26/09/2026: The wait is incredibly long. I understand it's Saturday and there are a lot of people, but the organization around the dessert counter really needs improvement. The crepes are made hastily, and the system is clearly inefficient. They really need to distribute tasks better and, above all, avoid putting people at the till who aren't sufficiently familiar with the procedures, as this slows the line down even more. I'm sorry, but frankly, the entire system needs a complete overhaul. It's not a question of where they're from, but simply a matter of understanding, training, and efficiency. I hope my feedback will be taken into account.

26/09/2026: This formula is so bad it burns your tongue, you couldn't even chew the mess properly. I mortgaged my house to eat crispy toes dripping with sebum. I wouldn't recommend this crap to anyone. Stop recommending it on TikTok; it's more of an invitation to hurt yourself than to enjoy it.

14/08/2026: Very disappointed, unpleasant service. A Coke costing €2.49 instead of €1.99 is unacceptable. I do not recommend it.

13/09/2026: I ordered at 7:56 PM and received my order at 8:30 PM. Really unpleasant. The fries were cold and the cheese was very cold; I've never seen anything like it.

13/09/2026: A SHAME! We had to ask for our order, which was marked as served even though it wasn't even prepared! And that bothered the waitress! We left 30 minutes later with disgusting food! Burnt! Reheated and inedible fries! This McDonald's is a real disgrace to the franchise!

07/04/2026: No customers in the restaurant. Poor hygiene, dirty table, dust, dirty glasses, daily special not displayed but offered, priced at 25 euros, tough meat, no good cuts, undercooked. Gratin and flageolets probably from cans. They asked for cash payment, were reluctant to pay by card, and only accepted because they had no other option. Very disappointed.

26/09/2026: It's unacceptable to wait 30 minutes at the drive-thru; when you go to a drive-thru, you expect it to be quick 😬

24/09/2026: McDonald's was very quiet at 7 pm on a Tuesday evening. No more onions on the Chicago burger; we weren't told, we noticed it ourselves. Why not order another burger? The CBO had a tiny piece of bacon... Now we know why we rarely go to McDonald's; even the kids won't eat.

07/09/2026: The buffet was excellent and very generous. The atmosphere was very friendly, with some of the staff being very friendly, others less so, but overall it was okay.

28/08/2026: Unfortunately, a huge disappointment; the price and quality are completely out of sync. There were three of us at La Grange, Billy Bob's Country Western Saloon, and we left thoroughly disappointed. The "All You Can Eat" buffet initially sounds promising, but unfortunately, it turned out to be quite a letdown. The food was bland, some of it cold, and overall, it seemed very uninspired. What was particularly disappointing was that the food apparently wasn't replenished for an extended period. As a result, some dishes appeared stale and dry, and tasted accordingly. Fresh and appetizing is definitely not what one expects from a buffet in this price range. Furthermore, the food was hardly ever replenished. "All You Can Eat" is hardly convincing when the containers remain almost empty for a long time and, at the same time, food that has been sitting there for a while isn't replaced. On top of that, the price, in our opinion, is completely disproportionate to the quality offered. For this price, we expect fresh, tasty food, a reasonable selection, and a buffet that is regularly replenished and properly maintained. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met in any of these respects. All You Can Eat is also hardly convincing when the containers remain almost empty for extended periods and, at the same time, food that has been sitting there for a while isn't replaced. The waiters were friendly, professional, and tried their best; it definitely wasn't their fault. Our conclusion after visiting as a group of three: Far too expensive for what's offered, disappointing food, and a buffet that barely lives up to its "all you can eat" promise. When food sits around for ages, tastes dry and stale, and is rarely replenished or replaced, the price-performance ratio is completely off for us. For us, it was definitely our first and last visit.

21/06/2026: Very disappointing stay overall. We returned from the park around midnight only to be informed that the water had been shut off and was expected to return around 1:00 AM. We stayed awake until after 2:00 AM waiting, but there was still no water. After a long day at the park, not being able to shower or even properly wash up was incredibly frustrating and frankly quite gross. The rooms were acceptable, but I was concerned about the bunk beds. My son slept on the top bunk, and the safety railing appeared to have been removed and reattached multiple times, with several old screw holes visible. It did not inspire confidence in its safety. The shuttle service was another major disappointment. It was so overcrowded that after waiting 45 minutes, we still couldn’t get on. We ultimately had to spend an additional €30 on a taxi just to get back to the hotel. The staff are very pleasant and trying to help during the water outage with bottled water. We will not be staying again.

