While we fully understand the operational constraints faced by your team (my partner also works in the restaurant industry), waiting times are not usually an issue. However, the situation we experienced leaves us perplexed. We asked twice for a carafe of water, without success. Furthermore, after our table was cleared, we waited a considerable amount of time for our dessert orders to be taken, especially since my daughter's dessert had been ordered at the same time as her main course. We noticed that customers who arrived after us left the establishment before we did. Consequently, we decided to leave. We asked for a gesture of goodwill, as my daughter was unable to eat her dessert. The response we received was: "A children's menu is a children's menu." We were eventually offered the ice cream, but it wasn't ideal for eating outside the restaurant. In conclusion, we express our disappointment.

15/07/2026: I have mixed feelings about the experience. It wasn't bad, but nothing special. The service was adequate, but nothing more. I wouldn't recommend it for a quick bite; it took over an hour and a half for a main course and dessert.

12/07/2026: We ate there for the first time yesterday, and we weren't disappointed. We all ordered burgers, which were very good and very generous. The dessert service was a little slow, but it was also very good. The atmosphere is nice.
