01/06/2026: I have rarely experienced such a warm welcome as at this restaurant. The lady who greeted us was charming and very welcoming; she clearly knew her stuff when describing the dishes. The food was delicious; we ordered the ravioli and the beef skewers. We called ahead because we were arriving a bit late, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal! The wine selection is very reasonably priced, and the terrace and setting are lovely. I highly recommend it!

Besonders überzeugt hat uns die Qualität der Speisen. Wir haben uns für die Menus entschieden und waren von jedem Gang begeistert. Die Gerichte waren hervorragend zubereitet, geschmacklich ausgezeichnet und ansprechend präsentiert. Also the Cocktails are absolutely empfehlenswert and haben den Abend perfekt abgerundet. Overall, a restaurant that impresses with excellent food, first-class service, and a pleasant atmosphere. We will gladly return. French ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful evening at Bistro Dacôté. The service was attentive, warm, and professional from beginning to end. We were particularly impressed by the quality of the dishes. We chose the set menus and were delighted with each course. The food was perfectly prepared, delicious, and presented with great care. The cocktails were also excellent and perfectly complemented this wonderful experience. Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant for the quality of its cuisine, the excellence of its service, and its pleasant atmosphere. We will gladly return.

05/06/2026: Restaurant located next to Place de Jaude in Clermont-Ferrand. I booked lunch for two on Wednesday, June 3rd. We chose the set menu. Everything was excellent, flavorful, and prepared with fresh ingredients, from appetizer to dessert. It deserves its Michelin star. Well done!

09/03/2026: Easy parking before reaching the lake. Several hiking trails are available. The loop around the lake itself is very easy and takes about an hour. We did the loop around the lake and Puy de Montchal (1407m): about 3 hours. You can bring a picnic (there was still a little snow on March 7th). Beautiful panoramic views.

We simply asked if we could have coffee and dessert only, and the response from the very young man behind the counter left us speechless. He said, "You're supposedly an inn at the foot of a hiking trail," and it was 1:30 pm, with empty tables on the terrace. Did you drive customers away? We were hoping for a breath of fresh air after a week of sweltering heat in Clermont-Ferrand, and your reaction was unequivocal: "No way!" Too bad you lost a birthday party. The service today was unprofessional. Good luck to you.

We received a very warm welcome, and the staff provided attentive service throughout the evening. Finally, coffee and petits fours on the terrace were a delightful touch, a lovely way to end the meal. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Luckily, I had the chance to have lunch there today. What a pleasure to see such a friendly team, from the reception to the service.
