07/08/2024: Repas copieux, goûteux a un prix imbattable. On a pas trouvé mieux. Quand quantité rime avec qualité avec en plus un service bienveillant et chaleureux, on ne va plus chercher ailleurs.

06/07/2024: petit déjeuner excellent,avec un grand choix de produits régionaux de qualité,préparé avec soin,avec une hygiène irréprochable.Un vrai régal pour les yeux et les papilles.

25/03/2024: Excellent quality! Fragrant long rice, chicken and vegetables cut by hand and skillfully cooked in very good sauces. Homemade and fried chicken spring rolls. No waiting to choose from the cooked dishes, reheated in the microwave if you wish, closed hermetically and accompanied by wooden cutlery.

20/03/2024: The bill adds up quickly for dishes that are still very similar to those served in Asian all-you-can-eat buffets (Tang Freres dishes also available at France Asia) which have lower prices at lunchtime. In itself it's not bad but hey... I don't doubt that certain things are made "home"; in my opinion it's a minority. Maybe I'm wrong... I'm still surprised by so many glowing reviews.

11/05/2024: A very nice team, they took the time to serve us despite a group of 50 young people present at the same time. The pasta is excellent and in more than reasonable quantity!👌

23/07/2024: My opinion concerns the coffee and the waiter. What a welcome, what ampathy, what humanity, what pleasure to find him again when I pass by. This gentleman is very pleasant, always smiling and super friendly. I highly recommend this place, just for this gentleman!

30/07/2024: Accueillis à quatre avec réservation par un patron exité qui n'aime ni le Béarn, ni les marcheurs, ni les cyclistes, qui posent trop de questions, ni la cuisine grasse de son confrère plus bas, nous avons vécu un moment irréaliste d'agressivité verbale !! Monsieur, Reposez-vous, vous êtes au bord du burn-out et c'est quand même les clients qui vous font vivre !! Truites et desserts très moyens.. Viandes bonnes et serveurs bien plus aimables !! 50€par personne... durs à digérer !!

26/07/2024: Que ce soit à pied, à vélo ou en voiture, cela se mérite de manger dans cette venta 😂 Cuisine au feu de bois, tout est maison et top ! Certains commentaires indiquent un prix trop élevé ! Le menu à 44€ comprend : une omelette aux cèpes ( délicieuse), des truitelles, de la côte de boeuf avec des frites,du fromage et une part de gâteau basque crème et cerises griottes ! Et en plus c'est bon ! Donc il ne faut pas exagérer La carte a des tarifs tout à fait cohérents.. Le patron est,disons, haut en couleur et en tout cas passionné.. Nous avons passé un très bon moment A recommander

13/09/2024: Two outstanding meals chez Germaine this week! Sunday with 3 vegetarians, one of whom said it was the best restaurant meal they had ever had, and a perfect child's vegetarian meal too! Everything was delicious and superb value for money, with hummus and crackers, mise en bouche and choux buns with the coffee, all free extras. Last night was with a person who doesn't eat meat, gluten or lactose (!) and the chef more than rose to the occasion with a delicious squash soup with a perfect poached egg with gluten-free bread and courgettes stuffed with black rice, the dessert of sorbets with vegetable sushis is outlandish yet successful. I don't know of another restaurant in the area that is capable of producing such high quality food for such a variety of requirements. The 25€ meal is outstanding value. This place is fast becoming our canteen in the area. Just can't recommend it enough.

07/11/2025: Hello, I had a very bad experience with 2 of your server. I gentle asked her if I could have another paper to cover the bread because of the dogs in the car. The older lady said no. I politely then said I would pay for it. She replied rudely. Then as I was paying, the younger dark hair girl rudely spoke to me too. I got up set and told her to be quiet and then I wish to pay the bill. I did and left. Your servers are very rude and disrespectful most of the time. I wish you well and wishing more good energy for your company….. Blessings

20/09/2025: We came to pick up 3 pizzas. The dough was disgusting and undercooked, there was a problem with the mixing or the flour/water ratio (even recooked, it was horrible). They were average, not XXL. We are regulars at Marie Blachère pizzas, but the one in Mont de Marsan (40) where the pizzas are great. This evening, the ones in Bayonne were very disappointing!

10/09/2024: Found it by chance, the owners are friendly and what we are served is great! I highly recommend the troutlets!!!

03/09/2024: A magnificent experience! I recommend it to everyone who is passing through, although it is also worth visiting expressly. The place is worth it. I have never had such good fried trout.
