07/12/2024: Disgusting, dirty, only one toilet and it looks dirty without a lid and no soap available. Once and never again.

29/11/2024: Really unfriendly service despite the quality of the products. 2 people behind the sales counter but none of them had a smile, probably one day without but hey it's not up to the customer to bear it. Really disappointed, don't necessarily want to burden the existing staff but at some point you also have to question yourself...

25/12/2023: Je sais que le fascisme est en grande montée dans votre pays. Je ne sais pas si c'est ce qui m'a valu ce traitement par cet homme vendeur à la caisse en ce 25 décembre mais je me pose la question. J'étais là bien avant tout le monde mais il a décidé de m'ignorer et servir tout le monde avant moi. Je l'ai regardé pour tenter d'attirer son regard et ainsi être servi mais non monsieur a décidé de m'ignorer complètement. Même pas un regard. C'était gênant car les clients eux-même savaient qu'ils étaient arrivés après moi. Je ne reviendrai plus.

06/12/2024: Disappointing experience in this restaurant, The service was slow and not attentive. The servers were disorganized and forgot several items from our order: the bottle of wine which we never received as well as the main course accompaniment which we had to request twice. The meat was asked to be cooked to perfection and received blue.. the dishes did not come at the same time.. and so on.. Knowing that there were 6 servers for not many people. The icing on the cake: During the bill, we expressed our dissatisfaction to the so-called restaurant manager. Not only did he not even apologize, but he displayed a haughty and superior attitude, as if the customers' remarks did not concern him. No gesture was offered, only a condescending look. First and last time in this restaurant. To flee!

04/09/2024: we decided to go to the cafe to try the flambé, but we were very disappointed. The service is terrible. The waiters did not respond when we called them, ignored our requests, treated us with disdain. The food takes a very long time to prepare and was served cold. I hope that whoever reads this review will not go here because it is really a terrible place

01/09/2024: The pizza was okay. The chicken burger was unfortunately subpar. Old meat, totally dried on the edge, 10 grams of salad and a small portion of fries, which were also bad. When I was clearing away I pointed out the dried, inedible piece of chicken and said that in my opinion it was old meat and not edible. All that came was a tired smile and an apology. In my opinion, a coffee on the house or a reduction in the already high price would have been the least. But of course: many tourists who won't come back anyway. You can just allow yourself that. It's a shame...

06/01/2025: A group of boys wanted to go to the Café des Anges, saying that I was with them (which doesn't bother me even if I don't know them), the bouncer looked at me and replied "that doesn't is not proportional. I didn't like it at all, I felt like a piece of meat. The boy group was rejected, because there weren't enough girls with them, it's really rubbish, in the 21st century, to still have comments like that, and it It’s even more surprising that these comments are made by a woman! I've never been to the Café des Anges, and this event doesn't make me want to go there at all!

01/01/2025: The music, especially from the area below, is good enough to set the mood, but for the music above, I have the impression of being in a city with almost rap and alcoholic individuals crazy enough to throw glass bottles on the floor... Despite the presence of security guards, these people were not even screened at the entrance and also automatically rejected outside... Quite dirty toilets, I even saw remains of vomit still present...

30/12/2024: Un orrore. Personale disorganizzato ai massimi livelli, un esempio: cibo già pronto ma messo sui vassoi a diventare freddo, anche se si chiede di consegnarlo (scontrino alla mano) non me lo ho hanno dato, e così a decine di clienti in fila con me. Gente che aspettava da 45 minuti, altri che hanno perso l'inizio del film (c'è un cinema lì a fianco). Ad un certo punto ho pensato di essere in una candid camera... alla domanda perché fossero così disorganizzati, la responsabile ha risposto che l'organizzazione del lavoro non le compete. Locale sporco, bagni luridi. Un consiglio (già dato a voce): cambiate mestiere

22/12/2024: Ok on va chez McDo on s’attend pas à grand chose mais il y a des minima syndicaux: celui de la rapidité et du respect du client. Or, dans ces deux disciplines ce Mcdonald est d’une nullité qui confine à la mauvaise blague. Plus d’une demi heure d’attente pour recevoir sa commande alors que le McDo est vide, des employés qui préfèrent se marrer entre eux en laissant les clients poireauter ou laisser les commandes s’accumuler sur le plateau de préparation … bref, nul !

20/03/2025: I order a "savoy" sandwich and notice that I only have cheese and very little bacon. I open it. All the slices are cut in 2 and protrude from the sandwich to look like... a shame!! I won't come back

03/09/2024: To flee!!!! I always read reviews before choosing a restaurant, but since we had never been disappointed in an Alsatian restaurant, we trusted...blindly! And what a disappointment!! From the start we felt uncomfortable... and in terms of quality, the dishes really need to be reviewed!! Very dry meat, no flavor... We left without having dessert, and despite that the bill was still very salty... we won't come back! Too bad because the shaded terrace is nice...

01/09/2024: Came on a Sunday lunchtime, like all the other reviews, the staff leaves something to be desired, fries and frozen vegetables, meat ok but nothing more, we lacked a little water but fortunately the vinaigrette contained enough…, 20min to succeed in attracting the attention of the waiters to settle the bill, it is up to us to do the calculations to divide everyone's shares (2 couples only..)
