24/01/2025: Very well located the rooms are very spacious

09/01/2025: The hotel from the outside is beautiful and is located very centrally. The spa was not working when we arrived but they compensated us, after I claimed it upon departure, with a discount. The first day the pool worked the water was freezing, then it got better. The rooms and facilities in general are old and not very well preserved, the bed is terrible, the heating, according to them for ecological reasons, does not exceed 19. The room, in the middle of winter, you can imagine how warm it is not. Breakfast is normal but you have to keep asking them to refill what is gone all the time. In short, it is not bad for a few days but it is not worth what it costs. Ps. It has a bar but you will never see anyone serving in it....

05/12/2024: Very good experience in this nice little Italian restaurant. Quality cuisine and a very warm welcome. Thank you for giving my 3 year old daughter such a lovely experience “making her pizza with the chef” she loved it and had a great time afterwards. I recommend 100%

15/10/2024: Se ha vuelto increíblemente caro rivalizar con el precio aquí en Los Ángeles. Estaba sorprendido, pero también el ambiente se había puesto malo. Me pregunto si es una “cosa” de pueblo pequeño, pero cada vez que entraba, los lugareños me miraban como si fuera un alienígena. El servicio tampoco fue muy bueno. Largos tiempos de espera y respuestas muy directas al corte en frío. Eso sí, hablo francés con fluidez, pero eso no cambia nada. 90 € para tres personas que reciben pizza, bebidas sin alcohol, y un aperitivo es caro. No voy a volver.

08/11/2024: Buen tráfico en el restaurante! Fuimos allí alrededor de las 20: 45 , había mucha gente comiendo y gente nueva sigue llegando, pidiendo en el lugar o para llevar - lejos. Servicio rápido, buen precio!

02/11/2024: Trouvé par hasard, plats excellents, copieux et goûteux, nouilles faites maison et à la minute, service rapide, efficace, souriant et dans la bonne humeur . Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute lors de notre prochaine venue à Strasbourg. Merci .

21/09/2024: The piazza is no longer what it used to be. I arrive at the end of service for a takeaway pizza. The oven is still lit, full of flames. Some dough is still in the bin. It already takes 10 minutes to ask for what I want because the waiters are chatting among themselves and don't care about the arriving customers. “I have to go ask my colleague”… obviously the pizza maker is smoking his cigarette outside and doesn’t want to move for one last pizza. Last time, I waited 20 minutes for someone to calculate me, even though I had deliberately put myself in the middle of the passage. Not even a hello. Lack of potency, I come regularly, I send people to taste their pizzas which are relatively good. But this is one time too many. The welcome and service is deplorable and this evening the boss was obviously not there to make up for it.

18/09/2024: We went to eat one evening with friends during our stay in Strasbourg. We were served by Pamela but what a memory for 6 people, she didn't write down the order straight away, she impressed us without fail, well done. Meal level, nothing to say, copious and good.

04/07/2025: Had a nice meal (canard) at an attractive price compared to Belgium. Good service on the terrace, beautiful setting with fountains and palm trees, gives some 'grandeur' to the whole.

02/07/2025: Lovely hotel only let down by the gentleman on the bar / reception. Felt like we were an inconvenience for being there.
