07/12/2025: Very questionable location, mediocre and overpriced food, not to mention the slow service. There are 5 waiters, and it took them 50 minutes to serve a pasta dish. I'd like to point out that the restaurant's maximum capacity is 20 people. In conclusion, RUN AWAY from this restaurant; don't even enter by mistake.

06/12/2025: 1 star (if I could give less, I would) A truly disastrous experience. We waited an hour for our food to finally arrive… and even then, they managed to bring us the wrong dish. No apology, no explanation, just utter incompetence. The atmosphere didn't help either: the dining room reeked of fried food, as if the extractor fan hadn't been working for weeks. It was impossible to enjoy the meal in those conditions. Between the endless wait, the service errors, and the nauseating smell, this is clearly a place I absolutely do not recommend. You expect much better from an Italian restaurant.

05/01/2025: Excellent experience at Domino's in Haguenau! The pizzas are always delicious, well garnished and cooked to perfection. Fast service, whether delivery or takeaway, and the staff is always welcoming and smiling. Special mention for their regular promotions which allow you to enjoy yourself at a low price. I highly recommend!

16/09/2024: Today we went to the McDonald's in Hautepierre in Strasbourg, around 10:45 p.m. they turned off the lights inside, there were at least 6 customers with us, they didn't tell us anything, they didn't warn us, they just took it and turned off the light, that meant getting out of there, that's not acceptable to the customers,,,

30/08/2024: Good kebab, digestible, plentiful and cheap. Fast service and helpful staff. A certainty because it is open until late. Consumed chicken kebab, both piadina and sandwich, both good. Forgettable fries.

14/09/2024: I noticed a big difference between the McDonald's in Italy and those in France. In Italy, everything is well maintained, there are lots of staff and the service is really fast. In France, it's quite the opposite: few employees, waste on the floor and frankly mediocre service. We have the impression that the employees are not motivated at all. And what's more, the quality of the food is really disappointing. Too bad we can't rate it at 0 stars

Get back into your business, just because the terrace is finished and the figure is going to drop doesn't mean you have to lose quality ✅ in any case, I won't give it a star because this place is cool 👍

13/09/2024: We haven't been to McDonald's for a while, we go to fast food less and less and we prefer other chains to McDonald's. This is confirmed with two maxi best of meals taken while the portions of the burger and fries were ridiculous it was supposed to be xxl and the burgers were around 8 cm in diameter.. and the fries were a small portion. It was very cold, not even lukewarm and the tables weren't even cleaned. There was just the wait which was okay. Lots of noise. The cashier didn't know how to cash in with a restaurant ticket card. Little advice, add the option to say where we sit to make it easier to find us (main room, terrace, airlock, etc.) Considering the price which is almost the same as restaurants that do home cooking (good quality and hot) it becomes more and more lamentable. The only advantage is proximity and speed.

29/12/2023: Commandé le 28 sur l'application, bug au niveau de la commande. J'ai appelé deux fois le service : décrochage dans le vide et raccrochage au nez. Finalement, j'ai commandé via mon pc et résultat après un troisième appel : débité deux fois, vu avec un responsable, un remboursement n'a toujours pas eu lieu.

19/08/2024: It stinks of a scam. We wait 30' before the waitress shows up who offers us a long, double espresso coffee. Coffee lover, I take a double. 30' later a lounging dish is served... Drinking a long drink is just not coffee and my palate knows the difference. It's good for the owner's business. +++ Two more stars for responding quickly to the complaint.

17/08/2024: It’s a shame that the cuisine is not up to par with the place and the service! We waited more than 45 minutes to be served, and our dish was no longer available so we had to fall back on the 5-meat sauerkraut, which was clearly not at the level expected in the heart of Strasbourg. The flam was OK, the rest very very average. 5 stars to the waitress, very friendly and welcoming.
