31/08/2024: Cenato il 31 agosto 2024. Appena fuori dal circuito pedonale. Il personale ci dice che fuori è tutto prenotato , dentro c’è posto. Entrati , si sta bene, meglio di fuori, aria condizionata, sedie più comode , e più elegante. I piatti buoni, il Pinot sfuso gradevole, porzioni molto abbondanti, consiglio piatto unico, che altrimenti si fatica a finire. Qualità buona, costo adeguato. Camerieri gentili. Consigliato.

15/12/2024: Très belle adresse Cadre typique alsacien, cuisine maison faite par un chef qui a fait de jolie maison etoilees Flamme en apéro très bonne, foie gras en entre avec une compote de chou rouge.. 12/12/2024: Nous avons reçus notre commande plus d’une heure après l’avoir passé. Et nous avons reçu les trois plats tout en même temps , car j’ai pris la tête de cochon et les rognons de veau qui ont été très très cuit et sec.

02/10/2024: On this rainy day in Strasbourg, we decided to eat a choucroute at Le Tire-Bouchon and we did well! The food is very good, the service is friendly and the setting is very pleasant. After the very good sauerkraut, we had a baba kouuelhopf with rum, a delight in every bite! We recommend this winstub without hesitation 👍

02/10/2024: Very warm welcome, delicious food, friendly staff. We went 2 times and both times in the evening there were a lot of people, locals, I think this is a sign of quality. On the first evening, we ordered the same thing as the girl sitting at the next table; she ate cheese and potatoes with such pleasure that we couldn’t resist and took it too. And the next evening, memories of cheese and potatoes and delicious fresh beer did not allow us to go to bed peacefully until we went to this restaurant again. And what a delicate creme brulee cannot be described in words, perfect in texture, sweetness and fat content.

23/09/2024: I have had lunch there occasionally for around fifteen years and I am surprised to see the choice on the menu. I experienced the 3 menus (health, land and sea), then 2 (land and sea), then with a double choice and now a single menu. The dishes on the menu are now almost the same over the years. Where did the game go, the baeckeoffe in the fall? Game is only on the €50 menu!

22/09/2024: Having made several stays and evenings in this establishment, nothing to complain about at the top of the top of the welcome, service, meals, spa, room and seeing the owners running in all directions clearly shows the seriousness of the establishment. Looking forward to our next stay!!!

11/06/2025: Fast service at lunch, good food, charming room, however being in a cellar, the temperature can rise even though an air conditioner has been installed.

03/06/2025: As a salesperson, I travel from region to region, and I must admit I stumbled upon this establishment by chance! A very beautiful place, with exceptional charm, a very warm welcome, but a little disappointed with the food. Perhaps it was a bad turn-off. A meat full of sinews. As for the food, it was generous. Tough luck for me, a meat lover. I'll be back.

05/12/2024: Excellent… The staff is friendly, gives good advice, smiles, nothing to say! The dishes are elaborate and yet the respect given to seasonal products makes them “simple” to approach. We enjoy ourselves while being surprised by what is in front of us. It’s always a great moment between colleagues, thank you for your work, don’t change anything 🙏🏻

26/01/2025: Very good address. We are from the Vosges and spent a weekend at 5 Terres in Barr. The restaurant was full and we ended up at Am Lindeplatzel quite by chance. And we are more than delighted, like our taste buds. The setting is very nice, it feels a bit like a warm and cozy inn. The waitresses are very cheerful, pleasant, and know their job, which is very appreciable. They are very caring and so kind. It was my birthday and I was entitled to my little candle. Finally, and most importantly, the food. Just wow. An extremely original choice that you really can't find anywhere. And of a quality, of a finesse... It's impressive. Our taste buds are delighted and so are we. A big thank you to the whole team. We will come back for sure.
