20/03/2026: The owner and his waitress were very courteous and pleasant, and the tea room was clean. We opted for the set menu, which was well worth it: a large slice of pie with a coffee and a glass of water. It's definitely worth a visit.

04/04/2026: Of course, the food is good, but the service is terrible. After an hour of waiting, I asked the waitress how our orders were, but she'd lost the order, and we weren't the only ones. Some people left because they were so long. If you don't want to wait hours, don't go.

09/02/2026: If i could review a zero star i would. I had booked through booking.com about 3 weeks prior to the stay. Unfortunately due to a bereavement in the family we couldnt travel. I had booked the non cancellation booking, but was hoping that they would take a sympathetic view in view of the circumstance and the fact that we were trying to cancel 2 weeks prior to the stay. Booking.com kindly tried to contact them, with no reply, I contacted them on their email address and again no reply. Needless to say monies were taken straight from my account on the due day. So funny how communication was ok in this instance. Its been a very stressful time and this has just added to the stress. I have never had such poor communiation in a hotel as much as this. WOULD NEVER EVER STAY IN THE HOTEL. DO NOT RECOMMEND

29/03/2026: Historical neighborhood restaurant back from the days where the "Rotonde" was not a tram stop but a freight train interchange (late 1800s). Dinnertime is very quiet, as the place is mostly busy at lunchtime, so for us ideal after a tiring day where you want to eat out but you do not want to be in a loud, noisy place. Portions are rather generous, worth the price. Our server, Achour, was very friendly. See you soon!
