11/08/2024: Restaurant familial avec madame en cuisine et monsieur au service. Accueil convivial. Spécialités cordons bleus. Le traditionnel, des classiques (au munster par exemple), mais aussi une déclinaison de saisons très originales, entre autres dans un jeu autour des panures.
Nous étions 3 avec du coup 3 cordons bleus différents. C'était très bon et on s'est régalé. Maîtrise de la cuisson, des goûts présents. La carte des vins est réduite, mais est une très bonne sélection.
26/05/2024: Friendly restaurant in a modern Alsatian setting, the cordon bleu were excellent 🥰 we were served quickly, even though there were a lot of people. Great team I recommend 👍

23/09/2024: We had dinner here with our daughter and it was very good! The food, the ambience and the service were great. Our daughter later dropped a glass of syrup and the waiters responded really well! With kindness and forbearance! And our dessert rounded everything off. Thank you very much and keep it up!
21/09/2024: The place is magnificent in this picturesque little street a stone's throw from the cathedral. The terrace was very pleasant, especially yesterday on a mild autumn evening. But minimum service and ordinary tartes flambées. There is much better. We can't say it's bad. But nothing to do with the revisited Binstub recipes...

12/09/2024: Service très long, patronne peu agréable à la limite agressive au moment de payer car semblait dépassée.
Si petit groupe(9 personnes)il vaut mieux commander la même chose car en cuisine ils vont devenir fou dixit la patronne.
Les repas étaient bons, le cadre magnifique mais dommage.

21/09/2024: Qu'est-il devenu du diable bleu? Ce restaurant où on pouvait manger d'excellentes viandes de différentes origines et maturation. Nous avons pris une côte de boeuf sans pouvoir avoir de choix, pas de maturation, la viande était de qualité supermarché, sans rien de spécial, assez quelconque. D'habitude on devait se battre pour avoir une table sur les différents services du soir mais la pas de soucis, le restaurant pas franchement plein. la qualité de la viande a totalement disparu, même les frites assez quelconques. Vraiment déçu...
25/08/2024: 2 onglets servis froids . Inadmissible ds un resto spécialisé dans la viande de boeuf . Néanmoins viandes excellentes (et chères).Carte maigrichonne. Aucun effort dans la présentation de table.

Discovered by chance while wandering around the city, the quality of the food is very high and the craft beers are remarkable - the waiters are very quick and the place is frequented by locals. We will be back!
12/09/2024: A great place for a tarte flambee and beer
Come at happy hour (5pm-6:30pm at time of writing) for 4 euro flams and well priced beers.
The service was friendly and honestly I had a great time.

19/08/2024: Fresh and tasty dishes in a calm atmosphere. Pleasant service. We have lunch there regularly, an address to recommend.
We were having lunch on the terrace with friends when we witnessed the person passing on the sidewalk and on his scooter who almost ran over the waitress and took the liberty of expressing a negative opinion when he was at fault, very aggressive and rude instead of just apologizing.
08/07/2024: This restaurant (which is a restaurant in name only) employs very aggressive waiters and waitresses. In fact, I am very surprised to have been physically attacked by one of the employees of this “establishment” who took the liberty of hitting me following a different

21/08/2024: It's hard to understand some of the reviews... We have been regular customers for years, and behind the stove there is a real cook who loves what he does! It's just excellent and in more than enough quantity.
If you like local and well-made cuisine, don't hesitate. People who “are in the trade” and criticize, I think you are not at all in the trade to say such things about such dishes.
Never disappointed, price consistent with quality and quantity….
Bravo to you and don’t change anything, we will come back again and again!

12/08/2024: We just had the Strasbourg salad and sorbet for dessert.
But when I was looking for the toilet the boss called out to me and said: "honey it's on the right, behind the curtain!!" and added "since you're of a certain age"!!
I like to joke but for a restaurateur to address his customers in this way, a total lack of respect!!
No one will see me there again!!
