02/03/2026: We had two excellent evenings at this restaurant. The fondue and raclette were delicious and prepared with care. The service was attentive and discreet, contributing to a warm atmosphere. We highly recommend this establishment for an authentic culinary experience. It was a pleasure to dine here.

06/12/2025: During Covid, everyone was crying on social media: "Let us work!" So they started making deliveries. We, at work, were happy, we ordered, everyone was satisfied. Business is picking up again, and they're singing a different tune. They're telling us to get lost for an order of almost €120 (and yes, we're starving at work!). Claiming no delivery driver available... right in the middle of rush hour... (for an order that has to be delivered at 6:30 pm, someone needs to explain the rush to me). Anyway. They prefer money to supporting those who supported them during Covid... Several of us have stopped going there. On principle.

29/11/2025: I organized a surprise birthday party for my partner at this restaurant. We were expecting 40 people, but in the end, there were only 19… and yet, the owner gave me the exact same level of service and attention as if there had been 40 of us! He was very involved in the organization: choosing the main course, the dessert, the wine… He truly did everything to make the evening perfect. We ate and drank very well. The welcome was warm, and the staff was very friendly. We were already familiar with the restaurant for their à la carte menu, but due to the small number of guests, we had a set menu: vol-au-vent. The chef outdid himself; they were excellent. And what can I say about the dessert… A homemade chocolate fondant—you could really taste the quality. A true delight! Thank you for the warm welcome and professionalism. We had a very pleasant time at your establishment!

02/12/2025: Second bad experience. Not to mention the disastrous service. We all ate tarte flambée, including the one without bacon. Five of us had diarrhea and cramps during the night.

08/01/2026: Avoid at all costs! I'm extremely disappointed that I ordered from them. I waited over an hour, and this is the first and last time. I ordered two dishes. I was supposed to receive two chicken mafé with one free for the same price I paid. What I received from them wasn't even what I ordered. I received a bowl that was a measly tiny portion of sour salad that looked highly questionable, with hairs on top, and the meat was incredibly dry and very salty, in a small quantity, with onions cut into large, uncooked slices! The aloco were dry and tasteless, swimming in oil, not to mention the number of bones in the bowl… I had to give it to my dog! This is absolutely not Uber Eats' fault, I really want to make that clear, because the delivery driver only takes what's given to him. The Uber Eats driver, once again, has absolutely nothing to do with it and was simply doing his job. I called to explain that it wasn't my order and that I wanted them to find a solution, even if it meant sending me back my own food. They practically insulted me and told me to "deal with Uber Eats." They didn't even apologize and hung up on me. I tried calling again, and they told me to stop calling. I then suggested I come back another day so my food would be ready to go, and they told me, "No, we won't remake it at all, it won't be possible." They yelled at me and hung up on me again. Honestly, in the future, think about speaking properly to your customers and stop ripping them off! Your behavior is on par with your food and your management of the restaurant. I don't intend to let this go, and know this: you will continue to lose customers because customers are supposed to be satisfied, not disappointed, with the service, your food, and your complete lack of understanding. Never again, and I'd especially like to see your restaurant's hygiene standards because I'm afraid it's as greasy and dirty as your kitchen. Never order from them and run away!

28/01/2026: We stopped here for a meal while passing through, and it was delicious, freshly prepared, and the service was excellent. For a starter, we had a tarte flambée, the best we've ever had. We'll definitely come back when we're in the area.

20/02/2026: Perfect, another charging station for electric vehicles. Very friendly and helpful staff, and a very good breakfast.

01/02/2026: Nice rooms, awful food, they gave us the worst possible food. Groups are treated poorly and put in a separate room.

04/01/2026: The meal was impeccable, the welcome and service were pleasant. It's a shame it was a bit noisy in the dining room; it was difficult to talk or hear each other. We will return to try other dishes.

19/02/2026: I tried Restaurant U Gallia very early when I arrived in Strasbourg, and even after 5 years, it remains the most chic university restaurant in the city in my opinion. The atmosphere is clean and modern, the space is well organized, and the overall experience feels more premium than typical CROUS restaurants. I’ve always had a good feeling about this place. It’s also ideally located near the Bibliothèque nationale et universitaire de Strasbourg (BNU) and close to Alinea, which makes it very convenient for students spending the day studying in the city center.

17/01/2026: A very good village restaurant with an Alsatian atmosphere and delicious home-style cooking. The service is excellent and the staff are friendly. Passing through the village once a month, we enjoy going there every time.

16/01/2026: The waiter was really very quick, and the meal was decent.

15/02/2026: The room was quite small and lacked any particular charm, with closet doors that only opened partially. Soundproofing was inadequate: on weekends, noise from nightlife could be disruptive (waking up around 5 a.m.). On the plus side, the bedding was very good quality. The lack of a physical reception made the experience feel somewhat cold and impersonal: instructions were sent by email and keys had to be collected at the entrance. However, the central location was a real advantage, allowing quick access to amenities. The price-quality ratio was still acceptable.

16/01/2026: A lovely little town hall! The receptionist was incredibly kind, thank you. The hotel is very well located! Everything is within walking distance. Before my stay, I was worried about noise because of the reviews. While it's true we could hear some street noise, it didn't stop us from having a good night's sleep!
