18/12/2024: The restaurant is very welcoming, we ate very well from starter to dessert, the quality and quantity was there, neither too much nor too little on the plate, a pleasant menu, a simple and unfussy atmosphere and a wine list and good advice for choosing wine.
Honestly, I recommend the restaurant.

26/11/2024: Cooking comes from skill. A master of his craft cooks here. The 2* are deserved. Modern interpretation of Alsatian dishes. The flavors are well developed. The textures are perfect. Very attentive service. Solid ambience. Highly priced and worth every euro. Every trip is worth it. Absolutely recommended.

11/10/2024: Bar sympa pour un début de soirée avec des amis. Bonnes bières et bonnes options pour grignoter. Musique très sympa mais peut-être un peu trop forte (pour le début de soirée) qui limite les conversations. Service efficace et souriant.
22/08/2024: Superb bar with outdoor terrace. Possibility to eat also. wide choice of beers. Friendly waiter. the Mont Blanc blueberry and gènepi beer were excellent. I ordered chips as a side and received a whole (bowl) packet for €4. You will not be disappointed.

My dish: crispy poultry with small vegetables and spaetzle. It was super good and made with local products.
The prices are correct.
The small downside is the soundproofing of the room.
