The service was impeccable, always with a smile and meticulous attention to detail. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and the portions were truly generous for a very reasonable price. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming.
I highly recommend this restaurant; we will definitely be back!

13/02/2026: We booked this restaurant for 40 people in July 2025 for January 2026. We haven't heard anything from them, even though we paid a €400 deposit. The restaurant is closed, so we had to find a plan B four days before reopening. Avoid them if they do reopen because they still owe us our €400 and they don't answer the phone.
06/02/2026: We booked at the end of the year for a birthday celebration. We paid €400 in advance. At no point were we informed of the establishment's closure. It's impossible to get a refund. No one answers. Avoid this place; don't trust these thieves.

We were turned away because we hadn't mentioned that the stroller was bulky, even though I had clearly stated it.
The young man asked us if we could fold the stroller with a 3-month-old baby in our arms. I'll let you imagine the rest…
I'm permanently banning this establishment. I'm shocked by their behavior after eating there for several years.
The NOKIDS movement is gaining momentum.

07/02/2026: We arrived without a reservation for dinner for two. There was no queue, but the waiter was extremely unpleasant, mockingly telling us it was "impossible" without even offering us a place to wait. Avoid this place; the neighborhood is full of excellent restaurants.

09/11/2025: We were there as a family for my partner's birthday. The couscous and lamb shank were absolutely delicious. The oriental pastries were superb, and the mint tea was pure bliss! The staff was very friendly, and the service was impeccable. It was our first time there, and certainly not our last! A gem of a restaurant in the heart of Évreux!
09/11/2025: We went there on a Saturday as a family. We had a little trouble, but they sorted it out for us. Plus, the food was delicious, and the service was fantastic.
We'll definitely be back; I highly recommend it.
We all ordered couscous, and it was absolutely amazing.

04/01/2026: We visited in winter, when it was 0°C outside. It was very cozy inside with the fireplace, and the decor is truly authentic. A three-course menu was offered for a very reasonable price, and the food was delicious. Highly recommended!
Not touristy, friendly service only in French. Google Maps directs you to a locked gate next to the restaurant; the entrance is 50 meters back, hidden among the reeds. Luckily, the phone number on Google Maps was correct when we asked for help.
