14/01/2026: We organized a Secret Santa party at this restaurant. The private room is fully equipped (tables, chairs, audio and video equipment, refrigerator). On the day, the tables are set according to the number of guests. The all-you-can-eat buffet is plentiful and varied. The extended hours allowed us to stay until 3:00 AM.

17/01/2026: A true gem since it opened: I've been going there regularly for over 10 years and the quality is always consistently excellent. The dishes are superb, bursting with flavor, and the atmosphere is incredibly cozy. The restaurant is wonderfully intimate, very charming, with a lovely terrace in the summer! The service is friendly and quick, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Special mention for the rolls and the butter chicken—a real treat! 😋 Great value for money. Definitely worth a try!

10/12/2025: I had the same unpleasant experience as that woman with her 4-year-old daughter when trying to access the restroom. I was accosted as soon as I left the restroom. What shocks me is the manner of doing it, not the substance of the matter. Admittedly, these aren't public restrooms, but in an emergency, it seems to me that the basic principle is to allow access. In several countries around us, this is even enshrined in law. This lack of humanity—and yes, madam, it is a lack of humanity—only reinforces my doubts about returning to this establishment. I recently found the prices far too high for the quality, but I must say, this takes the cake! At what point do you consider being unpleasant to a customer a good business strategy? Just because you think you have some kind of monopoly on the banks of the Marne doesn't mean you should abuse it.

08/12/2025: As a customer, I arrived with my 4-year-old daughter in a genuine emergency, unable to hold it in. I asked for help, clearly explaining the situation. Despite this, the employee and her manager refused, showing absolutely no compassion, leaving me to manage a situation they could have easily prevented. It's shocking to see an establishment open to the public turn its back on a mother and child in distress. A little basic humanity would have sufficed. RESPONSE: Refusing any assistance in an exceptional case, in the name of strict rules, demonstrates, in my opinion, a lack of empathy, not poor management of the establishment. My opinion reflects this experience and is intended solely to inform others facing similar situations. I encourage you to consider that a little basic humanity doesn't invalidate your rules, but can make all the difference in critical moments.

21/11/2025: A fantastic discovery! At Crêp’ Suzette, everything is in place for a wonderful experience. The welcome is warm, the staff is friendly and attentive from start to finish. The crêpes and galettes are simply delicious: generous, well-filled, and made with high-quality ingredients. We enjoyed every bite! The menu is very varied; you're sure to find something you love. The atmosphere is friendly, the service is quick, and the value for money is truly excellent. Honestly, if you're looking for a delicious crêperie in Chelles, go for it without hesitation! We'll definitely be back.

21/11/2025: Very friendly staff, they even worked extra hours to serve us, and the waitress put on some Céline Dion and gave me some butter from the bar 😜. Thank you for your good cheer. Good options: "classic and gourmet" menus (two crepes).

24/09/2024: Pas professionnel et arrogant Franchement le serveur a la casquette est arrogant et non professionnel, nous avions une rencontre avec des partenaires et il a réussi à nous faire fuir, pour lui c le client qui doit aller le chercher et non pas l’inverse sans parler de sa façon de parler aux clients. A fuir !!!

08/09/2024: Vraiment pas commerçant du tout Déjà attente 15mm avant de venir prendre la commande et le ponpon je demande une menthe à l eau et mon me serre un vittel menthe désolé ce n est pas la même chose. La serveuse me dit vittel ou pas c est le même prix ont va ou la. Et au moment de régler il ont rien voulu savoir à fuir arnaque en pièce jointe 4.20 une menthe à l eau

28/08/2025: Very slow service for a weekday lunch, when the majority of customers are working and have limited time. The lack of a lunch menu (despite the advertised price of €22 for starter/main course or main course/dessert) forces customers to order à la carte, with a fairly limited selection and dishes averaging over €20. The fries seemed blanched before cooking and arrived soggy. The andouillette, cooked on a griddle that wasn't cleaned throughout the entire service, had the taste and smell of burnt oil. For €22, one could at least expect a small side dish, such as a salad, which wasn't the case. (Constructive) suggestions: • Prefer double-cooking for crispy fries, • Grill the andouillette rather than snacking on it, • Clean the griddle regularly during service, • Improve the speed of lunch service. In summary, a disappointing experience, especially given the prices charged.

10/07/2025: Very good pizza, the dough has a good taste, the topping is well measured and good. Ice cream very good too. Fast service. I recommend! We will come back!

09/01/2026: Excellent service, attentive waiter who listened to customer requests. The couscous was delicious, and the vegetables were perfectly cooked and tender. The tea was truly delightful.

29/11/2025: My husband and I came this Saturday evening, Black Friday night. The restaurant was packed, and we were expecting a long wait for our food, so we were very surprised! The service was incredibly fast! Our waiter, Mr. Jules, was very friendly and helpful; we were delighted. We come to this restaurant quite regularly, and tonight was our most enjoyable evening yet. Thank you again for the excellent service, which makes all the difference compared to other establishments!

20/11/2025: Friendly staff but the state of the banquettes was disastrous. I didn't go and see the state of the whole restaurant, just where we were, near the entrance, the round table.

The food was excellent, well-prepared, and delicious. The kitchen was also noticeably clean and well-maintained, which inspires confidence. We will gladly return.
