able to eat the pea tagine and the sweet potato/pear tagine. It was tasty and all the more delicious as the flavors of the dishes were mastered. The deserts are varied and succulent. In short, I advise you to stop by this restaurant. I hope this will be as much a pleasure for you as it was for me.

01/04/2024: The kindness and welcome of the owner is incredible, however it is a tea room, it is not a restaurant, there are no dishes cooked on site. The vegetable couscous is good but poor in ingredients, the 12 euros are excessive considering that. We must also review hygiene and the use of gloves; these same gloves cannot cook, touch the telephone or give change. They are not used to protect hands but to avoid cross contamination...
