24/03/2026: It's a basement right across from the cathedral, the atmosphere is very lively, the service is very good, the waiters are very fun, the place feels very classic and old-fashioned, the food is also old-fashioned, at least what I ordered, flavors that respect old French cuisine, a very interesting experience, very tasty.

The good, well-prepared traditional menus have given way to strange dishes with convoluted names, poorly executed, overly spicy, and sometimes even bad. A year later, this restaurant has unfortunately failed to improve the quality and variety of its menu.

26/02/2026: Disappointed and frustrated, as regular customers of this restaurant, we're used to waiting a long time for pizzas, even when ordering by phone. When I called, I asked if the pizzas are made once you've confirmed your arrival, given how long the wait is. On the phone, they assured me they weren't and that the pizzas would be ready at 6:50 PM. It's 7:13 PM and I'm still waiting. Why lie? It's unfortunate and stupid! The pizzas themselves are still very good!!!

08/03/2026: We managed to get two seats, which was great because we were hungry, but we were quickly disappointed with the rest of the meal. The flammekueche wasn't cooked enough, the service was very slow, and the waitress was also the cook. The food was just so-so; there are many things that need improvement. It's a real shame.

01/02/2026: I'm very surprised to read negative comments... It's a truly excellent Italian restaurant. We go there often and always feel transported to the heart of Italy. And I go to a lot of restaurants! As I said, I always have a wonderful time there 😊 The pizzas, pasta, and salads are fantastic, and don't hesitate to order dessert 😉 I highly recommend it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

11/03/2026: I have been buying pizzas regularly for several years, recently I was disappointed because I bought 2 and I was charged for the tomato sauce, the Curiefolie is originally a cream base and to replace the cream base with tomato sauce it cost me 1 euro per pizza, and the customers who were just before me were offered a bottle, I don't know if it was wine but there you go I am very disappointed 😞.

10/11/2025: The service is quick (maximum 10-minute wait). The staff is welcoming. The pizzas are generously topped. We found one of them a little oily, but it still had plenty of flavor. Two areas for improvement: First: There's a discrepancy between the price displayed online and the price list in the store. Please update the website. Second: The person preparing the dough wasn't wearing gloves. Thank you for your welcome.

15/02/2026: Honestly, never again, it's disgusting, avoid it at all costs!!!! The fries are frozen, and if the pizza is supposed to be a four-cheese, I don't believe it, it's unbelievable.

13/02/2026: I placed an order with you at the end of November. Three hours later, someone from your team called me to explain that the order had never arrived due to a technical issue. I was advised to call back if it happened again and assured that I would receive a refund. I did receive an email, but it stated "refund: €0.00." I waited, but never received anything. At the end of December, I tried to contact you several times: phone calls (outside of business hours), a text message to the number provided, and then an email… no response. I have unfortunately concluded that I will not be reimbursed. It's a shame, because I really liked your pizzas, but after this experience, I won't be ordering from you again. UPDATE following your reply: Hello, I'm attaching a photo of the automated refund email that SOS Night Pizza sent me, since you say you don't issue them. I sent all of this to you by message and email, but I haven't received a response from you.

23/03/2026: The service was absolutely outrageous! It was impossible to order three tarte flambées for six people. The other three people who "didn't order anything" had to order a Coke separately for €4. The wait times and the atmosphere were actually quite good (we waited a maximum of three minutes in total). However, the "traditional tarte flambée" was really bad; it had hardly any flavor, lacked salt, and tasted slightly burnt.

12/04/2026: Sunday morning, leaving the train station, we had breakfast at McDonald's, but a very unpleasant surprise: the toilets were locked. According to the sign, they were reserved for customers. When we asked, we were told THE TOILETS WERE BLOCKED and would remain closed all day! Shameful...
