19/02/2026: As a Turk, I know the taste of real Turkish tea well. Unfortunately, this one wasn't strong enough and clearly lacked intensity. It tasted salty, which completely ruined the character one expects from a good Turkish tea. Bad experience ❌ €1.50 for a tea 😂

21/11/2025: I've never eaten such a bad pide or kebab, and I'm not usually picky... the meat had no taste whatsoever. What a waste.

21/03/2026: You arrive at 10 PM, nobody's there, and they ask how you are. You end up opening up: a week ago, you were tackled to the ground, restrained by three guys who left with your dog. Shortly after, you have to leave because, while asking for details, you forgot to smile. No smile, you're out the door before you've even finished your drink. KARMA

24/02/2026: There's a real underground vibe that I like. Even the toilets are in that style, dark and covered in graffiti, giving it a raw and unapologetic feel. The place has potential and a distinct identity. However, the music could be better, and it gets way too hot downstairs; the air quickly becomes stifling. It's a shame, because with better ventilation and a more curated playlist, it would be absolutely fantastic.

24/03/2026: The meal was hot. The location is easily accessible. Large parking lot. Very busy for a Sunday. It's a shame the waiters and waitresses weren't smiling. There was a palpable sense of unease among the staff. A rather gloomy atmosphere.

17/03/2026: I won't be going back to this restaurant. Last time, the croque monsieur was without ham, so you can imagine it was just bread and cheese—not great. Today, there were no more croque monsieurs on the menu, no more wraps, no more McSmarts, no more McFlurries or M&Ms. Basically, I ended up with the nuggets... and to top it off, when I opened my drink, there was a tiny gnat floating in it, so obviously I didn't drink it. I've always been to this restaurant without any problems, but these last two visits have put me off. I'm going to wait a while before going back.

03/02/2026: Excellent experience at the Hilton Strasbourg bar. A huge thank you to Ophélie, a fantastic bartender: professional, friendly, efficient, and with a genuine sense of service. The cocktails are perfectly crafted, and the warm welcome truly makes all the difference. You feel comfortable, well-advised, and served with care. I highly recommend it.

09/11/2025: We came for lunch and saw the menu outside. At lunchtime, they only offered a snack menu, which wasn't mentioned on Google or the menu itself. The wait was very long for a snack, which was pre-prepared and cafeteria-style. Coffee was €3.50, the most expensive in the area! Strongly discouraged!

14/03/2026: I was disappointed with my first experience at this restaurant, but I wanted to give it a second chance, and I'm still disappointed. The only positive point is the new cashier at the counter, who is very kind and smiling. Best to her, if she happens to read this (young woman with a bun and glasses). Otherwise: the portions are ridiculously small, the sauces are clearly store-bought, and the desserts are frozen. The selection is limited, and the whole thing is expensive for the lack of quality. Prices quickly escalate with extras that aren't listed on the menu boards. It's a rip-off, especially with the drinks. The atmosphere is more than quiet and almost anxiety-inducing. I didn't understand why this restaurant was always empty: now I do. The result is more than disappointing. I'm not a fan of fast food at all, but I'd rather go to the McDonald's across the street than to this pasta bar. I won't be going back.

14/03/2026: First and last time at this place: it was 2:30 PM and my daughter and I hadn't had lunch yet. I ordered homemade fresh pasta with olive oil and one extra salmon. I asked for a carafe of water, but it wasn't allowed because I had to order the pasta and drink combo in the classic size. I was charged €16.50 for lukewarm, mushy pasta and a single cup of ice-cold water from their dispenser. My daughter ordered the same water and the largest size of gnocchi with sundried tomato sauce and mozzarella. MORAL OF THE STORY: €36 for two plates of pasta and two cups of water, not to mention a stomach ache all afternoon.

17/03/2026: I ordered an oriental and a chicken and mushroom pizza to go, and they were both very good, both the dough and the filling, and they were served hot 👍

02/01/2026: Weekend Stay... For the deluxe room... Tiny room... Very little hot water... Very small shower... No bathrobe... No slippers... For the spa... Reservations by one-hour slot... In the end, the spa was packed, we couldn't do anything... Jacuzzi was lukewarm... No changing room... Meals... Apart from a room presumably reserved for Weekend Stay guests, the menu choice... On a simple sheet of paper placed on a board... with only two choices for the meal... No choice for the starter or dessert... The meal was deplorable and tasteless... Profiteroles for dessert... It's a disgrace to call them profiteroles... Two botched, flat cream puffs placed on a plate with a scoop of ice cream... The waiter was completely incompetent... And a meal costing 50 euros... You can eat better for less at McDonald's... Result: first and last time we'll come...

28/03/2026: While strolling through the city center, we were looking for a quiet spot, not too crowded, and yay, we found this place! Well, no, we found it! It was THE place, a little pasta restaurant with a wide selection for everyone, full of thoughtful touches and delicious food. We came, and we'll be back!

16/12/2024: Like every year I bought 3 packs of mixed chocolates (500g): Disappointed +++ because the pralines are not as good, the chocolate has less taste, it is too sweet and very fatty overall. It looks like “cheap” store-bought chocolates.

24/02/2026: A very pleasant hotel, perfect welcome. Very clean and practical room. A few less positive points: no lock on my bathroom door and the hotel is a bit far from the city but with easy access to the highway.

24/03/2026: I was there on March 24, 2026, and the atmosphere was really pleasant. Although we didn't speak the same language, ordering and being served went relatively smoothly. The food was really delicious and fresh.

05/04/2026: The toilet is disgusting for both men and women. It's broken, torn, and doesn't work. How do you even imagine this? Undemanding.

30/12/2025: The setting is lovely; it's quite unusual to be in the opera house for brunch, with its high ceilings and relatively few tables, making the space feel pleasant. The service was average: a rather inattentive and almost nonchalant waiter. We waited an hour and 25 minutes to be served, even though there were only four of us and we ordered the standard menu, which consisted largely of cold dishes, so there was no justification for such a long wait. The quality is acceptable for €30, but given the location, one expects better (concentrated orange juice from a carton, mass-produced pastries, etc.), even if it means paying a few euros more. One positive point: a nice selection of teas, which were very good.

02/02/2026: I went to Bowling Palace this weekend with some friends. Everything went very well. A pleasant atmosphere, good food, and a relaxing time. The staff are excellent. I recommend it.
