04/06/2026: The worst restaurant I have ever been to. All the glasses were dirty. When I complained, they showed absolutely no understanding. There were lipstick stains on the rims. The meat (both cordon bleu and schnitzel) was tough and inedible. The salad was bland. The tarte flambée and omelet were completely unremarkable. Awful, never again! I'm generally not fussy, but this was truly unacceptable...

07/04/2026: We order often, it's great, never disappointed! Use the phone number instead of Uber or other services. They also deliver, and the driver is very careful.

23/05/2026: Staff change with employees who don't smile at everyone. The sushi platter yesterday was a mess, like it had been thrown on the tray. Cleanliness left much to be desired; there were marks on the floor as if it had been cleaned with a dirty mop. The dessert selection was limited.

22/05/2026: Since the change of ownership, the quality of the food has been mediocre... either overheated, therefore dry and tasteless, or reheated from lunchtime... the sushi had a strange taste and color... in short, we won't be going back... we've lost a good place to eat.

27/05/2026: The welcome was rather cold. The spring rolls were incredibly greasy and tasteless, the beef with black mushrooms was very stringy and bland... a shame... a difficult experience?

27/03/2026: On our way back from Strasbourg, we made a spontaneous stop for dinner at this small, simple Asian restaurant. The owner was very welcoming and attentive: we had ordered a plate of spring rolls as a starter, and he brought them to us on two separate plates—a thoughtful touch that's becoming increasingly rare, or at least charged extra! The duck we chose was excellent; only the stir-fried noodles could have been a little more grilled for our taste and perhaps seasoned with a touch of sesame oil. But for the price, we had a lovely time.

03/07/2026: okay so it's not great and the staff is sometimes rude. but it's cheap and i love the vibe. you can come during the day to work and have a coffee, evening for dinner, late at night for drinks. i miss this place so much

11/06/2026: I remember a waiter who took it upon himself to correct me for using "flammekueche" and not "tarte flambée." I didn't appreciate it at all. I can use whatever word I want; he has no right to tell me that no, you say "tarte flambée" or you're a tourist. Respect is fundamental in a profession like this. You don't have more power than the customers just because you're at work, and you're certainly not my mother, or whatever role you imagine you have. In short, there are limits to how close you can be. I won't be back.

18/03/2026: University restaurant close to transport (bus and tram), varied menus, it's one of the best in Strasbourg in my opinion and the atmosphere is quite nice.

10/03/2026: Okay, but the portion sizes are a disaster. Plates aren't even a quarter full, and even if you ask for more, there's absolutely not enough—it's ridiculous. 3 stars because the desserts are slightly better than in other university restaurants. As for the staff, it's difficult to get a smile or anything friendly out of them, which is a shame.

04/06/2026: I often go to this bakery; the whole team is so friendly! I always get my salmon sandwich there, and I've never been disappointed. (The Nutella croissant is also fantastic.) See you soon!

26/06/2026: I lived in Sélestat almost 10 years ago, and this was already the place to go, which is why when I was passing through last Sunday, I preferred to stop there rather than anywhere else. I think the quality and price haven't changed much, and the service is top-notch. The lady at the till took the time to prepare my halal chicken sandwich, which was really nice. I also got a chocolate braid from the day before, which was well-wrapped in cellophane, and frankly, it was still very good for €2, if I'm not mistaken. The only thing was that the pretzels were a little dry, but I think that's due to the weather. The shop remains beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. The restrooms are clean and accessible for people with reduced mobility. Parking is fairly easy, although spaces turn up quickly.

21/05/2026: A wonderful place to take a break. Our hostess, Marie, is an exceptional professional. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. Our room was a haven of rest and tranquility... Spacious, comfortable, with high-quality linens and a lovely mattress. The bathroom was also spacious and pleasant. This place is magnificent... We loved it! 🤗