18/06/2026: Checked in around 2115 on 18 June., dropped our bags and went to grab dinner. €34 per adult and €20 per child. The food had been sitting under heat lamp for who knows how long. Everything was very dry and cold. When brought to the attention of the staff they claimed that the food was warm. We werre told by the "supervisor" that the manager told her to give us our drinks for free.( soda and juice were not included with the price). When we asked to speak to the manager the supervisor claimed "he" was not there. When asked how the supervisor spoke to him she claimed face to face. When I asked how she spoke to him face to face she began to get flustered. For the amount of money spent for 4 adults and 4 children, one would expect better service and food that is safe to consume. The front desk staff told us that manager of the hotel is not the same as the resturant so they couldn't help us. This is truly unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel. Looking at reviews this seems to be a common occurrence at this resturant. Definitely do not recommend this hotel.

12/09/2026: It's been a year since I last went to this McDonald's, and nothing has changed: neither the friendliness of the drive-thru staff, nor the problems with the sandwiches, nor the wait. Yet I thought things would improve with the opening of the Burger King 200 meters away. It's a shame; some things in Chelles never change.

12/09/2026: The service management is disastrous. The staff is hostile and doesn't listen to their customers. The ice cream is made immediately upon arrival of the order. It has time to melt while waiting for the final product. We politely requested that the ice cream be delivered later, which was refused due to a staff shortage at that time. I am a customer and I shouldn't have to suffer because of the team's poor organization.

14/09/2026: Excellent bakery with lots of choices, I recommend it!

10/09/2026: We came to eat breakfast two or three times. The lady, who's in her fifties with a boyish haircut, is very rude. I don't think that's right, considering we're customers who spend at least €15-20. It's called La Vallée, Bus Saint-Georges.

23/07/2026: The people managing the tobacco shop are very unpleasant, no hello, no goodbye. I do not recommend this tobacco shop. Furthermore, the prices of the filters are set by the tobacconist, who takes advantage of this and sets an exorbitant price.

09/04/2026: This is the first time I've seen a café refuse to refill a cyclist's water bottle for a customer who's already buying something. Avoid at all costs.

18/09/2026: The burrito wasn't tasty; the beef burrito contained nothing but vegetables and hot sauce.

17/09/2026: The burrito is incredibly tasteless; I strongly advise against it! The bread is soggy, there's too much rice inside, it's spread out in large chunks, and some of the pieces aren't even saturated with sauce because nothing is mixed properly. This snack lasts almost a day in such a magical place.

02/09/2026: I had high expectations when visiting Ladurée, especially because it is such a well-known place in Paris. I paid €21 for a cake and a coffee, which is quite expensive. For that price, I expected the service and presentation to match. Unfortunately, I was served on a paper plate with wooden cutlery, which I found very disappointing for a place like Ladurée. The cake and coffee were fine, but the overall experience was not worth €21. I simply expected more from such a renowned café.

23/08/2026: It looks like a McDonald's. Not up to standard... the employees sit at the customers' tables, which allows them to share any problems encountered in the shop. Great.

23/05/2026: The place has been very nice since the renovations. However, the food could be much better. The sausage and mashed potatoes were attractively priced: the mashed potatoes were very good, the sausage was average and too salty, and why use a processed sauce that ruins everything? They should have left it out altogether. The coffee was really not great. In short, not great.

15/07/2026: The restaurant was absolutely filthy, with an extra charge for cockroaches and disgusting toilets. I asked to see the kitchen, but they refused entry, telling me that the cockroaches I saw in the toilets were due to the building's age??? When they heard me mention hygiene inspections and the fact that we left without eating, they called my husband to refund him and told him not to contact the authorities. My husband used to order takeout for my son every time, and each time he got sick, thinking it was because of the chili peppers. It was only the day we went to eat there together that we understood the source of the problem.

10/09/2026: Lured by the positive reviews, I ordered a Bolognese pizza advertised on Google for €12.50. When I got to the till, they told me it would be €14.50. But the worst part was the state of the pizza: instead of Bolognese, I ended up with a pizza topped with pieces of awful steak (yes, awful) with no seasoning whatsoever. Even if they'd tried to do it on purpose, it would be hard to make it worse. Avoid at all costs.

12/08/2026: The food is perfect, absolutely delicious! The pasta carbonara was divine! Just like the pizzas. Thank you for your warm welcome and wonderful cuisine! I highly recommend it!
