25/01/2025: First time at “La cuisine d’Antan” and certainly not the last. The menu and suggestions are tempting and we want to taste everything! The setting, first of all, original due to its historical and architectural aspect (old malthouse having withstood the horrors of the Second World War), perfectly rehabilitated, making the place cozy. The staff then: top notch! very professional, helpful and in a good mood. We immediately feel at ease. Finally, the table: an excellent cocktail "My sweetness", a tarte flambée with "homemade" products - right down to the smoking of the bacon - equally excellent, then the veal cordon bleu, Vosges for my part, top-notch! We have rarely eaten a cordon bleu of such quality. Really a very good restaurant, with good value for money. Go there with your eyes closed!

These two waitresses, much more than just faces, embody the warmth and generosity of Alsace. Their kindness and professionalism immediately put you at ease, while they take great care to ensure that every moment spent in their establishment is an unforgettable experience. The menu is a true homage to Alsatian culinary treasures, with dishes that exude authenticity. The ham, the famous Alsatian salad, and the generously served foie quenelles are simply divine. Without forgetting the fleischnagges, melting and exquisite, prepared with know-how that honors tradition. The cuisine, of impeccable quality, lives up to all expectations. Each dish is prepared with fresh ingredients, showcasing rich, balanced flavors. The passion and love of the Alsatian terroir is felt in every bite, from the first to the last dish. I recommend that lovers of Alsatian cuisine try this simply extraordinary restaurant.

04/09/2024: We stopped at the terrace of this restaurant to have a drink and were greeted with a genuine smile. We could return there during a future trip to discover the regional gastronomy of this establishment. Worth a stop

28/08/2024: We went to eat last night in this very nice restaurant! The service is impeccable and the food is very good. The plates are very generous. The only downside would be the choice of music, which consists of 5 or 6 songs that play in a loop. We will return there for sure!

29/09/2024: The website is not explicit about the fact that you do not choose your dishes. The starter and dessert were excellent. The dish was very disappointing: meat not tender enough and winter vegetables. The decor is too cold.

28/11/2024: A real moment of relaxation and pleasure. Warm welcome and kind and friendly staff throughout the stay. The nature room, a real gem. Spa side, wide choice of relaxation. Dinner, good gastronomy and breakfast a large buffet for all tastes, there is something for everyone. By the way, I was amazed by the size of the wine list 😆 😉 In any case I recommend this place, to discover absolutely.

05/12/2024: Thank you L’Eden. Celiac safe and delicious! Saved our Christmas market trip. I learned that even places listed on Find Me Gluten Free were not going to be safe for me to eat. I had delicious pizza today and a ham sandwich yesterday, in shop. Bought yummy to go cheese topped pretzels each day for a dinner and a pastries for breakfast. The eclair and macaron were fantastic! Highly recommend. 100% gluten free ( noted they had several lactose free choices as well )

30/11/2024: Were there for Christmas market day. Fantastic selection. Unfortunately, around 2 p.m. on Saturday, November 30th, 98 percent sold out. Only ordered goods and some sellable gingerbreads.

05/12/2024: Excellent… The staff is friendly, gives good advice, smiles, nothing to say! The dishes are elaborate and yet the respect given to seasonal products makes them “simple” to approach. 24/09/2024: Great experience at PianoGrill! The servers were concerned about comfort, details and the quality of our dishes. The starters and main courses were incredible: perfectly seasoned vegetables and proteins, served with a condiment that added a complementary taste dimension. Additional positive point: dogs are allowed on the terrace as well as inside.

24/09/2024: We had dinner last Saturday evening. The menu is not very extensive, which is a good sign, a guarantee of quality and freshly cooked products on site. The meat as advertised is truly exceptional meat, very tasty and tender. Perfect. A small downside on the service: it seems that the kitchens were overwhelmed because we waited almost 30 minutes between each course. But I think it was exceptional. I will go back to check it out as the food is excellent.
