25/01/2025: First time at “La cuisine d’Antan” and certainly not the last. The menu and suggestions are tempting and we want to taste everything! The setting, first of all, original due to its historical and architectural aspect (old malthouse having withstood the horrors of the Second World War), perfectly rehabilitated, making the place cozy. The staff then: top notch! very professional, helpful and in a good mood. We immediately feel at ease. Finally, the table: an excellent cocktail "My sweetness", a tarte flambée with "homemade" products - right down to the smoking of the bacon - equally excellent, then the veal cordon bleu, Vosges for my part, top-notch! We have rarely eaten a cordon bleu of such quality. Really a very good restaurant, with good value for money. Go there with your eyes closed!

16/12/2024: Excellent cuisine, Impeccable service. A little noisy but understandable when we see those waiting for us. We were a couple sitting in the upstairs room, beef platter as a starter, halal meat, Argentinian pincanha & 400 g tab and to finish excellent apple tatin, a delight from the chef Recommended!!!

16/12/2024: The meats and dishes were very good and incredible quality. Cooked as requested. The accompaniment (salad) is perfect. Reservation and order taking were responsive! We had a blast! The welcome, nothing to say, I recommend it with my eyes closed. The meat was truly marvelous.

Being a regular at this restaurant, we are never there, from the valet service, from the pretzel to the aperitif, including melt-in-the-mouth meat and delicious treats at the gourmet coffee: everything is there to have a good time and enjoy. 15/09/2024: Une belle trouvaille. Ça faisait des années que je connais le quartier sans ne jamais m’être aventuré dans cette impasse. L’emplacement est très discret et c’est sur recommandation que j’ai réservé une table. Je n’ai pas été déçu. Les plats sont bien travaillés et très savoureux avec un caractère caucasien bien prononcé. Excellente carte de vins géorgiens et arméniens tout simplement épatants. Nous reviendrons.

24/09/2024: We had dinner last Saturday evening. The menu is not very extensive, which is a good sign, a guarantee of quality and freshly cooked products on site. The meat as advertised is truly exceptional meat, very tasty and tender. Perfect. A small downside on the service: it seems that the kitchens were overwhelmed because we waited almost 30 minutes between each course. But I think it was exceptional. I will go back to check it out as the food is excellent.

24/09/2024: Great experience at PianoGrill! The servers were concerned about comfort, details and the quality of our dishes. The starters and main courses were incredible: perfectly seasoned vegetables and proteins, served with a condiment that added a complementary taste dimension. Additional positive point: dogs are allowed on the terrace as well as inside.

10/10/2025: I came to buy some very good quality yellow chicken, despite the relatively high price, it was excellent. However, I asked for very thinly sliced ​​ham. When I got home, the ham was cut at least 3 meters thick. It was almost impossible to make cordon bleus with it, and cutting it so thick really didn't taste good. I also had a piece of onion tart; it was good but extremely salty.
