18/09/2024: A very friendly place like its manager Mélanie who is very smiling and kind. The tartiflette was gargantuan and deliciously good. The magnificent blueberry pie “there’s more” 😂. Thank you for your welcome.
I highly recommend this address.
09/09/2024: We were 4 hikers returning from Pic d'Anis in hail and fog and we were welcomed royally, the lady in charge of the restaurant treated us like her children and cared for us. The cuisine was comforting, special mention for the onion soup.
Big up to Nounours le Patou who is chilling in front of the restaurant.

29/06/2025: I highly recommend Jap 64; we ordered takeout. The welcome was very warm, the staff friendly and accommodating, and the sushi and poke bowls were truly excellent. The best Japanese food I've had in the area. I'll definitely be back, thank you.
16/06/2025: I ordered a 60-piece platter on Saturday night and everything went very well.
From the welcome to the sushi delivery, it was great, as always. 😉

04/08/2024: Quand après un parcours moto dans ces superbes montagnes d’Iraty, tu déjeunes au Kayolar, tu es comblé.
Endroit magique au bord du ruisseau, assiettes du terroir bien garnies et délicieuses, personnel souriant et très accueillant, se mettant en 4 pour bien te recevoir.
Je recommande fortement.

03/10/2024: Très pratique car à proximité de l'ibis mais il faisait froid, serveuse à peine aimable et un autre serveur qui ne dit pas bonjour. Service extrêmement lent alors que très peu de monde pour du surgelé et une salade parisienne baignant dans une mauvaise sauce. Seule la cocotte de poisson était bonne. Rapport qualité/prix mauvais, très cher. A éviter, il vaut mieux s'acheter un bon sandwich, meilleur et moins cher.

21/09/2024: We had an excellent meal in Chez Eugenie . We had a table at the window which overlooked the promenade and Grand Plage, stunning. The staff were attentive but not intrusive, very helpful and had excellent English. Our food was hot and we were not rushed during the meal. The price which included wine was very good. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant.
19/09/2024: The aperitives are good but they arrive a long time before the tapas. We appreciated the sea view as requested but some plates are better than others. The sea bream wasn't really tasty but the meat was very well cooked. Well, the overall is good but so so.
