Nous avons réservé avec le passeport gourmand : aucune fausse note, les conditions sont claires et respectées. Nous avons bénéficié de la même attention que les autres clients, c’est très appréciable vu l’effort consenti par l’établissement. 28/11/2024: La salle est toujours aussi lumineuse et la cuisine délicieuse et généreuse. La ronde des saveurs - sélection de trois entrées de la carte : foie gras + tataki de thon + raviole de veau - était enchanteresse. Les ravioles de veau effiloché, nombreuses et savoureuses, un régal. Le sandre, magnifique de blancheur servi en portion généreuse. Enfin, l'agneau, cuit rosé à la perfection, s'est révélé tendre et goûteux. De plus, servi en portion telle que nous en avons fait un déjeuner le lendemain. Pour finir, l'irish coffee, qui reste pour nous le meilleur du monde. À refaire sans modération.

15/08/2024: Everything was incredible from A to Z. The impeccable service, the tempting menu, the delicious cuisine, and the very cozy setting. I recommend the tagiatelle with snacked scallops and the chocolate fondant! The fries are also very good. Count between 25 and 33 euros for dishes. There are cocktails but they are not displayed on the menu so remember to ask the waiters for them. Go for it!

13/08/2024: Stumbled upon this restaurant during our visit to Selestat for the flower corso, it was a magnificent experience!!! Very warm welcome! Smiling, kind, helpful waiter and owner, and so much more, this has unfortunately become very rare today! Excellent menus, both meat and fish, and fresh fries... that too has become rare in a restaurant, in short, we enjoyed it from start to finish, no negative points! Thank you a thousand times for your welcome and your kindness! You can go to this restaurant with your eyes closed! We will not hesitate to return there during our next visit to Selestat.

05/09/2024: We spent a superb family weekend at Le Cheval Blanc. Welcome by the Zinck family. We stayed in the Alsatian house which has 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The house is modern, clean, pleasant and very comfortable (jacuzzi, terrace and soon the sauna) The hotel is suitable for children (swimming pool, playground, Ping Pong, chess, library, mini golf, etc.) We took half board. Perfect and very varied breakfast. The evening meal taken at the restaurant was just incredible and very tasteful. The Zinck family and the staff are very kind, they took great care of us and we had special attention for our children. We had a pleasant stay, we recommend it and we will return soon 😊

24/09/2024: I was happy to eat in a "real" Japanese place but I was disappointed... The service was slow although the servers were friendly and the food was really nothing exceptional! I opted for the beef ramen. Pieces of Burgundy-style meat that are way too tough! Normally it flakes but here, I had to leave half of the beef aside! Some starters are not homemade, I am thinking in particular of the octopus meatballs. Damage...

22/09/2024: I bought karrage curry take out, but they didn't give me curry. How can I eat? A low-end Japanese restaurant of similar quality to Yoshinoya. All dishes can be exchanged for larger portions for an additional 3 euros, which is very cost-effective. There is a sign at the door that says "No Pork Products", but the store also sells ramen, which is strange. The ground is sticky, and my shoes will stick to the ground when I walk. I don’t know how long it has been since the floor was mopped. There are about thirty seats in the store, ten of which are tatami mats. My feet are numb after sitting on them after eating. Seats are always in short supply and need to be reserved two days in advance. If you go directly to the store, it is easy to not get a seat. I have seen their reservation list, and each seat can only accommodate one or two guests throughout the entire noon. The French can actually waste more than an hour in such a low-end fast food restaurant. No wonder French restaurants are expensive and difficult to book. If Asians also eat Shaxian snacks and Yoshinoya like the French, all restaurants in Asia will close down. I went to the store when it first opened at noon today, and all the seats were reserved, so I had to take it away. I bought curry chicken rice, but when I got home, I realized that there was no curry for me. And they don't seem to like adding salt when making fried chicken nuggets. I took out the pickles from the salad and mixed it with rice, so I could barely finish the meal. However, considering its high cost performance, I still give it five stars.

24/09/2024: When you have to smile instead of the boss. When the pan-fried foie gras is overcooked. Too bad because the smile of the waitress makes up for it. But hey… a very small, easily achievable improvement to make it a good house.

16/08/2024: Service anarchique, un serveur qui s’énerve sur un autre, le pain n’est pas servi, nous avons dû le réclamer et lorsqu’il a fallu en redemander ( à 21h ), il n’y en avait plus, verre de vin sale. Clou du spectacle, mes enfants n’ont pas eu leur dessert compris dans le menu enfant. Des gens qui se font installer à la même table alors qu’ils viennent séparément. Un prix exorbitant pour une piètre qualité, poisson sans goût et pomme de terres trop cuites ( pleines d’eau ). Je déconseille fortement. Vous trouvez bien mieux ailleurs en terme de qualité et d’authenticité, parole d’alsacienne !

28/11/2024: We recently had dinner in a charming chalet where we tasted pierade. The atmosphere was really great, with a warm and friendly atmosphere. However, the service did not meet our expectations. When we asked for duck, we were kindly informed that it was beef or nothing. This tarnished our experience a bit. Despite this, the pie was delicious and the setting was definitely worth it. I recommend this restaurant for the ambiance, but I hope they improve their service in the future. Don’t hesitate to adjust the details according to your feelings!

06/09/2024: An excellent address in Strasbourg Neudorf. Tarte flambée was excellent, and our main dishes were fabulous. The server advised us on the wines and overall the staff were extremely friendly. Highly recommend.

15/12/2024: Das Restaurant hat seinen Michelin-Stern zu Recht; die Küche ist ausgezeichnet, den Kochstil würde ich in den Kategorien des Michelin als "contemporain" bezeichnen. Hochwertige Produkte, perfekt zubereitet, wie die Coquilles St Jacques, der confierte bretonische Hummer, die Wirsingroulade vom Rehrücken mit Foie gras, mit 98 Euro ist bietet das Menu auch ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Weinpreise sind allerdings prohibitiv - eine derart hochpreisige Weinkarte habe ich in Frankreich auch in höherbesternten Restaurants nocn nicht gesehen - mit Mühe wird man im Bereich zwischen 50 und 100 Euro fündig, im Burgund kaum unter 200 Euro. Der Service ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. - WIr haben dort übernachtet; das Zimmer war einigermaßen geräumig, aber ohne eigentliches Badezimmer, die Dusche ist zwar abgetrennt, das WC natürlich auch, ansonsten besteht die Installation aus einem - kleinen- Lavabo mit einem - ebenso kleinen - Spiegel im Zimmer.

12/12/2024: High-end and intimate service on the gastronomic side and friendly on the stammtish side, I recommend this beautiful house to anyone who likes good products
