22/12/2023: Je suis souvent venu ici pour mes cafés quotidiens. Mais le nouveau gestion à complètement cassé le concept.
Aujourd’hui j’avais une serveuse asiatique qui jouait la musique de rap hyper fort - on pourrait pas discuter dans le café - elle m’a donné autres choses que ce que j’avais commandé. Malheureusement je reviendrai plus.
17/12/2023: Les serveurs ne sont pas désagréable un peu lent mais c'est pas la catastrophe . Les gâteaux sont dégueulasse mais comme dans tout les colombus. Par contre le concert rn'b permanent est insupportable ! On s'entend à peine discuter . Au plaisir de ne pas vous revoir

31/08/2024: Store scheduled to close at 8 p.m., security guards refuse entry at 7:40 p.m.!!! It wasn't the shopping cart of the week that I had to do but just a little tinkering in the pet section.
Great for people who work nearby and finish at 7:30 p.m., the competition will undoubtedly be more correct with regard to their schedules. Really nonsense Leclerc!!!

26/01/2025: Worst Macdonald in the world. And I did, I worked in it for years. On site, it's dirty, to take away something is systematically missing.
Because of these inconveniences we limit our visits over time and check everything.
Bonus: even when ordering a 4-item happy meal, you risk having less dessert or fries, after 15 to 25 minutes of waiting.
Uber eats experience: no better. You order 6 bags of 4 nuggets, you get 3 bags of 4 nuggets.
This same Uber eats which sometimes arrives in 1 hour 10 minutes because he waited 30 minutes for the order at the McDonald's.
Is there a time gap between the kitchen and the counter? Do the control screens fall into this flaw every other day? It is a mystery of absolute incompetence and inefficiency. It's almost poetic.
But if you value your little McDonald's moments, avoid this one. Sincerely. It will disgust you.

J ai choisi assortiment de plats /barquettes. Quand j ai récupéré ma commande 185.53 €
Prix exorbitant tellement ils ont rempli les barquettes !! Pas compliqué, j ai pu "demouler" les vermicelles tant c était compactes ( idem les autres plats)
Je trouve cette façon de faire pas très commerciale !!! Voir abusive Ils ont meme facturé les sauces !! La salade !!!
Pas cool du tout. Dommage
29/07/2024: We recently discovered Jin Li Lai Caterer and were very satisfied. The lady who welcomed us was extremely kind and pleasant. Homemade dishes are very fresh and delicious. We highly recommend this caterer for tasty and quality meals. 🥰

09/08/2024: Nous allons depuis des années toutes les semaines faire nos courses chez grand frais et bien sur acheter notre pain chez Blachere et constatons d’années en années la dégradation importante du service …. Voire même de la qualité des produits concernant le poids annoncé et donc facturé … et le poids réel pesé une fois arrivé a la maison…. Les différences sont flagrantes ….
La dégradation du service est quant a elle principalement liée je pense au manque flagrant de personnel, en effet il arrive bien souvent que la seule personne a servir soit multitâches …. Il ne faut donc pas s’étonner qu’a force le temps d’attente pour être servi soit insupportable et que le personnel soit nerveux et par conséquence peut-être de temps en temps peu souriant .
L’organisation de cette équipe est a revoir , nous constatons pour finir souvent des ruptures dans les produits !
Je ne sais pas si il y a un patron sur place pour encadrer cette équipe mais il serait grand temps de s’en occuper et d’apporter des solutions efficaces car les clients petits a petits vont finir changer leurs habitudes…
16/07/2024: je suis desolé mais il faudrai ce levé un peu plutot car le pain a 8 h cest tres rare j ya vais souvent mais ce matin c était le bouquet je suis aussi de l avis de la dame la serveuse doit cha,gé de métier

27/11/2024: McDonald's is one of my favorite fast foods, but it really becomes so when the staff is nice and pleasant like in Pontault. I've come to pick up a McDrive several times now and I'm pleasantly surprised by the good humor, the smiles, and the kindness of the employees!

25/07/2024: Ruined the end of our holiday with very rude slow service. Supposed to be Disney. Service with a smile? Waited ages for table service. Never came so went inside to be told by bar staff wait at table. So went back to table. Eventually took our order with a "what do you need". Ordered drinks. Waited another 20 minutes. It wasn't busy. It was just 3 drinks from a fridge. People who arrived after us got their drinks. We got up and left. Won't be going back.
25/07/2024: The place is nice, but the service is terrible, we went to the bar to order and they told us that they would serve us at the table. They serve people who arrive after us and we have to demand that they serve us. They take a long time to serve, they leave our pizza on the counter for 10 minutes without anyone bringing it. It's a shame, I won't be back.
