22/06/2026: Seriously. Reservation for a small group of 12, two unexpected extra people, and no set menu. Seriously? And I won't even mention the overly warm welcome, but given the heatwave, it was just too much. So we left. I offered compensation for the loss, but he refused. But the damage is done.

21/07/2026: A truly wonderful experience on the small terrace in front of the restaurant. Impeccable service and attention to detail after booking for five people. We indulged in the cordon bleu and a Waedele (a type of fried pastry), and it was simply incredible in both quality and quantity—absolutely top-notch. So why four stars? A slight disappointment with the desserts: profiteroles where the ice cream was twice the size of the choux pastry, and a chocolate fondant that wasn't very gooey. The price is a bit high (over €50 per person, but it's Strasbourg), with, for example, a €2 supplement for cream sauce. It's a beautiful, well-located, and high-quality restaurant with a decor that transports you to another era.

23/07/2026: I've been a customer for over 10 years, and in all of Strasbourg (I'm a chef, by the way), there's no better Kavkaz or any other place like it. I never eat anywhere else when I'm not traveling, and even when I'm in other countries, I tell everyone about Kavkaz because everything is homemade and absolutely delicious. Sometimes I even order two Kavkaz to make sure I eat well for two days! 👉👍 My advice: don't go anywhere else. Kavkaz is the best, and I've been a chef for 15 years, so I know what I'm talking about.

01/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! A typical Alsatian restaurant, warm and beautifully decorated, where you receive a very warm welcome. The cuisine is traditional, hearty, and reasonably priced. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal; our teenagers devoured everything, thank you! Highly recommended.

25/07/2026: My favorite fast food place for years, and what's most impressive is that it's even better than before! The chicken is always excellent, the ingredients are high quality, and everything is prepared with care. Special mention goes to their garlic sauce, which is simply incredible. I also just tried their cookies: a real gem! Soft, indulgent, and delicious. A place I wholeheartedly recommend and where I always return with pleasure.

18/07/2026: On my way home today, after shopping at the supermarket, I stopped here by chance. The menu was very nice, and there was also a "Plat de jour" (daily special). The atmosphere on the terrace was good, and it was lovely to sit outside and enjoy the excellent food. The helpful service was also top-notch. The restroom was clean, and the dining room was large.

01/07/2026: The tarte flambée is excellent, I highly recommend it. The service is quick, the staff friendly, and the ingredients fresh. I was a little less impressed with the ham hock and its sauce; the meat was a bit tough, and the Munster sauce wasn't strong enough for my taste. But I'll definitely go back to try other dishes. Also, parking is a bit of a hassle; we had to walk a little.
