The dishes were delicious, with impeccable quality from start to finish; you can really taste the care put into each plate. The prices are very reasonable for the quality offered, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Special mention also goes to the warm and friendly atmosphere; you immediately feel at ease. A big thank you to the owners for their welcome and professionalism; it makes all the difference. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, and I will definitely be back!

28/06/2026: How sad! I only just discovered this charming little restaurant, right when I learned I have to leave Strasbourg for good and move thousands of kilometers away. Talk about a cruel twist of fate! The vegan maki and spring rolls are to die for (especially the one with mint and edamame). It's a shame I didn't stumble upon this place sooner so I could have enjoyed it more :/

I've been a loyal customer since the beginning; the products are fresh and high-quality, and everyone can find something they love among the many recipes and unique creations on the menu. The friendly team is always smiling and excellent, whether you're eating in or taking away. I highly recommend this place!

05/08/2026: Truly genuin Japanese food right in the heart of Strasbourg. We had a fantastic time enjoying great food and an authentic atmosphere. I would highly recommend it.

02/08/2026: A bit disappointed... The curry was lacking in vegetables. Where were the carrots and potatoes? The dish was very basic, and we were still hungry when we left. It was bland. Luckily, the service was friendly.

From the brilliant organization of the entire event by Anne and her team, to the execution on the day itself, everything was perfect! Our guests had a wonderful time, and the decorations (springlike during our visit) were magical! The greenery, the decor, the lighting, even the ambiance of the rooms—everything is there to ensure you have a truly wonderful experience! Thank you again for the warm welcome and flawless support!

08/05/2026: A huge thank you to Anne and her entire team. We had an unforgettable wedding in a magical setting. Anne guided us through every step of the preparations. On the big day, we had a wonderful evening, thanks to Chef Guillaume for the meal, and the following day we finished with a magnificent brunch. Not to mention the beautiful rooms where we stayed. In short, everything was perfect.

25/01/2026: We ate at Le Sauloch for the first time this past Saturday evening and we'll definitely be back! We were served quickly by two very friendly waiters, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented! The setting is lovely, all wood with a large fireplace in the center, and the decor is very tasteful! There's an outdoor terrace where it must be lovely to eat in the summer. Thank you for a wonderful evening!
