This time, there was yet another mix-up with the panini I ordered. If several of your employees are making mistakes or if there's a misunderstanding regarding the names of certain paninis, it might be wise to rename them or make the menu clearer to avoid this kind of situation. As a loyal customer, it's disappointing to have to check or discover errors repeatedly. I hope you will take this feedback into account to improve your service, as I appreciate your establishment and would like to be able to continue ordering from you with confidence.
