30/07/2024: Frankly, it's one of the best restaurants in Pontault. I moved to Pontault a year ago now, and so far I have never been disappointed with the quality of the meals. Truly unbelievable ! Plus, the little lady and the young man at the checkout are super cute.

13/07/2024: En tant que client régulier de Pontault Sushi, je suis vraiment déçu. La dernière fois, il manquait déjà des choses dans ma commande (pas de baguettes, pas de gingembre, etc...). Malgré ces erreurs, j'ai voulu leur donner une autre chance. Hier, j'ai refait une commande à emporter d'environ 50€. Quand j'ai voulu payer le complément par carte, ils ont refusé parce que c'était en dessous de 15€. Pour un client fidèle qui dépense autant, et surtout après les erreurs de ma précédente commande, c'est vraiment pas commercial. De plus, les prix sont plus élevés que chez les concurrents. Je rejoins les autres avis : le succès leur monte à la tête et le manque de professionnalisme se fait sentir. C'était ma dernière commande chez eux.

01/03/2024: Passing through on February 29, 2024 at the end of the day. Hello, the welcome when I arrived; I said good evening to the saleswoman, no response from her, she didn't even look up from her cash register; I told him a second time, still nothing!! I was starting to boil inside, how rude!!! Not welcoming at all!! To believe that I was clearly pissing him off!! I almost left!!! Plus, she asks me what I want and she half listens to me!!! This lady clearly makes an effort to welcome customers!! Or maybe we should think about changing jobs!!

17/06/2024: I lost half of my Father's Day because of their 3 hour shift!!! 1 hour to receive cold starters when we could have received them from the start, after 30 to 40 minutes for the dishes and the same pace for the desserts and the checkout. It’s a shame the food is good, affordable and the grandma-style decor and the waiter has a “johnny” look, I find that nice. Advice: you are all at least 60/65 years old and I am worried. keep the back room just for events and make less place settings and increase a little your prices. You will be much better off. Courage

13/07/2024: A very high-quality restaurant. The dishes are 100% homemade, and you can tell. It's a real treat. The warm welcome is also noteworthy. Nothing more to say. PS: I recommend the foie gras as a starter; it's delicious!

20/09/2023: Very disappointed with my delivery yesterday.. Overcooked pizza, very little ham for a Boston and really small for a medium. We have been regulars for over 10 years but still it’s not normal 🙄. It's ok for the prices to increase but try to serve us the same pizzas which were so good and much better garnished. Not sure to recommend... very very disappointed.

19/09/2023: For many, many years, we have always ordered XL pizza from Servon, which I think was much better before. But this evening I think my opinion has clearly changed. Medium Boston pizza equivalent to a small with three small pieces of ham...overcooked and very thin! .. more cheese than anything else.. we are very disappointed, especially since the prices have increased and you have less quantity and quality. Maybe a new pizza maker? In these cases you have to change very quickly.

26/05/2024: Le restaurant a changé de propriétaire depuis quelques temps, j’y suis retournée et quelle agréable surprise, tout était vraiment très bon, en cadeau, des litchi ou des nougats , des chips et le personnel est très agréable et gentil … Je recommande sans problème 👍

12/07/2024: More than a dinner, a journey for the palate. Nicolas and Chef Ticana welcomed us and drove us trough a trip from delight to sheer joy through genuine astonishment. Know that you will not chose your dishes, but I guaranee you will be more that content. Regarding the sushi quality... I was lucky enough to start eating sushi in France under the supervision of a Japanese friend of the familly, when there was less Sushi chef in Paris than finger on a hand. I also went to Japan and lived the true eperience. So, you can tell, I have a high level of standings. Well, I can fairly state that, hands down, this was the best Nigiris I had since I went back from Japan years ago. If you can afford it, do not hesitate.

04/09/2023: The boss, very smiling, pleasant and caring, welcomed us wonderfully. We were passing through for a wedding and slept there. Everything was very clean, you can go there with your eyes closed.

29/08/2024: Decent service and that's the only positive thing in this restaurant... The crepes are bad (a complete mouthful of water and mushy), a sweet crepe with no taste. There were 4 tables, and we stayed more than 2 hours with more than an hour of waiting but on the other hand the waitress had time to smoke a cigarette during the service... Outside we ate in the dark, obliged to light up in the light of the phone. The toilets are dirty... No one asks if things are going well. Expensive for what it is... Avoid.
